The home was very clean. There is no beach view but you are the second house in from the beach area and the boardwalk. You can't beat the location, but again, no view from the unit itself. We didn't mind as we walked the boardwalk. Major plus was the parking spot. I think there was street parking available but it was nice to have a dedicated space.

We have stayed at this location in the past and is fabulous as usual. We can walk wherever we need too. The boardwalk is probably less than 500 feet from the property. The house was clean as usual and the management responded quickly if we had any questions. We have visited Pacific Beach several times and by far this has been the best location and property were we have stayed.

We had a wonderful family vacation. The location is great. Walking distance to whatever you need, yet set in an area less busy ( at least during the week days). We enjoyed all the spaces, especially the side patio where we were entertained by humming birds and butterflies. Very enjoyable stay. Will come back again!

Great Place Close to Beach!

We really enjoyed our stay. Everything was clean and the proximity to the beach was perfect. The amenities were great and made our stay easy. It's the perfect place for a small family to stay and not have to worry about parking and driving anywhere.

Family Getaway

It was perfect for family as we had two children and the proximity to the beach and other parks were close and accessible.
