魅力的な小さな独立した家で、個性があり、エアコン完備で、4人まで収容できます。 コテージは、大きなリビングルーム、メザニン（90cmのベッド2台）、バスルーム（シャワー、洗面台、トイレ）、キッチン/ダイニングルームのあるスリーピングエリア（140cmのダブルベッド1台）を備えたロフトとして配置されています。
外では、朝日が昇る側にあり、朝食に最適です。庭のテーブルと2つのベンチがある屋根付きのテラスがあります。 西側、夕日を楽しむテラス。 近くには、石造りの壁に囲まれたプールハウスと日陰のあるテラスが付いた11x5mのスイミングプールがあり、南西部の太陽の下で明るく居心地の良い田舎で本当の平和な休日を過ごすことができます。 セントエミリオン、ポメロールなどの有名なワイン産地の交差点で、果樹園と菜園（自然搾取）、木材と牧草地が交わる丘陵地帯にある20ヘクタールの面積をカバーする孤立したプロパティベルジェラック、サルラ、バスティード、カタリ城。 また、フォアグラ、トリュフ、プルーン、さまざまな果物など、この地域の名物料理が並ぶ美しい市場に魅了されます。 （地域の小さな池釣りの愛好家向け）

Jacques est très accueillant. Logement adaptée à une famille de 4! Tout équipée, rien ne manque en cuisine! Literie confortable. Logement propre. Terrasses très agréables! Emplacement au calme, accès bergerac facile. Commerces (boucherie, pain, supermarché… ) sur Duras à 10/15 min. Nous y reviendrons avec plaisir, Cleo (le fabuleux chien de Jacques) manque déjà grandement aux enfantsMerci pour tout (et pour les précieux conseils)!

Calme et reposant

Séjour très agréable. Le gîte est très fonctionnel, une bonne literie. Le propriétaire est très sympathique et donne des bons conseils sur les villages à visiter et les animations à effectuer.

A beautiful, quiet and relaxing stay

We loved our stay at Jacques place, it’s situated in a quiet area surrounded by orchards and vineyards. The pool was such a highlight, very well maintained, the gite was lovely too, had everything we needed to make meals including a barbecue. The gite is also very well located, 10 minutes from Duras, 20 minutes from Eyment and 50 minutes to St Emillion. Jacques lives in the property next door and was super helpful, friendly and lovely to chat to, he also has a beautiful dog, Cleo, who made the trip for us! Would absolutely stay again and reccommend to anyone to stay.

Rural Bliss

Perfect countryside location for the two of us to relax. House fine and clean with comfy bed. The sofas were both very low as doubled as extra beds but not very comfortable or easy to get up from. Always plenty of hot water though the shower only had a hand held as the jets and overhead don't work - is a bit cramped as need to use shower curtain because shower door doesn't shut. Plenty of kitchen utensils, pots etc. The internet was very hit and miss but not unusual for rural France. Same for the phone signal - my wife and I have ee and O2 but pot luck as which may work at any given time. TV complex to work out and need to employ 2 x hand helds to get any programmes. The air conditioning is excellent. The French do seem to like small square pillows rather than our larger (better) rectangular ones. The pool was very clean and though rendered sides and floor rather than tiled is a very good size. There are 4 very good quality and surprisingly comfortable pool loungers and a good quality large parasol. Also another shower and toilet in the pool area so no need to go back to the house. The owner was unobtrusive but friendly - his limited English matched my limited French but we had several good conservations. Potential problem if not a dog lover as owner has 6-7 month lurcher puppy - very friendly but hyperactive and demanding for attention. Lovely nature as am sure will calm down in time but if you don't like dogs you'd find her extremely intrusive. Loved our time here overall.

Les Barbouteaux holiday 2023

The gite is in a very peaceful and beautiful location, surrounded by orchards and vineyards. The gite is equipped with everything you need and has a lovely pool. Jacques is very helpful, kind and friendly. A very enjoyable holiday.

Un petit bijou dans un écrin de verdure

Nous avons passé deux semaines dans le gîte de Jacques qui nous accueilli avec beaucoup de gentillesse et de discrétion. Nous recherchions le calme loin de la région parisienne et nous l’avons trouvé ! Le gîte en lui même et tout à fait mignon et fonctionnel, la piscine de très grande dimension était un pur bonheur en période de canicule et la propriété immense nous a apporté la tranquillité recherchée. La région est magnifique et nous avons pu combiner visites culturelles et activités ludiques et sportives pour toute la famille. Merci Jacques pour ce fabuleux séjour et pour votre gentillesse. Au plaisir de vous revoir.

Lovely stay in the middle of vineyards

We had a truly wonderful stay. The host, Jacques, is very friendly and attentive - providing us with tips for activities and restaurants in the direct environment. The house is beautifully designed and furnished, and has two lovely terraces at each side of the building, which provides plenty of privacy and ensures that you have access to sunshine throughout the day. We absolutely loved the private swimming pool. Overall, we had a great stay and would love to come back.

Wunderschönes kleines Häuschen auf dem Land

Wir waren eine Woche zu Gast in Jacques Ferienhäuschen. Das Haus ist sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet und hat zwei schöne direkte Außenbereiche (1x Morgensonne, 1x Abendsonne :) Der Pool ist schön groß und sauber. Jacques wohnt nebenan und ist sehr, sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Wir haben die Zeit sehr genossen! Wenn man mit dem ruhigen Leben auf dem Land und mit nicht abgetrennten Schlafmöglichkeiten klarkommt ist man hier bestens aufgehoben.

Heerlijke rustige plek met vriendelijke eigenaar.

Prima ontvangst door de eigenaar. Hij is zeer behulpzaam. Het huisje is klein, maar heel praktisch ingedeeld en ingericht. De inrichting is ook smaakvol. Goed bed. Pluspunt is het prachtige zwembad: heerlijk na een dag wandelen. Het enige minpunt is de toch wel vieze keukenla. Die had wel een schoonmaakbeurtje kunnen gebruiken.

Beauté, calme, volupté

You turn off a small road, near where the plum orchard gives way to the vineyard. You find yourself in a secluded sort of farm, which feels more like a large garden, with stone buildings with plants climbing over them. One of these buildings is where you stay. It is open plan, with a double bed downstairs and steps up to another level where two beds lie under a low ceiling. There is a kitchen area and a lounge area, and a bathroom. There is air conditioning, invaluable during record heat. There are additional charges for sheets (€30) and cleaning (€80). On a clear night there is a wonderful view of tfhe stars and the sound of cicadas or something similar. There is a rectangular swimming pool, the same depth throughout, at an ideal temperature and with a view over another orchard. The proprietor is very friendly and helpful, but also unobtrusive. He and his family have interesting stories to tell. The surrounding area is well worth exploring (Duras, Eymet, Issigeac; we only scratched the surface...) A beautiful, calm and pleasurable place to stay. Would very much like to return.

Un excellent séjour reposant

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour chez Jacques. La maison est fonctionnelle, la piscine est très belle, entretenue et permet de passer de bons moments en famille C'est une belle région. Nous nous sommes reposés dans ce havre de paix. Merci beaucoup À bientôt

Heel ontspannend in een gezellige gite

Wij hadden een zeer fijne vakantie. De gite was zoals de foto s weergaven: op een groot mooi domein met enkele gezellige en mooie dorpjes op 10 min. Overal wijnvelden en wijndomeinen. Privé zwembad als extra luxe. De nabijheid van de eigenaar , indien nodig of voor korte babbel is een plus punt. Als je naar deze streek wil komen zit je hier aan een heel goed adres!

Calme et repos

L'endroit est parfait pour se poser à la campagne avec le calme absolu. Mais aussi idéalement placé car situé à environ 10/12 kms de tous commerces. La piscine est géniale pour les petits et les grands. Le propriétaire est très sympathique, à l'écoute si besoin et en même temps très discret. Excellent séjour dans Le Lot

Nous avons passé un moment formidable dans un endroit magique. Accueil très chaleureux, nous avons été conquis par l'endroit très calme et reposant. Notre enfant de deux ans, a pu s'épanouir et jouer toute la journée, tout en étant en sécurité. Si vous souhaitez passer des vacances reposantes dans un cadre rempli de verdures, et ensoleillé, c'est ici qu'il faut venir. Merci encore à Jacques pour votre accueil.
