Buonasera, sono molto dispiaciuta del vostro disagio, purtroppo le pinzature di insetti in campagna, nel verde e con il caldo possono verificarsi anche se è stato fatto il trattamento in giardino. Tuttavia la casa è dotata di zanzariere a tutte le finestre e a due porte ,però vanno tenute chiuse ...credo che il problema non sia stato in casa anche perché quest'anno ho rinnovato molte cose tra cui materassi ,cuscini,la cucina e gli elettrodomestici e soprattutto perché la casa è igenizzata e pulita molto accuratamente . Inoltre non ci sono stati problemi con nessuno degli ospiti né prima né dopo la vostra permanenza vedi le recensioni a 5 stelle che abbiamo ricevuto. Appena mi avete segnalato il problema siamo intervenuti all'esterno per controllare se ci fossero nidi di vespe o insetti intorno casa ma non abbiamo trovato niente non potevo certo entrare in casa senza la vostra richiesta. Mi fa piacere che i bambini non hanno avuto pinzature .Cordiali saluti Anna
