Perfect condo in every way!!!!!

We stayed for a week with our family of five. Took less than one minute to walk to the pier, beautiful view of the ocean, everything was perfectly clean and worked great. Communication with the host was perfect, very friendly, we’ve already recommended it to two other friends after being there. We will definitely be back.

Great location!

5 min walk to the pier! Amazing space for our little family. The host was wonderful and responsive. Close to everything. Perfect for our trip. Would definitely book again.

Great location

Great location just a short walk to the beach and pier even for younger kids. Rooms were just right and nice and clean. Having two bathrooms with showers and an additional bathroom upstairs in the living area was great.

Surprise Stay, Definitely Recommended

What a wonderful spot and so close to the beach. Check in was easy and convenient. Cozy location (not a surprise by the beach) but great to not have neighbors right in your window or right over your head.

Wonderful Home

We enjoyed our stay here, the property is clean and feels like a home. The kitchen is stocked with needed items, and the bedrooms & bathrooms were set up nicely too.

Perfect beach condo!

Great condo and awesome location! This condo has everything you will need. The ability to park 3 cars is a terrific added bonus. We would definitely stay here again!

Wonderful experience

Fantastic property and location. We had a wonderful stay. The property was spacious (we were 6 people), very clean and provided everything we needed. Couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Highly recommend.

Great location, walking distance to pier, beach, shops, downtown, restaurants; close to outlets, shopping. Well stocked condo, very clean and roomy for our family of 3 adults and 3 kids. Couldn’t have asked for better weather. Thoroughly enjoyed staying here!

Pleasant stay and ocean view

We spent 14 days in this property very close to the ocean. The house is really cozy. Perfect for 6 people and even comfortable for 8. It is fully equipped as described, clean and well furnished.

Surf get away

Would recommend and we would stay again! Walking distance to pier with view of ocean from Balcony. Enjoyed coffee every morning from balcony with beautiful Sunsets from balcony also. Walking distance to coffee shops, ice cream, pizza and dining on the pier. Breakfast was really good on the Pier. Loved watching the surfers at the pier and T street. House was clean and kitchen fully stocked.

Fabulous Family Getaway

My family of four had a wonderful time staying here. The place would have easily accommodated a larger group than ours, but the extra space made for a super comfortable stay. Proximity was great to many activities and restaurants. The home was stocked with several super helpful essentials in the bathrooms and kitchen. We look forward to booking again the next time we are in the area!

Great Value, Exceptional Location

This property offers just what you need for your stay in San Clemente. The location is exceptional: the first in a line of condos just off of the main strip next to the pier. You could easily Uber from SNA and plant yourself at this home as everything you need for a beach vacation was within walking distance. The property manager communicated clearly and was responsive. Would book again.

Amazing time

This place was wonderful. The bathrooms were great. All three had lots of space and countertops. It was very nicely stocked with everything you needed. View was amazing. Communication with property manager was wonderful once we were booked. Nice not to have to worry about street parking. Would definitely recommend!

Perfect location and home.

Wonderful place to stay. I can’t give this place enough thumbs up. Close to the beach and downtown. Perfectly located for adventures to San Diego or traveling North. The house was perfect for accommodating 7 of us. The kitchen was well equipped for anything you wanted to make. Plenty of towels and many for the beach. Bathrooms were very clean. Would definitely stay at this place again.

Very nice

Communication with her was excellent. We flew in from NJ and she made us feel comfortable with the check in process. House was immaculate. We loved taking the short stroll to the coffee shop down by the pier each am. If your in San Clemente I would recommend staying here.

Wonderful place

I stayed many times in this rental years ago so I thought that I knew what to expect but I found that it has since had the bathrooms re-done, a new range in the kitchen, a 4K tv and new futons upstairs. We were very comfortable and to the best of my experience, it is the best priced 3 BR so close to the pier.

Steps to the Beach

My wife and I grew up in Southern California, so staying a short walk from famous T-Street Beach in San Clemente was just the nostalgia we needed for our six kids. The property is immaculate and just underwent a year long renovation. There was ample space for our eight person family and three bathrooms. The garage had a fully functioning, full-size washer and dryer, fishing poles, and beach chairs. There were even beach towels rolled and staged in a bag in the linen closet for easy pick up and go to the beach. The restrooms were clean, white and immaculate. This property is ten minutes from Mission Mall and great shopping, a five minute walk to the sand, and access to great local restaurants, boutique and outlet shopping, electric bike rentals, and numerous other beach locations like San Juan Capistrano, Dana Point, and Laguna Beach. We look forward to our next trip to this fantastic location!!!

Holiday Stay

Very comfortable well appointed home. Close to the beach, cute coffee spots, the peer and walking distance to SC town. Family of five stayed for the week after Christmas through New Year had a great time! Great spot, responsive host, recommend:)
