Du warst Gast bei mir und hast nie etwas zu mir gesagt, nicht einmal auf meine Fragen geantwortet, und jetzt, wo du weg bist, hast du angefangen, auf den Teller zu spucken, wo du gegessen hast. Sie haben nur Forderungen und wollen wenig bezahlen? Die Wohnung wird im April und Mai renoviert, aber ich werde sie definitiv nicht mehr an Sie vermieten.

El alojamiento estaba bien. Quitando algunos detalles como que la television estaba rota y no se veia, el aire acondicionado no funcionaba, nos lo alquilaron como que habia wifi y no habia.... Lo peor fue la persona que nos entrego las llaves. No eran puntuales y se lo tomaba todo a broma. Tuvimos que dejar las llaves en la ventana del baño porque no venian a por ellas

Appartement sale

L'immeuble est bien placé . Appartement avec balcon vue sur la mer mais sale et avec trés peu de vaisselle. En février des travaux dans l'immeuble : ascenseur ne marchait pas la premiére semaine et ensuite grue avec les ouvriers qui passent devant le balcon toute la journée, plus le bruit et la poussiére. Trés déçus.

Je suis désolé qu'ils fassent des travaux de construction dans le bâtiment pendant son séjour. La rénovation du bâtiment est maintenant terminée et il y a un nouvel ascenseur.

Süße kleine Wohnung für zwei Personen

Die Wohnung sieh aus wie auf den Bildern....sauber und ordentlich, die Lage war okay zum einkaufen sollte man aber ein Auto haben. Leider war die Ausstattung nicht wie beschrieben, es gab keine Kaffeemaschine,die Haustür war von innen nicht abzuschließen aber von außen zu öffnen, so das wir immer die Gittertür abgeschlossen haben . Außerdem gab kein Funktion- fähiges Internet ( gutes Signal aber 0 Download- Geschwindigkeit) Der Vermieter hat weder auf Anruf noch auf SMS reagiert. Die Person bei Schlüsselübergabe konnte kein englisch, wenig spanisch und wir kein russisch...

Guten Morgen, es tut mir leid, dass Sie keine Kaffeekanne gefunden haben, aber wir hatten eine Kaffeekanne in der Wohnung. Niemand hat Ihnen jemals eine Internetverbindung versprochen (es ist optional gegen Gebühr und Sie haben es nicht verlangt)! Sie haben mich nie per SMS kontaktiert !!!

Tolles Appartement und toller Urlaub

Ich habe diese Wohnung in Spanien für ein paar Tage während meines Kurzurlaubs gemietet. Der Platz ist gut gepflegt und es gibt alle notwendigen Dienstleistungen. Torrevieja hat einen sehr großen Strand nur wenige Meter von der Wohnung entfernt und obwohl es Januar war, habe ich es geschafft zu schwimmen (es gab 24°). Um ins Stadtzentrum zu gelangen, nahm ich den Bus, die Haltestelle ist sehr nah. Ich empfehle einen Besuch in den Salzpfannen, und wenn Sie gerne einkaufen, gibt es das Shopping Center Habaneras. Ich empfehle diesen Ort für einen erholsamen Urlaub. Großartig!

Apartment very basic. Electrics a disgrace. No heating. Nights very cold.

There were lots of issues that totally ruined my enjoyment. 1. Extensive building work going on at the exterior of the apartment block for the final 4 weeks of my 6 week stay. 2. Stone dust and excessive noise from building work. 3. The lift was inoperative for the final 2 weeks of my stay. I had no prior knowledge whatsoever from the apartment owner of these issues, although he admits he was aware of them. If I had, there is no way I would have stayed there. 4. I went to Spain for 6 weeks to recuperate from bad health and surgery I had last year. All the aforementioned issues aggravated my problems. 5 I must further add that the electricity was a complete shambles in the apartment. I could only use one appliance at a time or the whole system would go off and I had to go to fuse box to rectify. 6. To add to all of this, the apartment was unheated. 7. In the final analysis, what should have been a dream vacation turned into a nightmare. In particular, having no lift was a major factor. I am in poor health and the main reason I selected the apartment was because it had a lift. The workmen told me the lift was being removed and would not be replaced until long after I had left. I had to walk and carry shopping up 2 flights of steps which caused me substantial problems. I communicated with the apartment owner but he did nothing to resolve my problems at all. This is disgraceful.

Perfekt Lägehet med havsutsikt

Detta är nog den perfekta bostaden för 2 personer. Den är välutrustad och i köket finns det man behöver utan en massa extra krafs. Vi har hyrt där flera gånger och alltid välstädad och rent Beskrivningen stämmer perfekt och detta är en lägenhet som jag varm rekommenderar. Det vi saknade var att markisen inte fungerade samt att balkongmöblerna inte var de bäst att sitta i, vi har haft med oss egna dynor. Om na har svårt att gå så kan det vara ett problem att handla mat men bussen stannar utanför som tar en till centrala staden så detta är ingen stort problem. Mycket bra och tillmötesgående hyresvärd. Отдыхали с женой. Все было прекрасно с самого прилёта. Для нас был организован трансфер. Учитывая, что мы прилетели ночью, было очень удобно. По приезду к дому нас встретила очень милая женщина, которая передала нам ключи и показала все в квартире. Квартирка оказалась очень милая, все так, как было на фотографиях и даже лучше. Чистота, все намыто и блестит! На утро нас ожидал приятный сюрприз! Оказывается море вот оно, прямо под нашими окнами!!! А какое красивое! Можно прямо в купальнике выходить и ты на пляже! Замечательно! Вокруг много ресторанов и баров, проблема с едой вообще отсутствует. Все вкусно и недорого! Пляж очень красивый и его линия длиться несколько километров. Не далеко находится большой супермаркет, где можно купить любые продукты. Очень удобно для тех, кто любит готовить сам. По средам можно посетить местный рынок и купить фермерские деликатесы, овощи и фрукты! Рядом с домом остановка автобуса. Можно за 10 минут доехать до центра Торревьехи и погулять по красивой набережной. Хотя мы с женой любили пройтись пешком, этот путь занимал примерно час времени. Мы в восторге от этого места. Хотим вернуться ещё!

Très déçu

L'appartement n'est pas propre (des fourmis partout,des cafards,des arraignées...) en arrivant la toilette était salle j'étais obligée de la nettoyer,le climatiseur ne marche pas,la grille pain est sale ,les draps avec des odeurs pourris.la location était sans contrat après le jour de départ la femme est venu à 11h sans avertir sans appeler en hurlant pour nous dire allez il faut partir maintenant il ya des autres gens qui vont venir elle nous a même pas laissé le temps pour ranger nos affaires et nettoyer l'appartement on était 3 et on est très déçus

well situated close to la mata beach local bus service to torrevieja outside front door

the property is ideal for one .cosy for two bit small for larger groups ,view is spectacular the centre of la mata is a pleasant 2km walk away and unlike a lot of spain was mostly open in January well equipped the local bus service is frequent but very irregular but it is ,ideal for the centre of torrevieja and bus station In winter spain can be very cold and the apartment did not have heating but overall it was a very pleasant experience

très bonne location près de la plage

location propre dans un immeuble calme et bien situé à proximité d'une petite plage. la correspondante du propriétaire est arrivée à l'heure convenue pour la visite des lieux, malheureusement elle ne parle pas français. malgré tout quelques dysfonctionnements: la clim ne fonctionnait pas (ventilation mais pas de froid), la lunette des toilettes pas fixée et absence de cafetière électrique. Nous avons passés un agréable séjour sous un beau soleil, nous y retournerons certainement avec plaisir. Merci à Fabrizio pour l'arrangement concernant le paiement. Appréciation tardive car problème avec mon PC

Molto bello

Io e mia moglie abbiamo affittato questo appartamento per concederci una breve vacanza e ci siamo trovati molto bene. L'appartamento è un po' piccolo ma per due persone (più il cane) va benissimo e poi è molto comodo essendo affacciato sul mare. Fare colazione sul balcone e vedere mare e spiaggia è uno spettacolo! Poi Tv satellitare, condizionatore, insomma tutto ok. Consigliato!

It can be done better

We've just returned from your apartment Calle Bogavante, Torrevieja Friday, September 9 for a good holiday in a nice area. It is a lovely apartment for 2 people, and would like us to rent it again in the summer of 2018, but that was just a minus. The apartment was not very well cleaned, we had to wash cutlery, glassware, tableware, pan and pot of before it could be used. Everything in the kitchen was simple to grease to, did not dare start extractor for fear of dirt would fall into the pan. We showed Ludmilla it and understood from her that there had been a famille with small children for 4 weeks and traveled so late that she only had 2 hours to clean lejlighen. If such things could be, we are interested in renting it again.

Durante il nostro soggiorno,abbiamo riscontrato alcune problematiche, dalla serratura porta d'ingresso rotta(riparata dopo alcuni giorni), alla presenza di vari insetti nei letti ed in tutto l' appartamento, non pulito sufficientemente. Mentre le spiagge ed il paese molto graziosi.

La serratura è stata riparata dopo pochi giorni, purtroppo si è guastata il 14 agosto e sono venuti a ripararla appena terminate le festività di Ferragosto. L'appartamento è stato pulito appena prima dell'arrivo, qualche insetto qua e là non può pregiudicare lo svolgimento di una vacanza...

Great place to relax

The rest of the apartment for two weeks. Very comfortable and cozy apartment . There is everything you need to stay - fridge, kettle , hair dryer , air conditioning ... The magnificent view from the balcony. A large bed. The beach next to the house . Plenty of space for parking . I did not want to leave .

vacanza spettacolare

Ci tengo a precisare che normalmente non scrivo recensioni ma questa volta non potevo proprio farne a meno. Innanzitutto lo stabile e l'appartamento rispecchiano pienamente la descrizione spiegata nell'annuncio, fare colazione sul terrazzino ammirando il mare è fantastico, entrare e trovare tutto ben pulito è già un preludio di serietà e buon senso. L'efficienza del proprietario abbiamo avuto modo di constatarla in quanto al terzo giorno si è bloccata la lavatrice, vabbè può capitare, abbiamo prontamente chiamato per comunicare un guasto e nel giro poche ore il problema era già risolto e noi stavamo andando già in spiaggia (bellissima). Bella camera da letto, in soggiorno c'è un confortevole divano letto sfruttato ampiamente dai miei due figli. Bella cittadina, appartamento confortevole, spiagge enormi e........purtroppo è finita la vacanza!!!!!!

"en arrivant a appartement le jeudi nous avons constaté que le frigo ne fonctionnait pas nous avons directement prevenu le proprietaire qui nous a repondu qu il etait en italie ne pouvait donc rien faire pour nous qu il nous mettait en contact avec une personne sur place qui devait nous contacter cette derniere nous a donner rendez vous vendredi soir pour constater en effet que le frigo ne fonctionnait pas vu que nous etions le week end apres multiples communicationsen italie et en espagne un reparateur c est presenté le lundi avec le contact espagnole,il a detecté la panne (fuite de gaz)au moment de la reparation le contact a telephoné au proprietaire qui a refusé de faire effectuer la reparation nous nous somme donc retrouvé sans frigo tout le séjour a 30 degrés nous avons du jeter notre marchandises acheter en arrivant pas de boissons fraiche imaginer la suite proprietaire pas serieux du tout"
