Marvellous apartment in Oliva Nova, for 2 to 4 people.
Enjoy your holidays in this amazing penthouse, with excellent views. Have a refreshing dip in the 30 x 15m shared pool, with a depth of 0,5-1,9m. In the garden surrounding the pool, you can relax and sunbath. There is a furnished terrace with access from the living room and the bedroom, to enjoy a drink or an outdoor dinner. From this terrace, the spiral stairs lead to a solarium, where you will pass memorable moments with your loved ones, watching the stars or sunbathing.

The 53m2 apartment is situated on the 3rd floor with an elevator. The interior is modernly styled and will make you feel at home. The luminous living- and dining room counts with a sofa and a television, to relax or enjoy a typical “siesta”. The whole apartment is equipped with air conditioning. There is a dining table for 4. The kitchen is small, yet functional, with a vitro hob and all necessary utensils to cook some tasty dishes. There is a washing machine, an iron and an ironing board. The bedroom counts with a double bed and a wardrobe. Two more persons could sleep on the sofa bed in the living room. There is one bathroom with a bath tub.

The apartment is situated in a beautiful, residential area in Oliva Nova, a relatively quiet area, with a golf course at only 1,8km and the beach of Oliva at 2,3km. This beach is ideal for families or for watersports. In Oliva Nova you will find all kinds of services you might need during your stay.

The pool is closed from October, 1st until May, 31st.
Opening hours pool: 9.00-15.00 // 17.00-21.00.

Me parecio muy mal tener que recoger las llaves a 30 Km.. del alojamiento y devolverlas en el mismo sito. El apartamento estaba muy sucio, com porqueria de la de hace años sin limpiar. Los colchones son orribles y el sofa cama estaba roto. Las ropas de casa ,toallas ,sabanas etc son de mala calidad y viejisimas al igual que los utensilios de cocina y cazuelas, oxidadas y llenas de porqueria, no nos dejaron ni una gota de gel del baño. En general, un asco. No volvere nunca mas

Comme le tire l'indique l'appartement est beau et agréable, ainsi que l'environnement, il n'est pas loin de la plage on peut s'y rendre à pieds sans problème, une belle et grande terrasse, un grand solarium qui mériterait au moins un transat supplementaire, car il y en a qu'un, il manquait eégalement inconvénients d'une part

Schöne Wohnung mit Tollem Ausblick

Bei dem Check-In hat uns noch die Information gefehlt, dass die Schüssel neben einem bestimmten Gebäude abgeholt werden sollten, nur die Adresse hat nicht ausgereicht. Wir haben uns in der Wohnung wohlgefühlt, jedoch war sie von Supermärkten und Geschäften weit entfernt (ohne Auto schwierig). Zudem gab es auf der anderen Straßenseite eine Baustelle, die laut war. Die Zimmer waren gut und in der Küche gab es Waschmaschinen und Spülmaschine, jedoch gab es beim Geschirr Mängel: Pfannen, Besteck waren dreckig und Teller waren zum Teil kaputt. An sich war die Wohnung gut ausgestattet (Föhn, Handtücher usw.) Die Unterkunft hat eine Terrasse und zusätzlich noch eine Dachterrasse. Mit tollem Ausblick auf die Berge, perfekt um den Sonnenuntergang zu sehen. Strand ca. 10 Minuten entfernt.

El apartamento es muy bonito y espacioso, las terrazas espectaculares y bien equipadas mesas, sillas, sillones y toldos, para aprovecharla 100%, una pena que la cama de matrimonio sea tan pequeña y que el menaje de cocina sea un poco desastroso, la zona demasiado tranquila, pero si lo que quieres es desconectar de todo, este es tu alojamiento.

Tenga en cuenta que las llaves se recogen a unos 20 minutos del apartamento, lo que puede complicar un poco su llegada, en una caja de llaves situada junto a la gasolinera de la derecha. Por otro lado, la agencia es muy reactiva y me ayudó mucho durante mi estancia, así que puedes contactar con ellos en caso de cualquier problema. Recomiendo este apartamento por su luminosidad y su situation”
