Fabulous Apartment & Location

Property is just as advertised. Spotlessly clean, grounds of the apartment entrance into the block very well kept. Location is perfect, beach is literally over the road, Jose & his daughter Irene were on hand if you needed anything. Would definitely recommend & use again. Thank you Jose for letting us use your apartment, we had a wonderful stay.

Great family getaway location.

Due to unforeseen circumstance we booked this property at extremely short notice (2 days before) This was only possible with the quick responses and support of the owner and his daughter pulling out all the stops to help us. The apartment was clean, tidy, well equipped and in the ideal location to far enough away from the front to not hear the noise at night yet only 50m from the Beach. Our stay was at the end of the main season but all facilities were open as the location is busy enough to have "year round" restaurants and bars with around 30% of them open (but don't expect to find breakfast anywhere before 9:30). A short walk from the parks, attractions and supermarkets it was perfect for us and our children (4,7 and9). Not mentioned in the property listings but also available is free wifi (crucial if you need to download you return online boarding passes and avoid a 45 euro fee per person with Ryanair!) I would wholeheartedly recommend this apartment for anyone looking to make the most of that opportunity half term getaway.

Perfect Apartment

Our family of 6 - 2 adults and 4 children (ages 9, 13, 15 and 16) spent two weeks in this apartment. It was perfect! Location, facilities, accommodation - it had everything we needed. The kitchen is very well equipped with everything you could possibly need for a successful family holiday. The dishwasher and washing machine were great to have. The location is fantastic - direct access to the beach and promenade. A 10-15 min walk to the marina. Right behind the apartment is Paloma Park - a fantastic park with playgrounds, seating areas, restaurants, animals - we spent many evenings here after a busy day at the beach. The property was very clean and towels and linens all provided. The owner very kindly had fresh water in the fridge for us when we arrived. Our flight did not arrive until after 11pm and this was no problem with the owner. The pool was great and was cleaned regularly. We generally had the pool to ourselves most days! I cannot recommend this apartment highly enough - especially for a family holiday.

L'appartement est très bien entretenu et propre et conforme à l'annonce. Les propriétaires étaient très disponibles et sympathiques. La situation de l'appartement est idéal proche de la mer, des commerces. La voiture n'est pas nécessaire car tout est proche ainsi que les quartiers animés. Néanmoins l'endroit reste calme et la piscine et les extérieurs sont très propres.

This a great apartment with wonderful views and a very nice location. It is surrounded by the beach and parks bringing all kind of activities accessible by foot. This place is great for adults as well as for families with children. The apartment is very clean and comfortable. The owners are very friendly and helpful. I definitely recommend this rental to anyone wanting to enjoy southern Spain.

Our family of 5 ( 2 teena...

Our family of 5 ( 2 teenagers, a 7 year old my partner & I stayed in the apartment for 1 week in mid-July. It was perfect for our needs. The apartment was very clean and spacious and had a great view out to sea. The swimming pool was mostly very quiet and a lot of the time we had it to ourselves, the beach was just across the road (2 minute walk) and bars & restaurants even closer. I would fully recommend this apartment to anybody. Before we set off i emailed the owner to see if it was possible to have 2 sets of keys as the teenagers would probably be out till all hours, they were more than happy to do this at no extra charge or extra deposit, that made a big difference to our holiday. so a big thank you for that as well. Happy Holidays !

"La casa esta impecable, ...

"La casa esta impecable, muy limpia, en primera linea de playa, y resulta muy comoda en su totalidad. Piscina muy tranquila pues casi nunca hay nadie por lo que puedes difrutarla, y sobre todo disponer de garage en una zona tan cerca de puerto marina."
