The lounge area had a comfortable sleeper sofa. This impressive home sleeps a total of 10 guests. This layout has a spacious owner`s suite and a covered lanai.

The comfortable living area has a leather suite, 42` wide screen TV, wireless internet access and cable TV. This is where you sit back, relax and think to yourself ‘why have I stayed in a hotel room, when this condominium offering a generous layout, gorgeous furnishings and all it’s comforts of home is available’?

Entertaining, cooking and being able to share private time together with friends and family is fun and enjoyable. There is no need to miss out on any of the conversation, when using the ‘open plan’ fully equipped kitchen and dining area!

Unit amenities include; towels, linen, coffee maker, iron, ironing board, hair dryer, microwave oven, refrigerator, electric stove, dishwasher, electric toaster, central air/heat, dishes, cookware and utensils. Also available are washing and drying facilities, making it easier to have those ‘little one’s’ ready in time. Why pack a big suitcase when you can wash their favorite sports jersey or best-loved dress! Also, free local calls are a feature offered in this property.

For your pleasure and enjoyment, the resort amenities include; a clubhouse, tropical lagoon pool and spa, children’s pool, sports court, fitness center, games room, movie theater, internet library, meeting space, elevators and a concierge service and gated entrances. Vista Cay Resort : House & Resort rules

We want to welcome you at our beautiful resort. In order that all guest can enjoy their stay, the resort implemented some strict house and resort rules :

- Quiet hours are from 11PM till 9AM. No loud gatherings or parties are allowed inside the property or on the resort
- Do not exceed the maximum occupancy allowed in the property
- Onsite roving patrol and security
- NO PETS allowed inside the property !
- NO SMOKING of any kind is allowed inside the property or in public areas on the resort, this includes e-cigarettes and medical marijuana
- If you wish to BBQ grill, there are grills available on the resort. Grills are NOT allowed on the property balcony or lanai.
- No candles are allowed inside the property
- To access the resort amenities, you need an amenity pass to enter. These passes are provided inside your property at the entrance or kitchen counter in a display holder. Passes might have advertisement on them. Passes can be shared between guests, it is not required that each guest has a pass when using the amenity.
- Pool towels are provided inside the property, make sure to return all towels back to the property when used outside. Missing and badly stained linen will be charged.
- EV charging : there are EV charging stations on the resort, it`s not allowed use the power of the property.
