A villa for 5 people in Torre Santa Sabina, 450 m from sandy beaches with shallow waters. Perfect for families with children. 8 km from the historic centre of Carovigno.
There are two large verandas on both sides of the house that preserve the house from the summer heat.
The bedrooms on the first floor are bright and have balconies overlooking the garden.

The accommodation
The villa has a wooden patio equipped for outdoor dining with reading lounges and a second front veranda with garden view. Both verandas are 40 square meters wide.
The house is fenced, ideal for holidays with animals. Outside there is a second bathroom.
The villa accommodates 5 people of which 2 in a double bedroom, 2 in a bedroom with 2 single beds and one on the sofa bed in the living room of 1.20 cm.

Overview of the location
Torre Santa Sabina was born as a fishing village on the Adriatic coast, today it is a resort dedicated to seaside tourism.

The seafront is a meeting point for young people and families, has excellent restaurants of fish and seafood, ice cream parlors, children’s rides and pubs.

The Tower of Santa Sabina is one of three towers in octagonal shape, priest’s hat, of Puglia.

There are all the shops with traditional Apulian specialties. From the dairy, to the bakery in Bari, to the meat cooker of local farms.
At 1000 m the highway and in a few minutes you reach the villages of the Valle D'Itria in the Murgia dei Trulli.

Perfect stay

The stay in Puglia was perfect, the house is nicely furnished and well located in a quite area next to many facilities. The renting agency was very efficient and fast in answering. They also gave us good addresses for restaurants and many useful informations.

Nice place

The owner is a very nice lady and very responsive. The villa was homey and comfortable. I would have given it five out of five stars but there were issues with the electrical and water pressure. We needed go reset the breaker quite often and water issues was apparently caused by current road construction.

Nice house

It’s is a nice house at a good location to explore puglia. However, we went there beginning of May and the village was deserted. There were 2 good restaurants in the village. Maybe it was good that the place was deserted because when the neighbors arrived you could clearly hear them talking early in the morning. The shower is really small and the capacity of the boiler is too small for 4 persons. The rest of the house is good and especially clean. Also the contact with the landlord was good. We liked it!

Séjour dans les Pouilles

La villa Anna est bien située pour pouvoir visiter la région sans faire trop de kilomètres chaque jour. La description comporte quelques erreurs dans l'annonce d'Abritel. Une seule douche pour l'ensemble de la maison. Et en plus elle doit faire 70x70 CMS avec un pommeau fixe. Ce qui rend le moment de la douche un peu sportif si on ne veut pas se mouiller les cheveux. En tout cas mieux vaut déjà avoir la ligne pour se doucher. La salle d'eau du rez-de-chaussée ne comprend que lavabo, bidet et WC. Pas de planche à repasser. Les voisins sont très bruyants. Bricolage à 7h00 du matin sans prévenir et éclats de voix permanents le soir Gros bémol

Kleines Haus in Wohnsiedlung ,gute Lage zum Meer und zum Zentrum

Das kleine Haus liegt in einer Wohnsiedlung, Strand und Ortskern sind zu Fuß gut erreichbar. Zwei gute Restaurants liegen quasi um die Ecke. Zum Strand sind es ca.400 m, der charmante Ortskern mit zahlreichen Bars und Restaurants ist fußläufig in 20 Minuten erreichbar. Dort findet man auch alles, was man für den nötigsten Bedarf braucht. Supermärkte sind in den Nachbarorten. Die Lage ist perfekt, um die Umgebung zu erkunden. Wunderbare Städte wie Ostuni (15 Minuten), Alberobello, Lecce, Monopoli usw sind gut erreichbar. Auch schöne Küstenwanderungen (Dünen!!)sind möglich. Nun zum Haus: Einen Garten im eigentlichen Sinne gibt es nicht, aber zwei Terrassen vor und hinter dem Haus. Die hintere Terrasse war uns einfach zu düster, wir haben sie nicht genutzt. Vorne befindet sich eine kleine Essecke und eine Sitzecke. Dies war unser Stammplatz am Abend. Leider gibt's keine Möglichkeit, sich auch mal auf eine Liege in einen Sonnenplatz zu begeben. Ein Holzkohle Grill ist vorhanden, die Küche ist mit allem ausgestattet, was man benötigt. Das Bad ist klein und die Dusche für größere und korpulentere Menschen nicht geeignet. Bett bequem, ausreichend Stauraum vorhanden. Was uns verwunderte: Im Haus befand sich weder ein Spülschwamm, noch Reserve Müllbeutel, noch irgendwelche Gewürze außer Salz und Zucker....wir kennen eigentlich die gute Kultur, das in Ferienhäusern diese Dinge zur Weiternutzung zurück gelassen werden. Sehr gut die Betreuung durch die Agentur, stets erreichbar!!!

Vacanza salentina

Vacanza molto serena eravamo con un bimbo di 3 anni, la vicinanza dal mare sono circa 10 min a piedi però nel mese di agosto quella caletta era stracolma. Abbiamo quindi optato per 5 minuti di macchina verso la spiaggia di Pantanagianni. Ristorante vicino casa molto buono e anche la mattina per la colazione. La casa dalle foto sembrava meglio, nel complesso a parte qualche problemino di doccia all’inizio tempestivamente risolto, darei un buono. La pulizia della casa poteva essere migliore ma comunque andava bene.

Wunderbare Unterkunft

Dank der liebenswerten Begrüßung durch das Vacanze-in-Puglia-Team haben wir uns sehr schnell in unserem Urlaubsdomizil zurecht gefunden. Im Haus gibt es alles, was man für den täglichen Gebrauch haben muss (na gut, die Bialetti hätte für 5 Personen etwas größer ausfallen können :)), Bettwäsche und Handtücher können gegen einen fairen Aufpreis dazugebucht werden. Das Team von Vacanze in Puglia hat uns fast täglich Veranstaltungs- und Ausflugstipps per WhatsApp geschickt, auch die Informationen, die uns einen Tag vor Anreise per Mail übermittelt wurden, waren sehr hilfreich. Diese umfassten auf mehreren Seiten Restauranttipps, Wochenmärkte, Ausflugsziele, Supermärkte, Notrufnummern etc. Das gesamte Team war mehr als aufmerksam und unkompliziert, wir haben uns unheimlich wohl gefühlt und kommen sehr gerne wieder. Vielen herzlichen Dank von Barbara und Sascha!! A presto!!

Villetta a due piani dotata di ogni comodità, ampio spazio all'esterno sia davanti che nel retro con possibilità di mettere l'auto al coperto. Ci si può stare in sei comodamente grazie al divano letto nel salotto al piano terra. Doccia all'aperto nel retro molto comoda per quando si torna dalla spiaggia, dotata di due bagni. Posizione strategica per visitare varie città, durante il nostro soggiorno siamo stati a Lecce, Ostuni, Alberobello, Polignano, monopoli, grotte di Castellana e Matera. Situata in una zona molto tranquilla e vicina al mare, ci si va comodamente a piedi. Soggiornare qui è stata una scelta azzeccata. Consiglio per chi vuole godersi il mare meraviglioso della Puglia e nel contempo conoscere le città da sogno che la caratterizzano

Nice property shame about the mosquitoes

The property was very comfortable & clean but we ended up not using the exterior areas apart from upstairs balcony due to the mosquitoes which were particularly bad at the front while we were there - I think due to being overgrown & damp. Ilari from Vacanzeinpuglia was very helpful & brought us some repellent spray.

Praktisches hübsches Häuschen

Torre Santa Sabina besteht aus vielen Ferienhäusern/Reihenhäusern die vor allem von italienischen Gästen benutzt werden. Ein gut eingerichteter kleiner Laden ist in 5Min. Gehdistanz erreichbar. Das Häuschen ist sehr praktisch und hübsch eingerichtet. Einzig die Küche ist etwas veraltet und war auch nicht ganz sauber, allerdings musste man diese auch selbst putzen, ev. fühlte sich auch unser Vormieter nicht zuständig. Der Rest des Hauses war sehr sauber. Anfangs August war der Strand in Torre Santa Sabina wie überall in Apulien sehr voll aber ruhig und angenehm mit sauberem Wasser. Der schöne Sitzplatz nach hinten mit dem grossen Tisch ist schön schattig, dafür kommt wegen des grossen Baumes aber auch wenig Wind dazu und es wird trotzdem recht heiss. Von den Restaurants rundherum hörte man am Wochenende recht laut Musik welche uns aber gefallen hat und um 12 Uhr aufgehört hat. Die Betreuung durch die Agentur war sehr nett und die Informationen sehr ausführlich und hilfreich.

Spring sunshine after a lousy start to the year.

Just returned from a lovely holiday in Torre Santa Sabina. The villa was comfortable and clean and exactly as described on the HomeAway website. The management staff Gianvito, Ilaria and Luana were unfailingly charming, helpful and efficient without being intrusive. We requested a food pack to waiting for us on arrival and we were not disappointed with the contents. Their advice about a good place for Sunday lunch (Guna beach) was spot on and very welcome. Santa Sabina itself was quiet and relaxing with pleasant beaches and some good restaurants and bars. Its well located for excursions to places of interest but a car is essential.

Das Haus liegt in einer ruhigen Seitenstraße, überdachter Parkplatz, 2 Terassen. Bilder im Internet stellen das Haus heller und moderner dar. Das Bad und die Küche sind in die Jahre gekommen. Sonst gute Einrichtung, alles vorhanden. Haben uns wohl gefühlt.

Schönes Ferienhaus und tolle Umgebung!

Wir (2 Erw., 3 Jug.) haben die 2 Wochen hier sehr genossen! Schöner Strand in Fußentfernung, tolle Dörfer, Städte und Sehenswürdigkeiten mit dem Auto gut erreichbar. Tolle günstige Pizzeria in der Nähe. Sehr nette und hilfsbereite Vermieter!

Wunderschöne Tage in Torre Santa Sabina

Wir haben 11 Tage in Torre Santa Sabina verbracht. Das schöne Haus haben wir sehr sauber vorgefunden, mit allem ausgesattet was man braucht. Die Abwicklung durch die Agentur war sehr unkompliziert. Das Haus ist ruhig gelegen, geräumig und gut ausgestattet. Die beiden überdachten Terrassen bieten bei jedem Wetter einen angenehmen Sitzplatz im Freien. Die Betreuung durch VacanzeinPuglia.it war gut. Torre Santa Sabina ist ein guter Ausgangsort für die Erkundung von Süd-Apulien. Erika und Günther

nous avons bien apprécié cette location ainsi que l'accueil de l'agence

plus particulièrement Loana qui nous a donné toutes les informations concernant les lieux et les restaurants la maison était agréable le seul problème le bac a douche trop petit

Bella, nuova e spaziosa

Bella villa, tutto molto nuovo, spazi interni ed esterni ampi e curati. Provvista di tutto, il secondo bagno è comodissimo e la doccia esterna una cosa spettacolare per quando si ritorna dal mare. Gentilissimo lo staff dell'agenzia VacanzeinPuglia.it, li raccomando con immensa sincerità.

La pace dei sensi

Tranquillità volevo e tranquillità ho trovato. Ringrazio lo staff dell'agenzia che ha saputo consigliarmi quale casa prenotare ascoltando le mie esigenze, e grazie anche per tutti i consigli, il diario di viaggio, la tourist card con la quale avete permesso a me ed alla mia famiglia di ricevere sconti un pò ovunque nella zona. Una villetta davvero tranquilla, a due passi dal mare ed in una posizione strategia per visitare l'intera Puglia. Complimenti alla ditta delle pulizie, la casa era pulitissima. Bel giardino molto curato con posto auto dove i miei figli hanno giocato tutti i giorni. Alla prossima vacanza
