The building's beautiful wide terrace faces Porta Romana, the South Roman's Gate of the Medioeval Walls and the entrance of Boboli Gardens. 10 minutes walking distance from Pitti Palace and Old Bridge.

"Maria Apartment" is a two room apartment on the first floor facing the 3000 sqf common terrace of the Villa. It includes one bedroom with a double bed or two twin beds, living room with fold out sofa bed, breakfast nook and completely equipped kitchenette (electric burners, fridge, microwave, coffee machine, moka, kettle, toaster). Independent gas heating, TV, Wi-Fi internet connection, in-house self-service laundry room with 2 washers, 2 dryers and iron.

The apartment is decorated with ecological and traditional materials such as terra-cotta, wood, marble and warm colored honey bees' wax and limestone plasters combined with family furniture, offering a charming atmosphere and maintaining the building's original antique character.
