Trevlig lägenhet med en gullig balkong.

Den här lägenheten hade ett bra läge, nära gamla stan. Vi tyckte att den var bra planerad och kändes stor fast den var relativt liten. Värdinnan är mycket hjälpsam och för övrigt fanns allt man kan önska i ett boende. Vi är mycket nöjda!

Apartamento muy bien situado, muy cómodo y muy limpio

El apartamento está muy céntrico y está provisto de todo lo que se pueda necesitar. Los dueños son muy amables y nos facilitaron direcciones, excursiones e incluso nos ayudaron con el aparcamiento del coche al llegar. Todo funcionaba perfectamente y el aire acondicionado en dormitorio y salón era estupendo. La terraza nos ha permitido disfrutar de desayunos y cenas muy agradables. Destaco la limpieza y lo bien equipado y abastecido que está el apartamento, además de su luminosidad. El único inconveniente que se le podría poner son las escaleras (un cuarto piso sin ascensor) pero hay que ver siempre el lado positivo: ¡se hace un fantástico ejercicio cardiovascular! Sin duda, muy recomendable. Gracias a Nadia y Vincenzo.

Proche du centre historique de la Ville

Proche du centre de Catane. L'appartement est bien équipé. La climatisation est un plus lors des fortes chaleurs en été. Nadia a été très accueillante et nous a fourni de précieuses et nombreuses informations avant notre départ et à notre arrivée.

Awesome owners!

Awesome location , great owners , they are there for anything you need or any question you may have! Walkable to all sites, great markets! Great music, restaurants! Apartment is the cleanest & well appointed that we stayed while traveling throughout Italy-Sicily. Nadia & husband Vincenzo treated us like family & made us very comfortable. Awesome balcony, large bedroom & bath. Would recommend that anyone visiting Catania stay here. You will not find a better location ! Thank you again Nadia & Vincenzo!!

Wonderful apartment

Great location, walking distance to the old part of town. Host Nadia was extremely helpful and gave us a good tip to eat at the fish market at Osteria Antica Marina. Parking is really easy near/outside the apartment if you are driving. Very well appointed apartment, including a full laundry. Great view of Etna.

Delightful apartment

This lovely apartment is ideally positioned for exploring Catania on foot and is not far from the railway and bus stations for trips to Taormina, Siracusa, etc. The apartment is very well equipped, clean and comfortable. It is accurately described and we would not hesitate to recommend it to friends or family. Nadia made us very welcome and gave us lots of useful tips and information. She recommended Comis (in Piazza Massimo Bellini) for breakfast and Antica Marina restaurant in the fish market, both of which were excellent. The tour of Benedittini Monastery (in Italian) is fascinating, even if you don't speak much Italian. The views from the cupola of the Badia (church) of St Agata are wonderful. Piazza Duomo, with its 2000 year old statue of an elephant, is a World Heritage site. The beautiful Teatro Massimo Bellini is worth looking round and the fish market is a must. Grazie, Nadia, we had a great time staying in your delightful apartment.

bellissimo appartamento

Confortevole, ampio, pulito, ben arredato, molto "cozy". Ci siamo sentiti in casa. C'è tutto quello che si possa desiderare, anche la lavatrice (molto utile quando si viaggia per un lungo periodo), la radio con Cds, mappe, condimenti in cucina... Nadie è molto simpatica ed amabile. Ci ha consigliato restauranti, la migliore gelateria, posti da vedere in città. I bus e la stagione di treno per andare a visitare altre città sono facilmente raggiungibili. Altamente consigliabile!!!

Appartement très sympa à Catane

Nadia nous a très bien accueillis, a pris du temps pour nous donner des infos sur sa ville, nous avait préparé une tarte aux abricots, a laissé à notre disposition thé, café, sucre, lessive... Son appartement est très agréable avec son petit balcon et sa vue sur l'Etna. Super séjour !

appartamento molto confortevole in pieno centro città. delizioso balconcino lungo tutta la casa dove fare colazione e pasti (compatibilmente col caldo di stagione!), doppia aria sul balconcino interno cortile privato. grazioso arredamento stile provenzale, letto comodo, aria condizionata ok, bagno molto piacevole, lavanderia, insomma tutto quanto si possa desiderare per sentirsi a casa propria anche in vacanza e poter assaporare in libertà la città. un grazie a nadia per la simpatia e disponibilità anche della libreria e della dispensa, nonchè della fornitissima biancheria bagno, letto e persino spiaggia. Da consigliare senz'altro!

"We had a great holiday i...

"We had a great holiday in this apartment! The location is perfect, 5 minutes walking from the main street Via Etnea and from the old town. The apartment is well equipped and very quiet, we asked for a baby bed and a baby sit and everything was there! The only small imperfection is about the water in the shower (low pressure!!). But we hardly recommend the apartment and his owner, Nadia. The view on the mount Etna from the small balcony is really unique!"

Última y tercera planta d...

Última y tercera planta de un apartamento agradable y luminoso. Muy bien equipado, se nota que es una casa habitada, con una terraza pequeña y algo estrecha, pero muy coqueta, con vistas a los tejados y al Etna, ideal para desayunar o cenar al aire libre. La cama es fabulosa y grande, en una habitación amplia y con un armario generoso. La casa, tal vez, necesitaría en general un pequeño ajuste de fontanería. Buen restaurante de productos de la tierra debajo. En la calle paralela hay cafés y pubs con terrazas. Y bien situada al lado del centro peatonal e histórico, pudiendo ir a pie a todos los sitios. La propietaria es muy servicial, y se nota que le gustan los gatos.

この宿泊施設のオーナーになった理由

This was my home, I decided to rent it because I like to try to make pleasant the stay of travelers as I have been traveller myself. The apart is comfortable, central and will enable you to enjoy the city forgetting the car. Of all the cities in Sicily Catania is the most cultural, full of theaters and cinemas. Seaside city par excellence, will not let you be hungry, because each kiosk offers varied local drinks made with all kind of fruit syrups and every bar a wide range of delicacies. From every corner of the city peeps Etna, white in winter and often red of lava, sometimes obscured by summer haze and rarely from the clouds. You will also find something bad to say about this old town but you will never forget it and will leave here a little piece of your heart.
