Immersed into the green and surrounded by century-old olive trees and citrus grove the Apartment is a total noise free environment , nearby the town center (800 meters ) but away from the city traffic and it is the ideal place to
spent your holidays in relaxation and friendly atmosphere
It is an ancient farmhouse built in 1700 . In year 2006, it has been widely restored; but still preserving the original features, such as arches ,walls, roofs , barrel-vaults and it is provided with all comforts required for a pleasant holiday. The tranquility and the relaxation
of the guests are fully guaranteed, along with their privacy, as the house is accessible through a private iron gateway.
The apartment - 46 square meters - is formed by Bed room, Living room , Bath room .The cooking-area has all cooking facilities for self-catering, including oven and fridge,. The configuration of the apartment allows to
accommodate two couples of friends keeping their privacy ,as the two rooms are separated by two doors with the bathroom in common.
The apartment has independent air-conditioning , and heating suitable also for winter holidays.
There are also LCD TV set , Washing machine and hair dryer.
In front of the apartment there are 350 square meters of garden with a well maintained British Green , and provided with umbrellas and beach chairs for the relaxation of the guests . There are also tables and chairs and the guests
might have their meals outside or just sipping a cold drink during the warm evenings.

Pasquale & Rosa were sweet and gracious. The apartment was clean and had everything we needed. It was a quiet area but close enough to walk to Sorrento city and Marina.

An exceptional experience

A lovely property set in a garden of orange and lemon trees with flowers all around. A short distance from services, facilitatd by a transport service that is 'on call' and on regular 15 minute cycles. Worked very well.The host was particularly warm and receptive to our group of four retirees, Old world ambiance and a quiet rrpose from the bustle if travel was very welcoming.Heartily recommened!

Home in the Lemons

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay with Rosa and Pasquale! They are gracious hosts and so helpful with recommendations and local tips. We did a wonderful cooking class two doors down. It is about a half mile walk up hill from town which we didn’t mind, as it allowed us to walk through a cute neighborhood filled with lemon and orange trees. Plus, it got us away from the city noise. Perfectly quiet up on the hill! There is a free shuttle for convenience but it doesn’t start until April 1. Pasquale’s gardens are beautiful and we really enjoyed breakfast and coffee on the patio. The furnishings are basic but adequate for us. We would recommend this for a family looking for space to spread out a little weather permitting. Thanks Pasquale for picking us up and dropping off at the train station.

Peaceful garden setting

Tucked away on Sorrento hillside with free shuttle service to town centre, gracious host and all the amenities for a comfortable stay. Recommend it!

Perfect stay

We stayed here for a week and it was amazing. Loved being away from town a little bit. The shuttle was convenient. The gardens around the property were beautiful. Pasquale was so kind. He drove us to the ferry the day we checked out.

Great holiday

We had a wonderful time ataying here. Pasquale was very informative and helpful, new sheets and towels on a regular basis. The free shuttle up and down the hill was great. The apartment was very clean and had a wonderful place to sit and eat under the lemon trees. I will definitively recommend to my friends and stay here again without any hesitation

Wonderful time in Sorrento

Staying with Pasquale and Rosa was a wonderful experience. They live on the property so they were available whenever we needed them. We also communicated through WhatsApp. They provide a handy shuttle service from the nearest grocery store up the hill to their house. During the day we would walk down the hill to the center of Sorrento and we would take the shuttle back up when we were finish. The apartment was clean and comfortable. The property has many lemon trees. Each apartment has its own outside sitting area which we enjoyed using. We were there at Easter and wanted to see the Good Friday procession. The shuttle was unavailable and Pasquale and Rosa generously asked us to go with them. Our time at Rosa’s and Pasquale’s will live forever in our hearts. They are warm and welcoming. Their property is beautiful and comfortable.

Wonderful property with private garden

We loved our stay! Pasquale warmly welcomed us at the train station and showed us where everything was, including a great grocery store. We were able to cook wonderful meals and eat in the garden. The free shuttle service was convenient and much appreciate after long days visiting Capri, Positano, Almalfi and Pompeii! We will definitely recommend this place to family and friends!

We are in heaven!

We had an extremely perfect 2 bedroom apt. It was quiet and peaceful . There was transportation daily with a driver. The host was extremely accommodating and helpful. We are going to try to return in a few years. A must stay if you are coming to Sorrento!

A fantastic retreat a stone's throw from the centre of Sorrento

We had beautiful 2 week stay at Pasquale and Rosa's place. Pasquale was so helpful, informative and welcoming. Even though we were very late arriving because of a delayed flight, he was there to meet us and settle us in when we got to Sorrento. We are a family of 4 and the place was a perfect size for us, with everything we needed for a self catering holiday. The walk to the centre of Sorrento takes only 10 mins down ancient character filled narrow lanes surrounded by lemon groves. It's a further 10 mins down to Marina Grande, which we thought was the best swimming spot, and also has lots of food options. There is a cheap local bus that we used to bring us back up to the train station, and then only a 2 minute walk to the pick up spot for the shuttle that ran from 3-11pm, and saved us walking back up the hill to Cassale Nunziatina in the heat. It was so nice to come back after a busy beach or sightseeing day to the peace and quiet of our apartment and wonderful garden. Also to relax in the mornings with plenty of shade. Although the temps were very hot above 30 degrees most days, our place was naturally cool having thick walls. We'll definitely stay at Cassale Nunziatina if we go back to Sorrento again. Thanks Pasquale and Rosa for a wonderful stay.

Ferienwohnung mit einem sehr schönen Garten

Lage etwas oberhalb von Sorrento. Sorrento ist aber fußläufig problemlos zu erreichen. (Auch die ca. 250 m auf einer recht stark befahrenen Straße sind kein wirkliches Problem). Sehr schöner Garten, den man abends gerne nutzt. Ruhig. Sehr aufmerksamer und zuvorkommender Gastgeber. Er ist für alle Fragen rund um den Aufenthalt in und um Sorrento eine große Hilfe. Ganz toll ist, dass der Gastgeber bei An- und Abreise die Gäste auf Wunsch vom Bahnhof abholt bzw. zum Bahnhof bringt. Einziges Manko: Sollte man viel(!) selber kochen wollen, würde die Ausstattung der Küche etwas knapp. Unterkunft können wir bedenkenlos weiter empfehlen.

Idyllische Ferienwohnung hoch über Sorrento

Sehr geräumige, ruhig gelegene Wohnung für zwei Personen großzügig bemessen dazu noch ein eigener, separater Außenbereich mit Terrasse inmitten von Zitronen-, Walnuss- und Avokadobäumen. Pasquale ist ein ausgesprochen aufmerksamer und sehr freundlicher Gastgeber. Wir haben wunderbare zwei Wochen dort verbracht. Der teilweise steile Weg von Sorrento hoch ist nur am Anfang etwas gewöhnungsbedürftig, dafür wird man, wenn man noch ein Stückchen weiter hinter der Ferienwohnung weiterläuft mit den zauberhaftesten Sonnenuntergängen und Blicken gen Ischia, Napoli und Vesuv belohnt.

appartement très agréable proche de Sorrente

Nous avons séjourné 8 jours chez Pasquale qui est vraiment très gentil et très serviable. L'appartement est très agréable, et bien équipé avec une belle petite terrasse dans un beau jardin fleuri. Le centre de Sorrente est à une vingtaine de minutes de marche (en descente pour aller mais ça grimpe pour le retour!). C'est le prix à payer pour se retrouver dans un environnement très calme si proche du centre de Sorrente.

relaxed environment

Casa Nunziatina is situated halfway the hill in a lovely aria, surrounded bij lemon trees. You will wake up in the morning by the sound of the rooster and dunkey. You can buy some fresh mozarella, olive oil, vegetables at a neighbours house. The house is in a perfect environment after a busy day sightseeing. No noise of the traffic in Sorrento city. Pasquale is a perfect host, helps and gives you all the information you need. He tipt us about the market (every tuesday) and the summertheater up the hill ect. Casa Nunziatina makes you want to stay at the appartment and enjoy the garden with the sound of the crickets. We had a very good holiday thanks to Casa Nunziatina and Pasquale.

Terrasse pour rêver et vue magnifique

Dès notre arrivée l'odeur des arbres fruitiers et le jardin de notre terrasse ou nous avons bu l'apéro et pris nos repas font que nous sommes bel et bien en vacances. L'appart est très propre, tout est là pour un séjour très confortable et agréable.Pasquale malgré que nous sommes arrivés avec beaucoup de retard était disponible a venir nous chercher a la gare bonne idée d'accepter son offre car difficile a trouver la première fois, a peine 10 minutes de marche du centre ville. Pasquale est d'une grande disponibilité et pleins de bons conseils. Merci pour tout

Die Unterkunft war sehr schön, sauber, in ruhiger Umgebung, an einem sehr schönen Garten gelegen, die Vermieter freundlich und sehr hilfsbereit. Es fehlte lediglich der in der Ausstattung angegebene Backofen. Für Urlauber ohne Auto sehr zu empfehlen, da verkehrstechnisch günstige Lage in ruhiger Umgebung.

"Muy bueno el apartamento y muy buena la atencion de Pasquale y su hermana. Muy gentiles nos han llevado al supermercado porque el acceso con auto es dificil. Recordar que es para gente sin dificultades fisicas porque el retorno es algo pesado pero es muy cerca del centro de Sorrento, el tren y el bus. Muy recomendable!"

"Nous avons été accueilli avec une très grande gentillesse par le propriétaire et passé une excellente semaine dans cette location à Sorrento. Le jardin est un vrai paradis. Aussi pour en profiter vraiment, mieux vaut prévoir de louer deux semaines ! "We stayed at Casale Nunziatina in May for a week in Gardenia apartment. It’s a perfect place for day trips as well as relaxing in the garden. The apartment was excellent, clean, quiet, spacious and had everything that we needed. It’s out of town but within walking distance of everything and the this walk is really worth it. The garden was phantastic filled with lemon and orage trees. Pasquale and Rosa are very friendly and helpful. I''d highly recommend staying here and hope to return. Grazie per tutti, Pasquale! "

"Pasquale and Rosa are excellent hosts and provide helpful information for the area. The apartment is in a beautiful garden setting and is very clean with a comfortable bed. Be prepared to walk up and down the hill to town as the location is not so convenient as staying right in the busy part of Sorrento, but we enjoyed returning to the peace and quiet of the property."

Hi,
are the owner of Pasquale Casale Nunziatina and I want to tell you a little history of this house.
It is an old farmhouse, with adjoining garden of citrus trees, vines and olive trees, which my grandparents rented in 1920 to cultivate the land. Following the rent, house and land, step 'to my parents and it' in this house we're born me and my brothers..Nunziatina was our mother.
The childhood was a very beautiful season of my life, constantly in contact with nature, but soon left the house and, after the nautical school, I conducted a career as a Merchant Marine Officer that I carry 'to become captain of oil tankers except returning on our farm for the holiday periods.
I was lucky enough to travel the world; meet people and found many friends; and to tell the truth, I have always been passionate about the hotel industry and that sense of 'respect and hospitality' 'for tourists.
Although my work would take me around the world still my great desire 'always been to return to live in the old farmhouse, where I was born. A beautiful place, where you can live in peace, in touch with nature, and wake up in the morning and hear the birds singing, and I would like to share this with all my guests.
Finally in 2003 I was able to buy 'our' home '. It appeared rather 'old' having been built in 1700, and required a long process of restructuring where it was virtually 'rebuilt' while retaining all the old features of Casale, such as walls, roofs, ceilings 'in time' and ceiling beams 'visible'.
A renovation completed, were obtained, four beautiful apartments with furnishings that I cared maniacally assisted from my sister Rosa, a woman with a strong sense of hospitality 'that helps me to go ahead running the Residence. Eventually I did manage to fulfill the dream to make available the apartments for the Guests who come to visit us all along the year. Guests which are always welcome as Family’s Friends to show them the place where we were born.
