Never Disappointed

This was our second stay at the Juniper House. We will definitely stay again! Highlights include: large two car garage, super clean and comfortable, fenced in back yard, quick drive to downtown and trails (plus you are right on a walking path).

Excellent rental in Fruita

This home had everything I needed and more for a two week stay for me and my two dogs in Fruita. Very comfortable, great location with easy access to downtown Fruita, I-70 and more. The amenities at the house were great, everything was available that I could need and in great condition. The home was very clean and comfortable with plenty of room!

PAY ATTENTION TO THE DETAILS. I HAD SEVERAL BROWSERS OPEN AS I WAS SEARCHING AND BOOKED THE VERSION WHERE THEY EXPECT 4 ADULTS TO SHARE A BEDROOM IN A HUGE 5 BR HOUSE. WE USED ANOTHER BEDROOM OF THE 5 BECAUSE THATS RIDICULOUS AND WERE CHARGED 200 EXTRA TO APPARENTLY CLEAN AN EXTRA SET OF SHEETS AND MAKE A BED.

Spacious and comfortable home

This home is simply lovely. I felt very much at home. It's set in a very nice, quiet neighborhood that is only a few minutes drive away from downtown Fruita and hiking trails. It's a very nice neighborhood to walk around in. The house is very spacious, clean, and comfortably decorated. Wonderful kitchen with everything you might need - including coffee! Loved having a washer and dryer. The master bedroom has a very comfortable bed and very nice, clean, and large bathroom. I really appreciated having the office and fast wifi so I could work from the house. Most of all, I appreciated that the home is dog-friendly. We enjoyed our week there. Thank you so much - I look forward to coming back and staying at this home again.

Advertised 100% accurate. Very clean home, had everything I needed. Allows pets which was perfect for me and my little travel companion. The welcome basket was an extra personalized touch. Would definitely stay there again.

Beautiful, large home

This was a lovely, very large home with huge spaces. It’s very new and exceptionally clean and everything you can think of is provided for you. The yard is large and fenced in—even has a nice accommodation for keeping things picked up easily after your dog. There’s a beautiful fire pit, grill and picnic table and comfy fireside chairs. The kitchen is huge and so nice to cook in, with a large dining area. Very large-screen TV with huge couches for lounging, board games, a beyond spacious master bedroom with a jetted tub, a shower that you could get lost in—same for the closet. Really a lovely home (did I mention huge and spacious?). The owners and their team are so nice, very accommodating and easy to reach for any questions, and they leave an incredibly generous welcome basket with many guidebooks and info on the area. The surrounding area is wonderful with cute restaurants and shops nearby and wonderful outdoor areas so close for biking, hiking and exploring. Couldn’t recommend this more!

Very Nice Property

This was the second time we have stayed in one of Kristy’s properties. Juniper 1 is cozy and comfortable. Well appointed and maintained. Very clean. As a former vacation home owner, I say job well done, Kristy. We also stayed in Velo III for one month during April, 2019. It is apparent Kristy takes great pride in her vacation rental properties. Hopefully, we will be able to stay in one of Kristy’s properties when we return to Fruita in February.

As expected, our Juniper I stay in Fruita, CO, was perfect. The property managed by Kristy and Mike Driver was spotless, extremely well prepared and equipped, and totally comfortable. Kristy and Mike always provide top shelf housing experiences. Definitely 5 star.

What a great find! Nice new home near downtown Fruita and the bike trails. Great kitchen with everything you need. Large living room and outdoor area with fenced yard for the dogs. Thanks for a great stay!

Absolutely amazing stay!! This home has all you need and is so clean and cozy. Our dogs loved the back yard and we enjoyed cooking out and spending time on the back porch. Wouldn’t stay any where else if we visit again.

Juniper House is AWESOME!

This is our 2nd time staying with the Drivers, but our first time at the Juniper house. We couldn't have asked for more. The grill and patio were great for family dinners, as was the dining area and kitchen. What a great home away from home! We will definitely be staying again!

Just like home

This is our second stay at this property and we would not hesitate to recommend renting this property. Residence is very clean and well maintained, as is the yard. Cleaning and maintenance staff was very courteous and professional. Any concerns or questions we had were promptly addressed. Very quiet neighborhood, convenient to mountain biking, and Grand Junction is very close for any shopping you may need to do.

Beautiful home. Close to Colorado National Monument and other attractions. I highly recommend it.

If you're headed to the Western Slopes, you should definitely rent this home. It has all you could possibly need, and is reasonably priced.

Clean & Comfortable

We have stayed at the Juniper House on multiple different occasions as we travel to Fruita to mountain bike, eat pizza and drink beer (at the Hot Tomato). We enjoy this property for the following reasons: - Immaculately clean - Comfortable bed & living space - Full kitchen with everything you need to make meals - Fenced in back-yard and dog friendly - Large two car garage to easily secure bikes - Great bathrooms and water pressure - Close to everything in Fruita and surrounding areas - Gas grill and outdoor seating This property is just a hop, skip and jump away from the center of town (Aspen Street). A quick drive, bike ride or a healthy walk.

Great House. What a price!

Lots lots of room! And what a luxury to have a two car garage available. Kitchen was great. Sunlight poured into the bedroom in the morning and into the kitchen in the evening . It was a little chilly to sit outside but if it was warmer we would have had dinner outside on the patio every night. Living room a great place to watch movies. Very comfy. So much room I set up an office to do work on vacation :( in the front room away from the rest of the house. Shut the door and worked away.

This was a great rental and highly recommended. Nice home, updated, plenty of space for large family, garage for working on bikes, yard for pets, cable TV, close proximity to mountain biking and downtown Fruita. Everything you need, all amenities, for all ages.

Very comfortable and spotless home close to town.

The property was perfect for our stay. Absolutely spotlessly clean and very comfortable furniture. The garage was a great bonus for our bikes, which we rode to town for dinner every night. The patio was a great place to unwind in the afternoon sun as well. The king bed in the master suite was perfect.

The place was clean and everything was in order when we got there. The kids loved the space and yard, the location was very convenient to shopping in Grand Junction and the Mountain trails, the check in was easy!!! We will definitely recommend it to our friends.

We like the location because of the quiet neighborhood and great private backyard. The kitchen is huge and wonderful for cooking big meals with friends. We love to use the the bike path that runs right next to the home. The interior of the home is a 2 story to add to the privacy of the bedrooms. The Master Bedroom/Bathroom is enormous. The kitchen flows to the living, dining and patio areas nicely. The outdoor patio faces south with a pergola which is great for sitting and relaxing on hot afternoons.
