We have stayed at this location in the past and is fabulous as usual. We can walk wherever we need too. The boardwalk is probably less than 500 feet from the property. The house was clean as usual and the management responded quickly if we had any questions. We have visited Pacific Beach several times and by far this has been the best location and property were we have stayed.

Great spot to stay near the beach. Wonderful outdoor areas. Used the grill daily and the fireplace table at night.

We had a wonderful family vacation. The location is great. Walking distance to whatever you need, yet set in an area less busy ( at least during the week days). We enjoyed all the spaces, especially the side patio where we were entertained by humming birds and butterflies. Very enjoyable stay. Will come back again!

Getaway for Mother’s 60th birthday

We had a lovely stay at this property! The house was clean, well-maintained, and had everything we needed for a comfortable visit. You can tell a lot of thought went into making the space welcoming and functional, which made settling in very easy. The location was convenient for our trip, and we appreciated the little touches that made us feel at home. Communication with the host was smooth and responsive throughout our stay. Overall, a great spot if you’re looking for a comfortable and well-kept place to unwind.

The house was just like it was advertised. Clean, well kept, plenty of room and and located in a perfect location. I have been to Pacific Beach several time and stay in this general area. By far this has been the best. We will stay here again.

Fantastic location mere steps from Law St. Beach/Ocean and overlook!

This is our second stay at this property when traveling for business. The property is 2 houses off the ocean/beach and even has a sliver view of the ocean from the living room. Most important is the location. Law St. beach is "enough" away (but close enough) from all the action in Pacific Beach. It is about a .3 miles to the main restaurant area. The beach (accessible by a easy access ramp) is about 100-150 yards away. Pics likely show this, but one of our favorite parts is sitting at the fire pit/outdoor seating and just people watching. This street has lots of (good) foot traffic-- surfers heading down, yoga revelers (they gather on the overlook that is 100 yards away), beach goers-- it is fantastic. Can't say enough good about this location/property. We've met the owners as well (they visit the adjacent portion of the home on occasion/off-weekends-- they are really good people. I wish I traveled here more than every two years-- I miss this house when I'm away. Don't think twice, you'll love it.

Amazing proximity to the beach

This was a great location for my family. We loved how close it is to the beach. Everything as advertised. The texts and emails I received leading up to the stay were helpful. I didn't see anything in the VRBO listing about beach stuff being available, so I brought what I had from home. To our surprise there was an umbrella, shade toys, and chairs. So that was helpful as well.

Great Place Close to Beach!

We really enjoyed our stay. Everything was clean and the proximity to the beach was perfect. The amenities were great and made our stay easy. It's the perfect place for a small family to stay and not have to worry about parking and driving anywhere.

Girl getaway

This property was clean and comfortable! Plenty of room to enjoy indoor or out. The location to the beach was amazing and only a short walk from all the restaurants, shopping, and evening activities you might be interested in. Great place for couples or a group of friends. Neighborhood felt safe and friendly and it was obvious that the locals consider it a great surfing location. Beach was clean and o my a short walk across the street.

If you want to be in PB, it's a good location. Don't plan on more than one vehicle, street parking is virtually impossible. Photos need to be updated, no view of ocean, but it is close by. Communication with property manager was not the easiest, but adequate

Amazing Location!

The pictures do not lie about how amazingly convenient this house is to the beach. We stayed during a little cold spell, and while there isn't heat, there's at least one very good space heater that kept us comfortable during our stay. We did have a bit of trouble reaching the property manager via their text system (we texted outside of business hours but never got a response at all) but it was for such a minor thing that we didn't feel the need to call. I feel confident had I called I would have gotten a quick response. One other nitpick is I technically picked this house because I could see recliners in the pictures (my elderly father benefits greatly from recliner chairs) but when we arrived we found the recliners didn't work. Not a knock against the property, as they didn't advertise them, but if you see them in the pictures just be aware. Check-Out is also at 10am, which is a little earlier than the customary 11/12. You can request a late check-out, but my family is a bunch of early risers anyway so we didn't have a problem with it. The house was very clean and comfortable, and again, the location is absolutely amazing, especially given the price.

love the location, quiet neighborhood. the picture of the property needs to be updated there is no view of the ocean, as the picture shows. I think once upon a time there was but, now the next door neighbors' plants are covering it. overall great property close to everything.

Family Time with College Move-In Day

The property was perfect for our family. All our amenities and family needs were provided. Our hosts were easily reached with quick response with questions and any concerns. It was quiet as the city ordinances were respected by all. We love the walks along the beach, the proximity of the restaurants and grocery stores and the beach. The home is beautiful and comfortable. This was the most relaxing time we had. The home provides all that is needed for the family…toiletries, soaps, detergents, towels, extra sheets and pillows, blankets (used as our kids wanted their own spaces), pots, storage containers, spices,beachgear, washer and dryer. This is a popular parking area since many in the community love to surf. We were lucky to have the parking. We felt blessed to have this place to stay and such nice hosts to work with. We will be back;)

Very Close to the Beach

We have stayed in San Diego many times, but has been a few years since our last visit; we were surprised to find that the beach was not very well maintained; this was very disappointing. The large accumulation of seaweed and garbage attracted a lot of bugs. The location of this house was perfect in many ways. Easy walk to the beach and to many restaurants. The layout of the house worked very well for us too. The reason I am giving 4/5 stars for cleanliness is because when we went to open the sofa sleeper, there was popcorn and crumbs all over the mattress. Also, the carpets were apparently cleaned within hours of our arrival; this sounds nice, but it took days for the carpet to dry and had a musty old smell to it.
