This is a lovely casita in an amazing location close enough to walk to the plaza downtown, which is great because there’s not much parking and it’s pricey down there! We walked down to the plaza every morning for coffee and pastries at the French pastry shop-highly recommend! The neighborhood is quiet and the casita has a cute patio that is fenced and gated for nice evenings outside to enjoy. Mary Kay-host-was extremely communicative and great to work with!

We loved our stay at Casas de Guadalupe! The place was clean and had all the amenities we needed. It was also a quick walk to downtown Santa Fe. We had friends who rented some of the other casitas and it was so convenient to meet up and let the kids play outside. Highly recommend!

Can’t beat the location

I wish I could go 5 stars for this place. The location is on a quiet street but still perfect for walking to the plaza, etc. and the property manager was very responsive. Kitchen was well-equipped and the water pressure is better than I’ve seen at many rentals east of the Mississippi. But the place needs a bit of love, looking pretty shabby. The mattresses are very soft and the second shower is very tight.

Santa Fe Get Away

This property was perfect for a visit to Santa Fe. The casita is adorable, well maintained and within walking distance to the old town area. The host, Mary Ann Kaye, was incredible. She went out of her way to address a problem I was having with the T.V. (due to my inexperience), as well as returning an item that was left there at checkout. Will definitely want to rent this casita when I return. By the way, the parking was great!!! Very grateful to Mary Ann Kaye for all of her efforts!

Lovely!

The house is adorable and comfortable. We were able to walk to most places we wanted to go as the house is close to many attractions. The beds were comfortable; the house was clean and neat. Mary Ann gave us excellent directions to navigate to and enter the property. She was friendly and quite easy to reach. Will definitely stay there again, if I ever get to go back to Santa Fe.

Came to Santa Fe to celebrate hubbys birthday. The accommodations were clean, comfortable, and close to everything. We had a couple great restaurants that were within walking distance. I would definitely come back again.

Perfect location for easy walking to the sites in downtown and to restaurants. Casita was cute, clean, comfortable with a well appointed kitchen. We appreciate that it is dog friendly! Communication with host was great. We will definitely stay here again.

Great location for people and dogs. Easily walkable to the plaza and to greenspace. Lovely private patio. Charmingly decorated and well-stocked. Great showers. Comfy bed. Would definitely book again.

Casita D has tasteful southwestern decor; cozy fireplace, well-equiped kitchen, comfortable, private patio for drinks and conversation. Walkable to downtown Santa Fe museums, restaurants, and galleries. Mary Ann is a great and responsive host. We loved our stay.

Hi! My name is Mary Ann and I'm the property manager for Casas de Guadalupe. I began working in the hospitality industry after graduating with a Finance degree from UNM. After 20 years in the industry, my brother in law, Doug and two of his friends had purchased these properties. Doug was living on site and asked me to come and take a look at them. When I came out to Santa Fe to take a look at these casitas, I fell in love with them. 10 darling vacation rentals, all within the same complex, just off the plaza...what sales person could resist!! Come and experience the friendly people, the fantastic restaurants, museums and shops, and best of all the outdoor activities in and around Santa Fe!

Casita D is a great property for family and friends. The kitchen is easy to maneuver and has everything necessary to prepare a delicious meal (or warm up your delicious left overs from earlier in the day!). The kitchen counter has two bar stools and the den has a kiva fireplace. This casitas has two bedrooms, one with a queen size bed and the other with a full size bed. The larger bedroom has an adjoining bathroom with a shower/tub. The second bathroom is located off of the kitchen (next to the bedroom) with a shower. The private patio is enclosed with coyote fencing, and parking is only steps away.

Walk to the plaza and enjoy all our shops, restaurants, museums and much, much more!

This property is located just off of Guadalupe which is one of the main streets that borders the Plaza. Once you cross Guadalupe, you will see lots of shops, restaurants and museums. Park is a very quiet street just off the beaten path. You can enjoy a day at the plaza, walk back to the casita and enjoy a quiet night on the patio. Or take a little walk to any of the nearby restaurants in the area. If you don’t feel like eating out, there are several grocery stores in the area. The kitchen is fully equipped making it easy to whip up a delicious meal of your very own!
