Santa Barbara Beach Hideaway. Panoramic views of the Channel Islands and Pacific Ocean. Walking distance to the Mesa Lane Steps and Douglas Family Reserve. Biking distance to many of the Mesa's finest restaurants. Private wooded grounds perfect for resting and rejuvenating. Work and relax while enjoying the ocean wild life. Fully furnished. No pets allowed of any kind.
House is 1938 Sq Ft, 3 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, with living room, kitchen, laundry room. Sleeps 7.
Backyard is waterfront - overlooks a canyon that is on beach
walk a half a block down the street to a staircase that leads you down to a public beach
fully furnished, including washer/dryer
Outside furniture included in backyard, including a barbecue
Fireplace is aesthetic only and is NOT operational
No parties allowed
Nicest area in Santa Barbara - shops and restaurants less than a mile away
Currently only interested in a 2 week minimum stay. message me if any questions. thanks!
