I only give it a rating of 4-stars as they can improve on other aspects of the experience that will be comparable to properties as exquisite as this one. 1st - the 5* rating on cleanliness location the property itself - architecture and interior design. It felt homey, warm & inviting. With the Central Market within walking distance, I had a chance to enjoy the kitchen and prepared 2 dinners. It's well-equipped with modern amenities - dishwasher, stove/oven & microwave plus the kitchen things you need to enjoy a meal.Now, for some suggestions for improvements.1. To help guests keep the place clean, you should at least provide paper towels and/or maybe, extra kitchen hand towels and trash bags. We did use the dishwasher detergent so thank you for that.2. Comparing to other properties of the same caliber we stayed in, providing extra touches of a great host would be to provide basic kitchen essentials, like, salt & pepper; sugar; cooking oil; aluminum foils & plastic wrap sheets. Other properties we stayed in even provided basic dried herbs and vinegar. Others even had a welcome wine & snacks3. Though the check-in/out process and instructions were great; it felt like a business transaction. A little bit of warmth and charm will match the beauty and character of the place.4. Pls update the # & type of bathroom in the listing. It has truly 1 full bath (toilet, shower, double sink) and 2 half baths (1 with shower only and the other 1 with toilet & sink)
