Great vacation spot. Across from surfers beach and short walk to town. Excellent communication with the VRBO hosts. Would love to return.

Great location, the deck was awesome. The office has a door and is used as a 3rd bedroom. The host was very accommodating and made sure we were comfortable. They were also very responsive to our requests. We had a great time despite the unusually cool weather in August.

Perfect birthday/Father’s Day mini vaca

Perfect location, set up and hospitality! Mary greeted us at check in and showed us all the amenities and gave us recommendations for local stores and restaurants. Great combination of amazing views plus steps to the beach. We will definitely stay here again!

The location was beautiful. I loved hearing the ocean waves the entire day and night. The area was quiet overall. We enjoyed watching all the surfers arrive with the sunrise and catch some waves. I think it’s time to replace the sofa set as it’s pretty saggy to sit in. The master bed mattress needs replacing. My husband and I spent the first night on that bed and it was very uncomfortable on his side of the bed. It appears to be quite worn out on the one side over the other. We were grateful there was another small bedroom that he chose to sleep in. Our last night there the people below had their music very loud along with loud conversations and laughing. Oh well!Our host Mary was wonderful. She greeted us and gave us a tour of the place which was very helpful.

Wonderful stay!

This view was unbeatable, and much more quiet than staying on the boardwalk area. Communication was great, and the place was stocked with everything we needed. Definitely would stay again!

This was our 2nd time staying at this amazing spot and it was again, perfection. Location, location, location! Best views!! Perfect size for our family of 4. Quick walk to the beach to catch the waves and play in the sand. Will continue to come back!

Perfect Beach Getaway!

My family and I stayed at this property for 5 days and had such a perfect, relaxing beach vacation. Everything about our stay was perfect, especially the wonderful, thoughtful hospitality. Our trip was so great that I cried when we left. I cannot wait to come back again!

Really enjoyed our stay. The location and views were great with close proximity to shopping, restaurants and the beach! Could use a few updates but we loved staying there and would again!

Excellent roof top!

It was a friends trip and we spent most of our time walking in the beach, sitting on the rooftop watching the ocean, beach, kite surfers and surfers! Excellent location!!

Fantastic location and views

We enjoyed our second stay at this property and once again spent most of our time on the deck taking in the views, people watching and sunsets. The location is perfect for dining and shopping access. The check in process was smooth and communication with Mary very quick and responsive. Hope to stay again soon!

Annual SD getaway!

This was our third year at this rental and have already booked 2025! We cannot beat the location and the direct oceanfront proximity. Sunsets from the deck are an every night thing!
