Very clean. Lots of extras (cleaning supplies, laundry/dish detergent). Minimal negative that some of the finishes are worn, pillows are useless (flat). But really; might be the best VRBO we’ve rented. Location is perfect. Host could not have been more accommodating (I had booked the wrong week initially). Host was quick to respond to any questions. I would recommend this one (or any of the host’s three other properties) without hesitation. Can’t go wrong!

We had a wonderful stay at Bali Cottage! The house is so perfect, spacious, modern, clean. Kitchen has everything you need. Beautiful fireplace outside, less than 5 min easy walk to the beach. Gated community. Parked right at the house. Quiet well maintained family community. We will definitely be back!!

We absolutely love this property. This is the second year we’ve came back. It’s such a cozy house and so close to the beach. It also has an awesome pool across the street that we like to go to and the kids get special drinks. We love using the bikes and enjoy sitting out on the deck at night. Highly recommend.

Great location!

What a great location inside Sunset Beach. The condo was well appointed and the owners had great communication throughout the stay when needed. Highly recommended!

Great Location!

Booked the Bali Cottage the night before and were lucky it was available. Check in was simple, communication with the host was excellent. The property was extremely clean, organized and stocked with all that we needed for our 5 day stay. Would absolutely stay here again. Location is perfect to walk or bike to everything you need!

May mother daughter getaway

Enjoyed a long weekend at Seacrest beach. Accommodations were very comfortable and well appointed. Location is an easy 5 minute walk to Rosemary. The beach was full but not packed. I feel like some small items could be refreshed- towels with stains, broken umbrella, window blind handles. Other than that we had a great time!

Cozy lil cottage on a great location

This property is in a great cozy little corner of the Sunset Villages community that is super close to the beach, downtown, and pool. The house is clean and well appointed. The beach was a bit crowded but so is almost anywhere spring break Rosemary Beach. The owner was responsive, nice and very helpful. Would recommend.

Great Stay

All in all, our stay was great! The unit was clean and very relaxing. Our favorite part was the outdoor area and fire pit. Comfortable beds, plenty of towels, lots of seating in the family room.The main negative was most of the blinds had no easy way to open and close them because the wands had fallen off or were missing. Also, check in was tricky because we got in around 10pm and security was not present and didn’t answer the provided phone number.The hosts communicated well and were helpful.

Great Location

We enjoyed our stay and the home, Great locatioon to beach access, restaurants and shops. Only thing was private beach area is shared with another community and was a little crowded. Reccommed renting chairs to have a reserved spots with rental company.

Perfect Thanksgiving Getaway at Rosemary Beach

We had an amazing stay at Rosemary Beach during Thanksgiving week! The location couldn't be better—just a short walk to the beach and surrounded by fantastic restaurants and charming shops. The community vibe is warm and welcoming, making it the perfect spot for a family holiday. We loved exploring the nearby stores and dining at local eateries. Our accommodations were comfortable and well-equipped, allowing us to relax and enjoy our time together. We absolutely love Rosemary Beach and can’t wait to return for another visit! Highly recommend it for anyone looking for a beautiful beach getaway!

Great location!

This location was awesome! We were about 100 yards from the beach so it was an easy walk. It was also perfect for walking to Alys and Rosemary being situated right between the two. We hardly used the car except to get groceries and excursions. It was clean and had all the small amenities. One bedroom was particularly small, but if you put kids there it’s no problem.

We had a great time. Place is lovely and very close to beach. Loved the deck and the captain chairs. Was so fun to sit out there at night and enjoy the surroundings!

Great location

Overall enjoyed our stay! Pros: Great location, Cozy beds & couches, well stocked kitchen, good response from owners Cons: Check in at 4 pm and check out at 10 am isn't preferred. You are getting there late and have to be out early, which to me you basically lose a day. We had to stay occupied until 4 and change our flights to leave earlier. When your toting luggage these times just aren't convenient. The owner did allow us to keep our luggage at the house for a few hours which was greatly appreciated. The two bedrooms are not the same. Both beds are King, but in the smaller room there is literally nowhere to put your luggage in the room. No nightstand, nowhere to put makeup when getting ready. We made do, but definitely not optimal. Otherwise, enjoyed the house and our stay. For the reasons above, I wouldn't stay at this house again. However, I did love the neighborhood and location.

Beach trip 2024

We had a great stay. The space was comfortable for the 3 of us. I was impressed with how quickly the manager/owner responded when our AC stopped working. They had someone out within in an hour and we were good to go after that. I love the location. I would stay there again.

Great location. Loved being able to get to Rosemary beach and Seacrest on the bikes. The house was very cozy and decorated nice. We had everything we needed.

Great location! Decent Spot!

Pros: Great location. Very nice theme! Comfortable furniture. Great AC. Cons: Communication from POCs - below average as not immediately responsive. Cleanliness: sandy floors as we arrived but the owner did send cleaners the next day to clean - was inconvenient as had to wait around. A few white towels had brown spots on them - not very appealing. Technical issues: TV should be replaced - dead spots on TV, lower section of the TV. HDMI was going in and out - so annoying. Plumbing: Bedroom 1: runny toilet, hand sink drainage issues. Poor water flow from shower head. Bedroom 2: shower head sprays water over the door so wate lands outside of the shower, creating a hazard. Kitchen: Poured wine into a plastic glass they had and it was leaking - hope it wasn't restacked. Recommend stacking some welcome items - coffee/tea - not having a few pods is atypical for nice rentals. Leave some basic necessities in the place, paper towels, hand soap, etc... Trash can gate didn't close properly - glad it didn't swing open and ding car. Bedroom blinds were missing opening rods - annoying b/c couldn't adjust. Instructions were lacking - did not know you had to use fob for pool access and then the fob had to be held at a specific area on the pool gate panel. I go down to the area a bit and this rental is positioned well but could use some TLC - shouldn't have some of the issues noted as the unit is nice overall and is not a cheap rental.
