If you are looking for to stay in downtown Asheville, the location can't be better. The property was well maintained and clean. Parking can be a little tricky, but nothing too bad. We would happily stay here again.

It was a nice, very clean property. The location is excellent for walking all over the city. Great restaurants and active nightlife were close by, it seemed. The balcony is nice but it overlooks and industrial air conditioner, A few things: There are several passcodes to get into the building, the elevator, and then the apartment. They changed the passcode on Friday night, and we tried desperately to reach the owners to no avail. We finally found a separate passcode buried in an email. The check-in with codes should be made clearer. Note that there is a community drum circle every Friday afternoon that goes on for hours. FYI. Public parking in a behind the building.

This property was awesome.We were six ladies.Plenty of rooms for all of us. The balcony was such a joy to just sit back and relax. Everything is conveniently located in the area you can walk everywhere. Only one little blip was finding a garage for overnight. Which we did find called 12 Wall Street. Decently priced for overnight. Will definitely rebook again to enjoy the area.

Clean, GREAT location, very comfortable. Need more hand towels and washcloths and coffee cups for multiple day stays. Minor things. We had a super time and enjoyed Asheville very much.
