Loved the layout of this condoe, had everything you need to be comfortable for the weekend. Beds were comfortable, plenty of extra blankets and pillows. The balcony had a great view and easy access to the pool.

The condo was nice with all of the amenities we needed. The cleanliness was not the best. Many kitchen appliances were not clean, there was a dead cockroach in the unit, the decorative pillows were stained.

The condo was excellent and well maintained.The only downside I experienced was that the staff at the clubhouse and security guard were unfriendly and unprofessional. If I were an owner, I would want to know about that.

Great quick booking and stay

We needed to book last minute due to some car troubles. It was a quick booking and great clean place! The location is great in St George and the location of the actual condo is really nice, pool and playground right off balcony. The only bummer thing is the main pool with the slides was closed earlier than the others. Which is not the owners fault at all. My only suggestion would be to have a map of where the pools are and the times they are open and close. Other than that we loved it and would def stay again.

Family friendly Las Palmas

Inside was clean, cool, airy corner condo. Outside of buildings are aging and not kept up as well as they should be. Pools are nicely landscaped, comfortable and close by. Condo has good kitchen, pleasant Master bedroom, portacrib, pool towels but no hair dryer. Could use blackout curtains in the east facing bedrooms and nicer less-crinkly mattress protecters in the double queen room. Over all a very nice place to stay at a decent price in a nice location.

Las Palmas Enjoyed

Was a great stay! Kris was easy to contact. Location was great! Only a couple things we were not too happy with were some of the utensils n other kitchenware were dirty with yucky caked on food. TVs in bedrooms weren’t working properly or connected like the one in Living area was. Other than that we really enjoyed our stay and would stay again for sure!

Inclusive resort amenities at an affordable price!

Las Palmas was perfect for my parents, spouse and 2 kids. We had everything we needed plus access to pools, hot tubs, games and a quiet neighborhood. The check-in was a breeze and we really appreciated the use of the garage to lock up our mountain bikes when we weren't riding. Our host responded within minutes with the couple of questions we had. Plenty of trails close by, with a few trailheads just 1/2 mile away. We had a blast during our 4 day trip!

Great stay

We really enjoyed our stay at this condo. We traveled with friends for our daughters' softball tourney. Lots of room to relax, great bedrooms, and loved having a kitchen to fix breakfast and prep snacks for the day. I'd stay here again.

Las Palmas

We enjoyed staying here it was in a great location clean and quiet. We stayed here to watch the PGA tournament and it was only a 10 -15 minute drive to Black Desert course. We didn’t use the pool but it looked nice. The Condo was well furnished with everything we needed. The only complaint I have is the speed bumps while driving into the property. We would stay here again.

Great Corner Location

The room location at Las Palmas was great! I thought the king bed was very comfortable. It needs a good deep clean and to be organized a bit to get top marks. It also needs a new grill and some new pillows to be a 5/5.

Great communication, owners have pets

We had a great time in St George at Las Palmas. The location and amenities are great. The owners of this unit had superb communication and check in and out were easy. The main issue we had was the accuracy of the unit regarding pets. We specifically chose a unit that did not allow pets due to multiple guests with pet allergies, but when we arrived there had clearly been pets in the unit. The owner explained that one of the owners has a hypoallergenic dog that stays with them when there, which caused a couple of our guests to have some allergic symptoms. Aside from this, it was a lovely stay.
