Es war sehr sauber, die Tochter des Besitzer spricht sehr gut Englisch und wir waren schon vor der Reise per WApp in Kontakt. Alles war toll und hat super funktioniert!!

The apartment was great. The views of the Mediterranean are spectacular, and the sea breeze keeps you and the apartment cool all day and night. Getting around Port Saplaya and getting into town (Valencia) was easy Uber prices were reasonable and easy to use if you didn't want to use public transport. The beach is literally at your doorstep, and the municipal pool was reasonably priced.

Mid May getaway

My wife and I stayed in Carles’s, ‘Valencia : Beautiful apartment in the beach’ and without doubt it was everything and more than we expected it to be. The host, Carles, met us upon arrival and could not have been more helpful, despite his lack of English (used translator) answered all our queries and even though it was late at night drove us around the local area pointing out restaurants, bus stops, taxis and supermarkets which are all about 5 minutes walk from the apartment. The apartment itself was great and had everything we needed. I would go back in a heartbeat and highly recommend this stay. 10/10. Thank you Carles and Tamara .
Bed with a view of the waves breaking on the beach accompanied with the wonderful relaxing sound - great way to go to sleep at night and wake up to the next morning

Lovely location with a lovely sea view and a great balcony for breakfast. Carlas the owner is a lovely man and very easy to deal with.

Beautiful sea view apartment

Perfect location and apartment. Just a short walk to beautiful Port Saplaya where we found a great selection of bars and restaurants. We used the local bus to travel into the city of Valencia. The host is great . We found him to be a very helpful and kind man. We would definitely recommend this apartment.

Direkter Meerblick von allen Zimmern

Wunderbare Lage in erster Reihe mit direktem Meerblick. Weg zum Strand fußläufig 3 Min. Kleiner leerer Strand trotz Hauptsaison hauptsächlich für Familien und Paare. Carles hat uns am Flughafen in Valencia abgeholt und uns alles gezeigt. Man kann direkt vom Bett das Meer und den Sonnenaufgang sehen. Der Swimmingpool gehört nicht zur Wohnanlage sondern ist öffentlich. Der Eintritt wurde für die Mietzeit von Carles im Voraus bezahlt. Man muss sich an die offiziellen Öffnungszeiten 11-19 Uhr halten. Sportliches Schwimmen ist kaum möglich, da sich die Besucher eher zum Abkühlen im Pool aufhalten. Die Nähe zur Stadt Valencia ist super. Viele Ausflüge sind möglich. Busverbindung 2x die Stunde. Ansonsten ruhige Lage trotz der Nähe vieler Restaurants. Sehr familär. Insgesamt sehr empfehlenswert.

The sea at night… wonderful!

You can go to sleep lulled by the sound of the sea! I just wished that the bedroom had had air conditioning because the weather was brutally hot for June. But the apt had everything we needed, the location was great, and our host was lovely!

Wonderful!

The view of the Mediterranean was just as the picture shows and having three rooms to open onto balcony was wonderful. Charles is charming and very helpful along with his d as ughter Tamara. Would highly suggest this beautiful apartment.

Schönes Appartement mit Super Aussicht

Das Appartement ist geräumig, sauber und gut ausgestattet. Die Aussicht ist fantastisch. Es gibt auch einen Garagenplatz . Die Lage ist eher ruhig, man ist aber sehr schnell in Valencia. Wir fanden das Preis/Leistungsverhältnis sehr gut. Der Besitzer Carles ist sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend, er erklärt alles ganz genau, die Kommunikation lief hervorragend. Wir haben eine schöne Woche verbracht und bei unserem nächsten Aufenthalt werden wir sicher wieder zurückkehren.

Fabuloso!

Nos ha encantado la situacion del piso frente al mar. Espectacular! La zona es muy tranquila, solo se oyen las olas del mar. El piso es muy funcional y perfecto para una pareja con 1 niño. Toallas de casa y de playa, sabanas, silla de playa, sombrilla. Todo lo que hace falta para unas vacaciones en la playa. El parking debajo del edificio tambien es muy practico. Gracias a Carles por su amabilidad. Volveremos !

Very nice beach, the flat directly with the see view!

Nice, clean, 2 sleeping rooms, great for a family or vacation with friends! See is directly next to the flat, the beach is great, many activities, restaurants, Valencia city center is only 10 min by car, parking place. To sleep and to hear the waves on the see! What could be nicer!

Fantastic Apartment & Location

Clean, spacious, quiet and has everything you need for a relaxing Spanish vacation on the beach. Beach towels and chairs also included! Very conveniently located, as there is a large grocery store and restaurants in walking distance and crucial is the underground parking spot, as parking is at a premium. The owner, Carles, provided great communication at check-in and -out and was always available if we needed him. We will re-rent this apartment on our next trip to Valencia.

Verblijf in Valencia

Het was een prima woning op de 7 etage van een flatgebouw. Alle voorzieningen waren aanwezig met parkeer mogelijkheid in de kelder. De afstand naar Valencia is ongeveer 10km maar is met het openbaar vervoer goed te doen.

A perfect place with a perfect owner

The apartment is wonderful the living room/dining room and the 2 bedrooms all have balcony access. Below is the beautiful Mediterranean and when the surf is up, 7-8 young people are learning to surf because the school with its pool is below. Saplaya is a wonderful walking experience with fingers of water that you meander around, with apartment of all different styles and colors. A short walk is 'Alcampo' a grocery/other things supermarket, with a couple of bar/restaurants/panarias close. Although the highway is near, you don't know it because of the wall/barrier between it and Saplaya. Valencia itself is a busride to town. Now for the owner, Carles is absolutely wonderful. He came to get me at the Valencia airport with a big sign with my name. Because my luggage was lost, he helped me the next day to retrieve it. British Air was going to send it back to the States! The apartment itself is lovely, well-appointed and very clean. All in all, I am so happy that the photos on VRBO/Home Away showed me this beautiful place, which turned out to be just as described, even better! Joyce from Seattle

Chilled out holiday

Fantastic views of the sea and surfers every evening from the balcony, lots of bars and restaurants within easy walking distance. The apartment has everything you need for a comfortable stay . Carles the owner even picked us up at the airport and showed us round the area pointing out local amenities . If you want to go o the city it s easy and cheap to do so on the bus , there is a bus stop right outside the door.

Excellent location and very helpful host

This property is in an excellent location to visit Valencia and enjoy the beach. The property itself was very clean and had everything you could need. It is located directly opposite the beach and very near two swimming pools. There is also a large supermarket in easy walking distance along with lovely bars and restaurants. We caught the bus to Valencia very easily. Everyone in the area is really friendly and relaxed. Our host was very attentive and picked us up from the airport and took us back for a very modest fee, and gave us lots of information. I would not hesitate to recommend this property, area and host, and hope to return!

Die beste Unterkunft, die wir je hatten. Großer Balkon im 7. Stock direkt zum Meer hin, man hört Meeresrauschen, Pool in der Nähe, Garage, 2 Fahrstühle , sauberer öffentlicher ruhiger Strand, kein Lärm nachts. Wegen der Brise haben wir die Klimaanlage nicht gebraucht. Unkompliziert mit Bus und Bus oder Bus und Metro in die Stadt. Allerdings haben wir meist Taxi genommen. 15 Minuten und etwa 12-13 Euro bis in die Stadt. Taxis gibt es überall. Geschäfte zu Fuß erreichbar. In der Wohnung absolut alles, was man braucht. Valencia ist eine wunderbare Stadt. Menschen sehr höflich. Nicht zu viele Touristen. Mit Valencia Card gibt es viele Vergünstigungen. Leckeres Essen. Empfehlenswert Museo des Arts, Aquarium, IVAM, Kathedrale, Fallero. Im Juli gran fira mit vielen Veranstaltungen. Feuerwerk samstags am Strand von Valencia nicht vergessen. Fahrradtour durch die Stadt ein Muss. Unter der Wohnung ist ein Schwimmbad, eine Surfschule und ein Tennisplatz. Die Athmosphere im Viertel wie in Italien, die Architektur, Segelboote am Kanal, viele Lokale. Also wow.
