歴史的中心部と中世の村の芸術の間の汚染されていない自然の中で、グリーンハートは完全にフェンスで囲まれた18ヘクタールの自然主義的なオアシスでオリーブ畑と森の農家でお客様をお迎えします。この会社は、スペッロから2km離れたウンブリアの先駆者でした。 コテージ「l 'Ovile」は本館（17世紀の田舎の別荘）から50メートル上にあります。 ウンブリア平野とスペッロの町の素晴らしい景色を楽しめる丘の斜面。 設備の整った簡易キッチンと暖炉のあるリビングルームです。 1階には大きなダブルベッドルームがあり、そのベッドから窓を通って村の素晴らしい景色を望め、シャワー付きの専用バスルームがあります。
らせん階段でリビングルームを見渡す大きな中二階につながります。2〜3台のベッド（ダブルベッド可能）、専用バスルーム、ウォークインクローゼットが備わります。

Beautiful Spello

Spello is a beautiful town. The views we had from our Villa weee spectacular. The rooms were clean and Nadia and Lilliana were very helpful

Lovely stay in Spello

The guest cottage was so beautiful. The kitchen was well-equipped. The furniture had hand carvings on it. Bed was super comfortable. The views were spectacular. The drive to the old city, Spello, was only minutes away. We visited Assissi while we were there, another ancient town.

Very pleasant and relaxed

We had a very nice holiday! Nadia was terrific and very hospitable. We were very happy that the pool was open, it was nice and warm. We made a nice walk through the olive yard also. The house itself was clean and rustique.

Lovely

The accommodations were very clean and as described. The view amazing! Nadia met us in town to show us the way and explain about the house and area. She was very helpful and wanted us to be happy. Spello is a sweet town to explore Umbria. Grazie mille Nadia!

A Nice Stay in a beautiful location

This home was very nice with most all the amenities provided. Nadia and Augusto were helpful with directions and actually meeting us to show the way. Everything felt new and well cared for. I loved looking out onto the olive grove and walking around the property. The property was quite secure. While we were there at a time where we couldn't enjoy the pool, I am sure that would be a nice experience. We would definitely stay here again. Very close to Spello which is the most beautiful little town.

Lovely home and surroundings

We stayed in the l'ovile cottage and it was perfect for our needs. The beds were comfortable and we enjoyed having breakfast outside overlooking the olive trees. Make sure to give yourself an afternoon or two to enjoy lounging at the pool. Our host, Nadia, was very attentive and even helped us with restaurant recommendations. The home is a little outside of town so you can't walk to any attractions, but it was easy to get to a grocery and to Spello. The only suggestion to make our stay better would be to add one or two fans. The cottage stayed cool with the shutters closed for the first half of our stay until the unusual heat wave hit. It then became a little uncomfortable without air movement.

Perfect Stay

Our stay at Cuore Verde was absolutely wonderful! My husband and I stayed in the separate house on the property, called L’Uvile. It was beautifully furnished, beyond clean, and the hosts had thought of everything. The windows even had retractable screens, which added so much to comfort and is incredibly rare here. The kitchen is stocked with equipment (even a bottle of the estate’s gorgeous organic olive oil), and there’s a clothes washing machine. The hosts, their niece, and the housekeeper were most kind and helpful through the whole process, from booking to departure. I can’t imagine staying anywhere else when we return! (Note: there is a beautiful pool available in the summer, still open at our visit in early October depending on the weather. The instructions advise to use a bathing cap to take advantage of this amenity.)

Volevamo passare una settimana in Umbria e concederci qualche extra per quanto riguarda la sistemazione e direi che abbiamo fatto la scelta giusta. Abbiamo soggiornato nella struttura chiamata "L'Ovile" che è separata e indipendente dal corpo principale della proprietà essendo sulla cime di una collinetta che permette di avere una vista privilegiata su Spello. La salitella in macchina non è proprio agevole con una trazione anteriore. L'appartamento ha tutto quello che serve (lavatrice, ferro da stiro e lavastoviglie compresi) ed è arredato con cura. C'è pure una lampada Arco della Flos ad illuminare il tavolo. La piscina al sale e riscaldata è stata la ciliegina sulla torta. Consigliatissima.

Excellent property and location, perfect.

Nadia was wonderful. She was very helpful with suggestions for excellent restaurants. The cottage was absolutely gorgeous with everything we needed. It was olive picking time so we got to see how fascinating it was. Something we’d never seen in our 70 years. We had an excellent view of Spello. Couldn’t ask for a better trip. Perfect blend of old and new!

The small house on the hill gave us sweeping views, a spacious and clean space, everything newly renovated. We cooked in the kitchen with the doors open to the evening sunset and view of Spello in the distance. Host Nadia met us in town to lead us to the property and explain things -- nothing too complicated. We only stayed three days, wish it could have been longer! The area has many towns to explore, all within easy drive. Assisi, Bevagna and Montefalco were our close-by favorites.

Paradiso nel cuore dell’Umbria

Struttura molto bella, adatta anche alle famiglie. Posizione ottima per visitare i borghi più belli, tra cui Spello a pochi minuti di distanza. Vista panoramica imprendibile. Tranquillità assoluta in mezzo agli ulivi. Bella piscina, con svago per i ragazzi (Ping pong, calcetto). Tutto perfetto. Luogo assolutamente da consigliare.

Mooie woning met prachtig uitzicht over de heuvels

We hebben een fijne tijd gehad in deze woning. De woning is ruim, heeft veel privacy, uitgebreide inventaris, prachtig uitzicht over de heuvels, de gastvrouw is vriendelijk en is ons zelfs bij aankomst in het dorp komen ophalen. Het zwembad was goed onderhouden. We hebben heel erg genoten!

Cuore Verde, prachtig huis op een prachtige locatie!!

We hebben genoten van een heerlijke week in een bijzonder smaakvol en compleet ingerichte vakantiewoning met een prachtig uitzicht vanaf ons terras op het charmante stadje Spello. Het grote zwembad , wat lager op het terrein gelegen was heerlijk om af te kunnen koelen. In de nabije omgeving zijn vele charmante stadjes, zoals Spello, Spoleto, Terni te bezoeken. Ook Assisië en Perugia , Orviëto en zelfs Rome liggen binnen handbereik. Bovendien zijn zowel Nadia als haar medewerkers erg aardig - en waren we met de zelf geproduceerde olijfolie en linzen en de setjes huidverzorging op basis van olijven "verrast" - Hartelijk dank hiervoor!!
