Two particularly suitable duo houses for a three-generation holiday (with in our case 7 adults and 2 young children). The view is fantastic. Both houses are equally equipped with everything one expects in a holiday home. Florence, San Gimignano, Siena, Certaldo are all less than an hour's drive away.

We had a wonderful one-week stay here with a group of 6 adults and 2 children. Having two separate houses was perfect for our multi-generational family, as it gave everyone plenty of space and privacy while still allowing us to spend time together.Both houses were very clean, well maintained, and comfortable. The kitchen was exceptionally well equipped with plenty of cookware, dishes, cutlery, and everything we needed to prepare meals for a large group. The pool was fantastic and became the natural gathering place during our stay.The views were absolutely beautiful, with vineyards and the Tuscan countryside surrounding the property. The location was also very convenient. It was an easy 1.5-hour drive from Pisa Airport, only about 10 minutes to Poggibonsi for grocery shopping, and around 30 minutes to Siena, which was perfect for day trips and lovely dinners.Check-in and check-out were both simple and hassle-free, and we really appreciated the spacious layout of the property.The only suggestions we have are relatively minor. It would be helpful to have clearer instructions for waste sorting, perhaps with pictures to make recycling easier for international guests. We also found that the bedrooms in the main house became quite bright early in the morning, as the sunlight came in despite the curtains. Better blackout curtains or shutters would be especially appreciated for families with young children.Overall, we had a fantastic stay and would happily recommend this!!

A Beautiful Tuscan Experience

This landscaping and outdoor dining and seating options were our favorite part of this stay. We had good weather so could sit outside with our coffee and evening dining. We also worked with the concierge service to arrange for a dinner that was prepared by the hosts. That dinner was a wonderful experience for our group. The food was delicious and it gave us a great relaxing time together after a day of exploring. There are so many places to visit in close proximity. We enjoyed Sienna, San Gimignano, Volterra and all were close by with a drive through beautiful Tuscan scenery. The hosts are warm and welcoming and were available for questions. We were very pleased with this stay!

Das Ferienhaus hat uns wirklich sehr gut gefallen! Wir waren mit 7 Personen dort und die Aufteilung auf die beiden Gebäude hat für uns perfekt gepasst. Es gibt tatsächlich nichts zu bemängeln – sowohl die Unterkunft selbst als auch die Lage waren einfach top. Die Aussicht auf die Weinberge ist traumhaft und auch der Pool war super. Besonders hervorheben möchten wir die beiden Besitzerinnen: Sie waren unglaublich freundlich, hilfsbereit und herzlich. Als einer von uns krank wurde, haben sie ihn sogar persönlich zum Arzt gefahren – eine wirklich außergewöhnliche Hilfsbereitschaft! Wir haben uns rundum wohlgefühlt und würden jederzeit wiederkommen. Eine klare Empfehlung!

Sehr schönes Anwesen !

Hat alles super geklappt, obwohl die beiden sehr netten Empfangsdamen kein englisch sprachen. Das Anwesen ist riesig und einwandfrei gepflegt. Das obere Haus ist groß und verfügt über zwei ältere Bäder und Schlafzimmer. Aufgrund des riesigen, alten und stillgelegten Kamins riecht es ein wenig nach Asche. Schränke könnten gerne mehr vorhanden sein. Das Haus am Pool hat unseren Freunden sehr gut gefallen. Eigentlich gibt es keine Kritikpunkte; wir fühlten uns sehr wohl und können die Objekte empfehlen. Auch der Pool war sehr gut gereinigt und die Aussicht ist einfach nur spitze! Zum Erholen wirklich gut!

Die Buchung, Abwicklung und Kontaktaufnahme der Vermieter war professionell und kundenorientiert. Die Unterkunft war sauber und die Anlage gepflegt. Für den Pizzaofen und den Grill stand genügend Holz zur Verfügung. Die Anlage mit zwei Unterkünften bietet genügend Rückzugmöglichkeiten. Für Fragen standen die Eigentümerinnen jederzeit zur Verfügung. Das Preis-Leistungsverhältnis war für die Ende April - Anfang Mai 2024 ausgewogen. Die Lage bietet eine Vielzahl von Möglichkeiten für Unternehmungen.

Nice Tuscan Getaway

The property has two houses, we stayed in one. The hosts were very friendly and accommodating. I recommend having them prepare dinner, it was excellent. The pool and scenic overlook made for some nice evenings. Wi-Fi didn’t work, and cell signal in the area is weak, but it’s better to disconnect while there anyways. Close to a motorway that takes you to Florence, Siena and other Tuscan cities and towns. I would stay there again.

Still paradise!

It was the second time we chose to stay at the villas to visit Tuscany. This is still the charming place it was 4 years ago!!! Location is amazing to visit the whole region. It has amazing views, especially at sunset, but is less than 10 minutes from grocery store and highway! The owners are still the best, very welcoming! We highly recommend! Thank you for everything!

Abbiamo soggiornato presso questa struttura per tre settimane nel mese di agosto 2021 e ci siamo trovati benissimo. I fienili sono molto belli e identici alle foto presenti sul sito (cosa non da poco!) e le proprietarie sono delle splendide persone alla mano, sempre disponibili e per nulla invadenti. La sola "pecca" che si può riscontrare è l'assoluta necessità dell'auto per potersi spostare e fare la spesa, ma la tranquillità e la vista sulle splendide colline toscane vale la pena di questo piccolo sacrificio.

We rented both villas and they were FABULOUS! The villa with the pool was wonderful! The pool was cleaned every morning and the sweet owner baked us a cake and gave us a fresh bottle of wine (without a label and it was so delicious). We traveled from NYC with my parents and 1 year old and the villas were perfect! Spacious and they had everything you need from pasta pots to cheese graters. We rented a car so getting to the grocery store was quick and easy. We loved every minute of our stay here! Only bummer was that the villa without the pool didn’t have WiFi. I will definitely stay here again.
