Beautiful Apartment!

This apartment is STUNNING! It is so much bigger than we thought. 3 bedrooms were on one side of the apartment with the master on the other side. The kitchen and living rooms were large, as are the bathrooms. Everything we needed was supplied. Marc and Pauline allowed us to check in early as we flew overnight from the States. They met us as we arrived, walked us up to the apartment and showed us around. We were surprised by all the little touches that made our stay so enjoyable. Croissants and champagne were on the kitchen table. Cold water in the refrigerator. Towels were laid out and the bathrooms smelled so good from what was being infused. There is a washer and dryer, The apartment is located on the third floor of an old building. There's a small elevator to use. The metro is a 5 minute walk away. There are a lot of restaurants, bakeries and grocery stores within a 10 minute walk. The street is busy during the day but surprisingly quiet at night. This was the perfect place to stay as everyone in my family had their own space to relax after busy days of exploring Paris. Marc and Pauline are the most wonderful hosts!

Lovely Home

Our first time in Paris. Our stay was fantastic. The accommodations were great. Marc was our host and he was so gracious and kind. Home was beautiful and clean and has all the amenities we needed. Thank you Marc!

Beautiful stay, excellent experience

Great location, ample space for 6 adults to thoroughly enjoy, beautifully furnished and clean. Marc is a fantastic host, we would all stay again and very appreciative for a wonderful trip to Paris staying in this comfortable accomodation. Thank you very much

Perfect location and beautiful home !!

I cannot say enough about this beautifully appointed and wonderfully located apartment in Paris. It was impeccably, clean well stocked and located near many wonderful, restaurants and shops. The hosts met us graciously when we arrived with a welcoming gift and provided us all the information we needed including recommendations and reservations for our first night. It made a real difference in our experience in Paris and I highly recommend this location. We will definitely return.

Perfect for our family

This apartment was beautiful and so well laid out. We were able to put our kids (college students) in one half and close the door to let them sleep in while we enjoyed coffee in the mornings. The wing they were in had three bedrooms and their own bathroom/toilet. The living room and kitchen were so spacious and used each evening after touring around Paris. Each time I needed to ask Marc a question he responded almost immediately. There are grocery stores and cafes in very short walking distance. The shopping on Commerce was about 10-15 minutes away by walking. We enjoyed this shopping over the more expensive shopping at the Gallery Layfette. We never took the subway but it’s a short walk from the front door. Lodging can make or break a vacation and this one made ours feel like home but in a much more charming city! If we all get to go to Paris again I will book this place. We all loved it.

Perfect location, beautiful apartment

The 4 bedrooms are very nice, newly decorated. Towels and bedding were available in the rooms. The apartment is located near two metro-stations and enjoyable restaurants and a bakery are just around the corner. The host was very friendly and helpful. We enjoyed our stay!

Amazing apartment!

Wow wow wow. Lovely light-filled apartment that's just as nice as the pictures in the listing. Marc is a gracious and hospitable host; greeted us with breakfast pastries, chocolates, and juice, toured the apartment and very responsive via SMS throughout our stay. Good restaurants and boulangeries within walking distance; neighborhood is not touristy: bustling and vibrant around meal times and quiet in the evenings. Metro and bus stops only a few minutes' walk away that easily get you to all the major Parisian sites with ~25 minutes. Would definitely recommend and stay again!
