The studio is located close to the beach and has capacity for 2 people. The 24 m² accommodation is practical and well located, ideal for short stays on the Costa Brava.
It is situated 75 m from the supermarket, 400 m from the sandy beach, 16 km from the “Peralada” golf course, 20 km from the AVE/TGV train station in Figueres and 65 km from Girona airport, in a lively area close to shops and restaurants.
It features garden furniture, terrace, internet access (wifi), heating via heat pump, air conditioning only in the living room and satellite TV (languages: Spanish and French).
The open-plan electric kitchen is equipped with refrigerator, microwave, dishes/cutlery, kitchen utensils and coffee machine.
Arrival time may vary depending on the season; please contact the agency to confirm the exact check-in time.
The tourist tax and optional extra services are not included in the price.
The tourist tax in force will be applied upon arrival.
