VT-464049-A Centuries-old fisherman’s house on a newly renovated pedestrian street in Raval Roig, an iconic neighborhood of the city that still retains its charm, right on the waterfront, just a 1-minute walk from the beach, Santa Bárbara Castle, and the Archaeological Museum(MARQ), and the Historic Center, and close to the Volvo Ocean Race.
Near buses, the tram, a shopping center, hospitals, movie theaters, shops, and traditional restaurants.

Our home is unique in Alicante, as it’s where fishermen used to live. It has two bedrooms: one with a double bed and the other with two single beds that can be manually adjusted. TV in the living room.
We’ve made sure your stay will have everything you need:
Wi-Fi, sheets, towels, a coffee maker and coffee, a washing machine, a fully equipped kitchen (cutlery, plates, glasses), a microwave, a blender, an iron, a hair dryer, and an outdoor drying area.
If you’d like, you can set up the table to have breakfast or lunch outdoors.

The Moonkey Team is responsible for hospitality and guest services. A team member will be at the accommodation on the day of your arrival to welcome you and answer any questions.

1. No parties or events: Our space is designed for a relaxed, family-friendly atmosphere. Please respect the peace and quiet of the neighborhood.

2. Respect for others and quiet: We ask our guests to keep noise to a minimum. During the day (from 8:00 a.m. to 9:00 p.m.), the maximum permitted noise level is 40 decibels. At night (9:00 PM to 8:00 AM), this limit drops to 30 decibels to ensure everyone gets a good night’s rest.

3. No pets allowed: Although we love animals, for reasons of cleanliness and allergies, we cannot allow pets in the home.

4. Smoke-Free Space: Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the property. This includes balconies and terraces. We appreciate your understanding.

5. Registered Guests Only: To comply with local regulations and for safety reasons, only the people listed on the reservation may stay at the property. Visitors or additional guests are not permitted.

6. Mandatory Registration: According to current regulations, all guests over the age of 14 must complete an online check-in form with their identification information for the Civil Guard’s guest registration service. This process is quick, and we will provide you with the necessary information after you make your reservation.
