Location or the resort was perfect! Loved the proximity to the beach. The view from the balcony was incredible! We enjoyed the many amenities. Will stay again!

Elevators worked great no problems- beautiful view- comfortable and easy to get around- beach is awesome- pools are great too

Spring break

It was perfect - view was great. Centrally located. Access to beach is easy. Several good restaurants to walk to and groceries right around the corner.

Great spot with great views!

Really great clean place. King bed is comfortable and there are good kitchen utensils. View is wonderful and getting to the beach is so easy. We loved our stay and would definitely recommend!

Barely ok

The condo photo was is deceiving. The tables and chairs are missing paint. The couch sinks very deep because it's cheap and old. Very Uncomfortable. The remote control instructions are totally bogus. A 30" TV speaks to the owner's lack of commitment to guests. Formica countertops are total 1980s. We won't be back uncomfortable

Great Waterfront Retreat

We found the property totally fit our needs. It was clean, nicely located just across the beach road, beach-front, and well equipped. Convenient parking garage is definitely a plus! Small, but adequate for a small family.

Great condo, wonderful view, fantastic location!

Great property and easy to access from the bridge. Shopping, restaurants, attractions all extremely close. Owners and manager were easy to work with and get in touch with. I even left some clothes in the dryer and the management had them to me 24 hours later. I will be returning to this condo next trip down.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This is the second time we have stayed in this condo. The location is fabulous for overlooking the Gulf of Mexico and walking distance to restaurants, bars and groceries. Some items/areas in the condo are in need of TLC and updating (furniture cushions uncomfortable/need replacing and bed is losing its firmness). However, everything was clean and welcoming.

Love the view!

We enjoyed our stay in this unit. It is a great location within walking distance to many good restaurants. The air conditioning stopped working while we were there, so they put a temporary window unit in that evening. The next morning someone was there to fix the system. Fast and friendly fix. I would stay here again.

Ok place to stay..

Property was clean and had a great ocean view. We wish it would have been disclosed that construction was going in the building; it was very loud in the morning. The next morning fire alarms were being tested all morning. Also wish the main bedroom had a curtain over the window to provide more privacy, since it looked out to the main public hallway.

Fun Family summer vacation

My family and I (total of 4) had a wonderful time in unit 1006. It was clean and had most of the amenities one could want. When our dryer stopped working at the beginning of our trip, the owners quickly sent out a repair man. The view was wonderful every morning as we tried to "find the dolphins". Being right across the street from the beach was wonderful. We could play in the sand and water then just walk back to our room for lunch and some down time and then head back later in the day.
