This was a vacation for my family. 6 adults and 3 young grandchildren. I debated about renting this because I was afraid it was too big and we wouldn’t use all the space. I am so glad we stayed here! Everyone enjoyed th covered porch off the kitchen, the big family room downstairs is where the kids spent time watching tv, the swim area and outdoor kitchen was great! And the swings in front yard were super!

This property was a great find overall!! It was easy to find, great location, clean when we arrived. And, they even accommodated us to get in earlier which was very appreciated! The pool was fantastic…our family was able to enjoy it and just relax at the house. The only thing I had difficulty with was the communication between Kevin and I. Slow communication. Not sure if this may have been a technical issue…But overall was a great stay! Thanks!

Awesome house, clean, fun things to do while at the house. The hot tub jets would turn on all it did was drain the water when you turn off the jets it filled back up but no jets, lights worked great. No hand towels. Other than that would highly recommend the stay, close to all activities including the beach.

This was an amazing stay! We had a group of 9 and there was still so much space and beds to include more if needed. This house had it all, no one wanted to leave. We definitely recommend this home and will be back in the future!

The house itself was nice with all amenities as described. Parking in back alley felt a little sketchy at night, but otherwise safe feeling for our kids to play in either yard during the day.

We had a 4-night reservation for our family as our daughter’s wedding was nearby. The house was clean, inviting and very spacious.The host was great and responded quickly to my messages. I’d definitely recommend a stay at this property!

The house and location were great, and we truly enjoyed our stay. I’m giving four stars because a few small amenities we’re used to in other short-term rentals weren’t available, such as basic spices (even salt and pepper) and coffee. We also discovered one of the beds was broken during our stay, which we hadn’t been aware of beforehand. Overall, it was a good experience, and with a few small touches, it would be even better.

The host was very communicative and accommodating- especially letting us check in early and shipping back sandals we left at no cost. We really appreciated that. The house overall was not as luxurious as the pictures show. The beds were comfortable but overall the home was kind of awkward and not well maintained. We wouldn’t choose to stay again for the price.

Oceanside vacay

Our grandkids loved the pool and we had plenty of room for all 10 of us. It was in a good location. Close access to beach and freeway. It was a great time!

Blocks to one of the best beaches in Southern California - Beautifully remodeled home on a large 6398 sqft lot -- 5 Bedrooms/3 Bathrooms - 22000 square foot 2-story home in a beach community. Quiet neighborhood in downtown Oceanside. Quick walk to the world famous Oceanside Pier. Nearby are casual upscale restaurants, movie theater, bars, outdoor amphitheater, shopping & nearby LEGOLAND. The home has a new kitchen, baths, new pool, Jacuzzi, fire pit, and horse-shoe pit. All new appliances. Deck and a patio. Lots of space throughout. Great find!
