Great view - nice beach.

The interior in the apartment was a bit more simple than expected, especially a bad dishwasher - no dish and baking tray for the oven - no hooks in the bathroom (by the sink) - a bad awning at the terrace. A smooth bedlinen for the sofa didn't work very well on a leather sofa for a 4 year old boy... But the rest did work out very well. Comfy beds and spacious cupboards. Short walk to the beach and the Tram.

Amazing off season stay - the view!!!

Lovely, private low key living at its best. Having the Tram right there is amazing. We went seeking R&R. You can be as busy or as slow passed as you like here. The property management staff were extremely kind and helpful. I’ll definitely stay here again.

fantastic apartment. right on the beach, and a great beach, a nice beach bar, with nice people. the apartment is located a bit outside of Alicante. But it was no problem, as the train runs all the time towards Alicante. And a train system that was easy to figure out. we will come again.

All in all ok

Nice apartment with fantastic view. Surrounding is a ugly neighborhood but you get fast to the beach . The next real supermarket is 3 tram stations away. With small children not recommended. Communication with the agency really bad, we got the adress just a few hours before arrival, after more than one message ....

Très bel appartement décoré avec goût avec vue sur mer ,à proximité d'une plage et du tram.( bien pratique pour les déplacements quand on n'a pas de voiture ) Lave vaisselle à remplacer (Paniers rouillés) Pas de pastilles de lavage disponibles Informations concernant l'adresse et les modalités d'organisation reçues très tardivement (3 jours avant la date de location )

A perfect stay

I cannot fault any aspect of our stay, the location is amazing right there on the se front with uninterrupted views across the bay. Communication prior to our arrival was excellent, check in and out was very smooth. Local restaurants are amazing. Tram to Alicante so easy to use, regular and very clean. Apartment has everything (could do with a kettle) you need. Perfect stay, would definitely return.

Absolutely Amazing!

The condo was absolutely amazing! The views and the ocean breeze were incredible. We never even needed the A/C because the breeze was so nice. We fell asleep to the waves crashing every night. The location was right next to a trolley stop and a small market that had everything we needed. Playa Albufereta was incredible with nice sand and clear water. We can't wait to come back and stay here again. Everything was perfect!

Excellent location

Apartment was beautiful and so tastefully decorated. Balcony views were exquisite. The proximity to tram an extra bonus. Fix heating and lighting as requested during our stay answer the phone when we call or email, Whatsapp, text message you - correspondence whilst at the apartment totally unacceptable. The beds were not comfortable but different people like different types of bed. Please put duvet covers on the duvets - sheets top and bottom just get in a tangle. It would’ve added so much to the ambience to have a couple of loungers on the wonderful balcony. Despite this I would certainly recommend this apartment
