クリスマス休暇の3日間の最低。 ノースビレッジゴンドラまで徒歩10分以内！ 2013年に完全改装された、静かなスタジオコンドミニアム。クイーンサイズベッド1台、新しいフロア、新しいインテリアノットアルダードア、トリム、新しい窓/スライディングガラスのパティオドア、すべて新しいフルキッチンと花崗岩のバスルーム。 スタジオには、テンピュラルマットレス、ソファー、暖炉（薪は供給されていません）、40 'テレビ、＆WiFi付きのクイーンサイズベッド2台が快適に眠ります。 コンプレックスには2つのホットタブ、プール、ドライサウナがあり、サイトの複雑な管理者もいます。 ペットと禁煙をしないでください。 ビレッジゴンドラ、レストラン、バー、お店まで徒歩10分以内！ 到着後、シャトルを運転する必要はありません。 清掃料金は3泊以上の宿泊料金に含まれています。 $ 50。 2泊のご滞在には、清掃費がかかります。 すべての滞在に14％の一時滞在料（TOT）があります。

Ski trip

Great easy stay overall. We’ve stayed in the same condo complex before and chose it based on past great experiences, reviews. Walk to the gondola to ski, and to the village for food and drinks. A more about the bed. It’s a firm memory foam bed. It softens up quickly and was very comfortable. Thanks for the stay, Chris.

New, clean and great LOCATION!

Everything is brand new in this studio. Set up perfectly and the fireplace is a nice touch. Coffee was available in the kitchen and everything worked great. Really enjoyed being able to walk to the village in 10 minutes and not have to worry about bus stops etc. Nice TV with plenty of options.

A great mountain cabin!

Was very close to the village gondola and had all the necessary amenities. Check in was very easy and it was clean. The fireplace and TV were great. Would recommend!

Great location and cozy place!

We really enjoyed our stay here! The location was prime! We were able to walk to most places we wanted to go. The place was cozy, clean and had everything we needed. Definitely would stay here again.

Cozy Mammoth condo

Great studio for us. Conveniently situated just beyond the edge of town on the road to the lakes where I fished. Host was responsive and communicated quickly and clearly. Comfortable and well equipped. We'd stay there again.

Good location near the village

Chris’s studio has everything you need for a ski trip to mammoth. The studio has a heater with thermostat and full kitchen if you plan to cook. You can walk to mammoth brewco and the village if you wish. Easy check in/out with a lockbox.

Cozy getaway

We booked this beautiful studio a month before realizing a storm would engulf mammoth . It was amazing. Kept us warm and safe. We were provided with everything we needed for the situation. Would stay again.

Great location and comfortable.

We really enjoyed our stay here and would definitely return when we do not need a bigger place. Beautiful views out the windows. If you're coming in the winter, all parking for the complex is outside, so prepare accordingly. Bed was firm but more comfortable than we thought it would be. We did hear our neighbors above when it was occupied, but it was not too bad. We had one issue which Chris resolved right away. It's a very cozy and comfortable unit!

Jacqueline and I have been passholders since the late 90's. We had the unit on vacation rental program until about 2006, when we switched to year round rental for about five years. The place was in need of a remodel! During summer 2013, we did a COMPLETE TOP DOWN REMODEL, which included all new kitchen & bath, floors, doors, and windows! We were reluctant to put the place back on the market, but felt VRBO would allow us to more effectively screen for responsible renters and help us keep the place in good condition.
