Love Venice

The apartment was lovely, situated on a street lined with restaurants, cafes and small shops. Everything you need within walking distance. Just a 10 minute walk to St Marks Sq or a short boat ride. Cristians mother met us at the boat stop and showed us around the apartments. The apartment had all the dishes and utensils you would need for cooking, although we did not. Too many good restaurants around. It was spacious and clean and would definitely recommend it. Can't wait to go back. We did purchased the 3 day boat pass which was a good choice, made traveling around town much easier. Recommend adding the airport bus onto the pass when you purchase it, otherwise you will need a separate airport ticket.

Amazing!

I would highly recommend this place. Its in a very convenient part of Venice, very close to San Marco and Doge Palace. The apartment was extremely clean and well taken care of. Everything you could need is provided. Cristiano was extremely helpful and nice. He actually came closer to the water taxi to find me because I was lost! This was a great experience for the first time in Venice!

I recommend

Venice is beautiful, perfect vacation spot. The simple apartment is on the second floor and has everything you need for a comfortable stay. The hosts are extremely charismatic and attentive, making our stay as easy as possible. The apartment is very well located in a quieter area with supermarket, shops, restaurants and transport nearby. St. Mark's Square is a 15-minute walk away. I would not hesitate to return to this accommodation and highly recommend it!

Very clean, great stay

Excellent apartment and host!

We are so happy with this apartment. The location could not have been more perfect. Everything touristy within walking distance but also away from the crowds. It was beautiful and quiet. Our host was very helpful with directions from the airport and met us at the stop for the water taxi so that we could find the apartment. It was clean and cozy. And the beds were the most comfortable we slept on in our three weeks touring Italy. I highly recommend a stay here.

O apartamento está muito bem localizado, a 5 mn a pé da Praça de São Marcos. É muito espaçoso e prático, bem fornecido em termos de roupa e acessórios de cozinha. Perfeito para um casal com 2 ou 3 crianças pequenas. O proprietário Cristiano é muito amável e disponível.

Pied à terre idéal pour visiter Venise en Famille !

Nous avons beaucoup apprécié notre séjour dans cet appartement, il est très bien situé avec les commerces juste à côté, un très bon restaurant "Nevodi" à deux pas, la station de vaporetto tout près et à 10 minutes de la place Saint Marc. Quelle est belle la vue sur la lagune et le palais des Doges en arrivant au bout de la rue : la promesse d'une belle journée de visite ! L'appartement est confortable, nous étions 5, les parents dans la chambre et les enfants dans le salon. Nous avons très bien dormi, c'est assez calme même pendant le carnaval ! Bref nous recommandons fortement !

Wonderful host, excellent location

Easy walking distance to the vaporetto stop this lovely apartment was perfect for our 4 night stay in Venice. It was cozy and very comfortable. Christiano met us at the Arsenale stop and accompanied us to the apartment. We would highly recommend Christiano and this apartment for your stay in Venice.

Fantastic location, Great Apartment!

First of all, do not hesitate to book this apartment! The location can't be beat; it is on a relatively quiet street with great bars and restaurants, but away from the main tourist areas. However, you are within a very quick walk to San Marcos and other attractions. The apartment is spacious and the air conditioning worked great which is important in August. Cristiano is a fantastic host who is very quick to respond to questions and make recommendations. His mother met us at the boat stop and we were able to check in early which was great after a long flight. The only reasons for four rather than five stars is the bed and shower. It's impossible for an owner to have a bed that suits all tastes. This bed though was rather thin and creaky. The shower certainly got the job done but was small and a bit dated. Again, do not hesitate to book this apartment. If I were to return to Venice, I would absolutely book again. Thanks, Cristiano!

Lovely apartment in quiet, wonderful part of Venice.

We totally loved our stay in this apartment in Venice. We was warned about visiting this fabulous city in July, due to the crowds of tourists - but the Castello location was absolutely fantastic. We could really enjoy the charm and lights and qualities of the city, and not far to walk to the centre when / if we wanted. The water bus passes was well worth the cost, and was a amazing way to travel between the different parts of the city if we did not want to walk. We loved our three days in Venice - and will recommend this appartment to everyone who wants to visit the city, even in the busy summer months!

Super appartement. Een klein puntje was dat de slaapkamer geen echte overgordijnen had waardoor het vroeg licht was in de slaapkamer. Maar in Venetie wil je eigenlijk altijd vroeg op.

Apartment tout comfort au calme

Appartement tout confort pas très loin du centre, au calme dans une rue avec commerces et restaurants: vraiment très pratique. Pas très lumineux mais pour dormir c'est très bien . Et surtout très grande gentillesse du propriétaire et de ses parents concernant la souplesse des horaires d'arrivée et de départ. Très bon séjour.

Nice place in a lovely part of Venice

This apartment was clean and just right for three of us to stay in during our visit to Venice. Christiano was wonderful to work with and helped us know which vaporetti we needed to take (it was confusing at first). His mom met us at the stop and walked us to the apartment. The apartment is a bit away from the main tourist attractions, but we liked that. It was on a lovely, quaint street with a grocery market, and restaurants. It is on the third floor so just be aware that you will need to take the stairs. We really enjoyed our visit here.
