Ca 'Belle Artiは、専用の正面玄関を通り、ヴェネツィアの暖かい季節には快適に過ごせるようにエアコンを完備しています。一階に廊下（洗濯機付きの便利なランドリールーム）と短い階段があります。上層階の魅力的なオープンプランのメインリビングスペースに直接つながる。 2016年にリフレッシュされ、クールで上品な色で魅力的に表現されたリビングエリアには、連絡を取り合うためのブロードバンドインターネット接続があり、新しいソファーとダブルソファーベッド、設備の整ったキッチンがあります。キッチンの一部として十分な座席を備えた、自炊が容易なダイニングエリアとダイニングエリアがすべて揃っています。



この部屋のすぐそばには、高い天井、暖かい木の床、2つの大きな窓があり、十分な明るさがあります。また、十分な��納スペース、快適なダブルベッド（予約時に2名用） ）とモダンなシャワーと最新の備品付きの専用バスルームが備わっています。 ダブルベッド付きのセカンドベッドルームは小さく（とはいえ非常に快適）、家の裏側に静かにたたずんでいます。アパート��セカンドバスル��ムにはスマートな大理石のタイルが置かれています。シャワーを浴びる。

Gesuati教会（サンタマリアデルロサリオ）の近くにあり、有名なジェラテリア 'Da Nico'、 'Lineadombra'とRistorante Rivieraの調理など、ザッテーレ沿いの食事場所の選択が簡単です。 、気分を害する様���なイートインまたはテイクアウトのピザが付いている「オーク」。



Ca 'Belle Artiは、1955年の古典的なDavid Leanの映画「Summertime」、キャサリン・ヘップバーン、そして街のウニの仲間たちの間で、近所の噴水の中で笑って自分を冷やしてしまう眠い子牛のほんの数秒以内にいます。

Wir waren im November für eine Woche in einem wundervollen Appartement ganz am Zattere. Wir haben den guten Service genossen, aber auch die sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtete Wohnung und natürlich die Lage an einem ruhigen Plätzchen, aber ganz dicht am sonnenüberfluteten Zattere. Gerne wieder.

The apartment was great! So pretty and comfortable. The location is perfect for access to Ponte Accademia and all Venice has to offer. A quiet neighborhhood with charming bells added to the magic of our stay. We were met and brought to the apartment which was incredibly helpful. Views on Venice arranged our private water taxi for both our arrival and departure at VCE. I can't say enough about the service and accomodation. We would stay there agin without a doubt! Many thanks to Annalise, Enrica and Luca!

This is a beautiful apartment in, I believe the best area to stay in Venice. Perfect for two couples or for a couple that likes space. Beautifully decorated, comfortable beds and two modern bathrooms. The description of the apartment on. VRBO is right on, but I think it’s even better due to its location in the Dorsoduro. Away from most of the large crowds, but with many interesting sights and many good restaurants. The host was responds quickly if you have questions and is helpful with transport from and train, airport, or just getting around the islands. Highly recommend this apartment to anyone!

The apartment was in a good location, walking distance to restaurants and sights. It was comfortable, met our needs. The host as great in communication, very helpful in arranging private water taxi for arrival and departure. Having a clothes washer came in handy.

Charming Place

In a quite part of Venice but close to everything. The place had everything you need and comfortably fit our family of four. I would stay there again the next time I visit. Views on Venice was great to work with and I would highly recommend using them for all your accommodation needs.

Perfect Apartment, Perfect Location

Ca’Belle Arti was the perfect apartment for a first visit to Venice. It’s literally around the corner from the Zattere and all that it has to offer with restaurants, cafes and bars, a grocery store, boat stops and amazing views. It’s also removed from the tourist crowds in a residential area with the sound of children playing in Campo Sant’ Agnese. The apartment was roomy for two with beautiful, comfortable bedrooms and a relaxing sitting area, but would not feel crowded with four. The kitchen is well stocked and met all of our cooking needs when we chose to prepare meals. The location is walkable to all the major sites. We highly recommend arranging for a water taxi from the train station. The ride to the apartment is stunning and will take your breath away. We also recommend taking the cooking class. The chef is charming and you’ll leave with not only having prepared a great meal but with insider tips to Venice. We look forward to using Views on Venice again. Everything was great! The only recommendation was having the Views on Venice manual (? - not sure what it’s called) available where it can be easily found. We found it on the bottom shelf of the coffee table the last day. It’s filled with incredibly handy information that we wish we had found sooner.

April holiday in Venice.

The 2 bedroom,2 bathroom apartment was perfect for our stay. The apartment is beautiful,well decorated and furnished. It is well equipped, has a useful laundry room,and is well heated. The apartment is only a few minutes away from restaurants, cafes, supermarket,vaporetto and alilaguna stops,so it is very convenient. The area is quiet ,and there is a lovely square close by. The apartment is excellent and we loved our stay,and want to return. Minor things- unable to find a plug for kitchen sink( but there is a dishwasher). Plug would not work in ensuite bathroom.

Some peace and quiet.

This apartment is adorable. Very clean, great location. Check in was good. Great for two couples. I would definitely recommend this to anyone visiting Venice. It’s a little off the beaten path, but with such big crowds, it’s a nice place to end the day. Plenty of restaurants nearby. Very convenient to boat taxis/ferries.

die Wohnung hält was sie verspricht: sehr schön und sauber. wer geräuschempfindlich ist muss wissen, dass man die Nachbarn hören kann und auch das Treppenhaus. wir waren drei Nächte dort und würden das nächste Mal wieder kommen.

Perfect spot in Venice

Property is well located and pleasant walk from both Rialto or St.Marks. Loved being beyond the tourist areas. Easy vaporetto access to all major spots within 5-10 min. Best restaurants in Venice right around corner on water front. Property itself was immaculate, well stocked and furnished. Beds were super comfortable. Highly.recommend.

Perfect Venice Stay

I cannot praise this property enough. It was absolute perfection, from the quaint location to the ultra comfortable beds. The neighborhood is close enough to everything, including vaporetti stops, but is tucked away in a gorgeous historic part of the city. The apartment itself has every convenience we needed and was beautiful and spotless. Will definitely stay again!

Exceptional Service

Property was perfect for our needs, clean, comfortable, updated, but still had the old world charm to it. I can't say enough about the service. The host, Views on Venice, set up all of our transfers, our tour to Burano, and our restaurant reservations to our personal specifications. They were always happy to help and available whenever we needed them or had a question. I highly recommend this property!

Just like your own home!

Comfortable and convenient location in a wonderful quiet/peaceful neighborhood. We rented for a week. Close to two vaporetto stops, a grocery store, and large supermarket. Many restaurants in the vicinity. The apartment was clean, spacious, and cozy with full kitchen, including dish washer and washing machine. Travelled with my husband and teen niece and they enjoyed the apartment very much. I cooked several meals for us. Apartment description is as described and the management staff friendly and accessible. Check in was a pleasure with Elisa who explained everything about the apartment and the neighborhood. We would definitely stay there again when we return to Venice. Thank you for a fantastic stay! We loved the apartment.

A Perfect Stay from Beginning to End

We have nothing but positive things to say about our time at this property. The unit was exactly as advertised and pleasant through and through. This area of Venice (Dorsoduro/Accademia) is perfect for anyone seeking quiet surrounds but proximity to St. Mark's and other districts within a 15-minute stroll. Lots of great art and small places to eat/drink close by. Beyond the unit, the Views on Venice team made our stay easy and carefree. From the moment we booked we were contacted by VOV staff with next steps. They helped us book a water taxi to get to the unit. They greeted us at the unit and provided super helpful instructions on the property and things in the area. When we needed something, they responded by email quickly and were always accommodating. Unit + VOV service earns this stay 5 stars throughout.
