The condo was very nice and very clean. Well taken care of and the well stocked for all our needs. Personal covered parking was very nice. We will for sure be reserving this condo again. We loved it!

Great unit - 2nd time staying here and probably will again!

This property is very nice and the unit itself is very well appointed and nicely decorated. Had everything we needed for a fun family spring break. Beach is just steps away and not too crowded. This is a great vacation spot!

Beautiful beach front

We really enjoyed the balcony view on the beach. It was an adult friend group and we were very happy with the rooms and the location. Very clean and comfortable.

Fun incredible stay

The condo is super nice and huge. It had a bunch of stuff to help keep it clean. The host were quick to respond and very helpful.

Beautiful property!!

We absolutely loved the location of the condo and everything was just beautiful. The condo was fully furnished including everything in the kitchen we needed.

Excellent accommodations

We enjoyed our stay very much. The location was convenient to everything. Only downside was the sectional didn't have an extra bed. Otherwise this place has everything you need to enjoy a trip to the beach!!!

Lovely beach front condo

Stayed here for 8 nights and enjoyed every day. Close to shopping and restaurants. Quiet condo. You cannot hear your neighbors unlike a hotel room. I would highly recommend the Marisol!

Pictures do not do justice. Absolutely beautiful and well decorated. Close to some amazing eats. Our first time at PCB and we will be back.

On the beach

Overall a great experience, easy access, quiet, secure, friendly, great location. Comfortable beds, well equipped, beautiful decor. Only observation was the floors could use a really good cleaning. Would definitely go back and would highly recommend. A set of beach chairs would be nice.

Perfect rental

This was the perfect rental for our immediate family vacation. We had 3 families, two of which had infants. There was plenty of space for us. The unit was centrally located to all parts of the beach. It was easy to access the beach. Hoping to rent again next summer!

Birthday trip

We had a wonderful time at this condo unit. Super clean, very nice up to date furniture & appliances. The bedrooms and bathrooms were clean and very nice, especially the master, it was spacious. Views are incredible as well. The only drawback I would say about this complex is that it’s right next to a public access for the beach but other than that it is an incredible unit.

Nice. Except bed

Great stay. Great property. Only downside was the bed in second king room. Very lumpy mattress. My son and his wife had to sleep on the couch

Unit 801

It was amazing. Pictures do not do this place justice! It’s close to everything and the view is beautiful. Only had one minor issue with the AC late in our stay but it was taken care of promptly. Definitely would love to come back!
