Great Family Getaway

The Turtle Spa house is a great place for a large group. The entire house is very spacious, my family and I were there a week, in total there were 21 of us including adults, small kids, teens & 2 infants and we all had more than enough room. The amenities are state of the art, especially the compact ice maker it came in very handy for the crowd of our size. The view of the beach and access is phenomenal, although the house is located across the street from the beach you can actually keep an eye on your love ones from the second & third floor balconies. Local grocery stores, restaurants & sightseeing are just a few miles away. The family enjoyed their stay to the point they want to return next summer, a first out of the many places we have stayed! The picturess doesn't do justice, especially after you meet the owners, great people. In a sum Turtle Spa Beach House is a must see and wonderful place to stay!

Spectacular Beach Home

We rented this home for our daughter's wedding. It is a spectacular home with breath taking views. Everything was provided for us including the consumables which we have never had in all the years we have used VRBO. The layout was perfect with the master on a separate floor. The wedding was held underneath the home where there is a separate bathroom so none of our guests had to go into the main house. The wedding coordinator was able to use the backyard patio for the cocktail hour and dancing. We had seven grandchildren with us, four under the age of four, but they stayed at a separate home and only came for beach time with the family and the actual ceremony. We hired sitters to go back to their house immediately after the ceremony. The owner's daughter, Michelle, did the pre and post walk through with us and she was fantastic. This was my last child's wedding and it was perfect for her! After two Disney weddings, a lake wedding, and a traditional church wedding for my other children this was by far my favorite!

Our family had an amazing stay at the Turtle Beach Spa. Loved it!

The owner of turtle beach spa is very accommodating and truly cares about the guest experience. The home is completely equipped with everything a family would need from beach toys for young and oldto a fully equipped kitchen for guest to eat at the house if they choose. We spent the Fourth of July week at Turtle Spa and didn’t want to leave. A beautiful state of the art home!

great place to stay with extended family

we held our parents 60th wedding anniversary which also doubled as a family reunion and held mother's day celebration as well. we were able to have all out of state guests stay at the house which gave more opportunity to visit as opposed to having to spend a lot of time traveling back and forth, esp in the beach traffic. the 2 kitchens with full size refrigerators and the 2 smaller frigs for drink storage allowed us to only make 1 trip to the grocery store for the entire 4 day stay. the elevator came in handy due to most of the guests were over 60. it also made "moving in" for the occasion much more efficient and setup for the party a lot easier than multiple trips up and down the stairs. my husband and I arrived about an hour early for check in and brigette allowed us to go ahead and start bringing in the food we had purchased for the weekend. would highly recommend this property as a place that the whole family can come and enjoy being together. (it didn't hurt that as a coincidence, the décor of the party and the color scheme of the beach house were identical!)

Great place to vacation!

We came down to Pensacola with a large group and the Turtle Spa House was PERFECT! We were shocked at how well we were able to comfortably stay and enjoy our trip. It is in a beautiful location facing the beach, so mornings on the porch were wonderful. A quick walk across the street and you're on a beautiful stretch of beach. Hop in the car and you're less than 5 minutes from all the best restaurants in Pensacola Beach. The house itself was so amazing, so even if you stay in you're in for a good time. I would highly recommend the Turtle Spa House to anyone looking to stay in Pensacola Beach.

Beautiful house! Perfect place for a family vacation, plenty of room with breathtaking views.

Our family thouroughly enjoyed our time together at this picturesque retreat. Attention was given to every little detail, nothing was spared to make this the perfect vacation spot. There was plenty of room to gather or just enjoy some personal time on one of the decks. We had a large group with 12 children from age 4 to 20 and six adults and there was something for all of us to do. The kids especially loved the beach and being so close was an absolute must. I was pleasantly surprised that the beaches weren’t crawling with people since it was spring break, location was perfect. The teenagers could drive to town and we didn’t have to worry about them. This was truly a memorable vacation.

A show place with wonderful air quality.

The home is beautiful, the kitchen spectacular and the bathrooms out of this world. Situated right on the beach this was a great choice for the groomsmen and their families. The living area was perfect for a large group to gather and visit. The kitchen breakfast bar, dining table and living room furniture allowed for groups to gather and yet be in the same room with ample seating. With all of this wonderment the outstanding feature of this home was the air quality. My family and I are from the West coast and are not use to humidity levels at the same level as temperature. We visited public places and the bride's attendants' rental and our air quality by far made our stay the most comfortable we found. Rental staff kind and easy to deal with.

This is the most amazing home we have ever rented. Right on the beach with amazing views.

Amazing property. The house is very high end with beautiful granite and limestone countertops, lovely furniture, decor, and high end appliances. Even has an ice maker and wine fridge. The VRBO pictures do not do it justice. Big big plus is that the five bedrooms have attached bathrooms - impossible to find in rental properties. Views of the ocean are spectacular and you are right on the beach. Highly recommend this home. Brigitte is highly organized and it's clear she puts a lot of work into the house. The kitchen was very well stocked - she even had spices and sauces!! Would definitely rent again and recommend to friends and family.

Amazing! Beautiful, immaculate & generously stocked! Owner super enjoyable to work with!

Our week at Turtle Spa was amazing! There were 16 of us (my husband & I, our 4 grown children, spouses & grandchildren)...Every single person loved it! The house was super clean, stocked with essentials & all-around gorgeous! The view was spectacular! The next time we take a "whole family" trip, this is absolutely where we will come again. Turtle Spa House is Stunning!!!!!

I hosted 20 out of town family and friends at the Turtle Spa House for my son's high-school graduation. The age ranges for our group was 18 - 63. The bedrooms are large and each has it's own bathroom with ample dresser & closet space. In addition, all of the beds were extremely comfortable. The two master bedrooms are phenomenal and the steam shower with aromatherapy was enjoyed by all! The bunk area, game room & hot tub were the perfect areas for my son and his friends to hang out. The elevator was a life-saver when moving luggage and cases of soda/water into the house. The kitchen is spectacular with high end appliances and stocked with everything needed to host a large crowd (lots of silverware, plates, glasses, spices, cooking utensils, etc.) The decks provided a stunning view of the Gulf and also provided ample cover during sporadic rain showers. The bikes and beach toys were another unexpected but welcome addition to our stay. The only downside of our stay at Turtle Spa House was that we had to leave!! I have stayed at 9 other VRBO properties in the past few years and none of them come even close to the amenities of this home. Brigette has designed this home with obvious attention to quality and detail. The photos on the VRBO website of this home are nice, but the home is even better than in the pictures! I would highly recommend this property to anyone wanting to stay on Pensacola Beach. You will not be disappointed!

Absolutely wonderful experience staying at the Turtle Spa House in Pensacola Beach, FL!

We had approximately 21 family members in town for a wedding weekend, and several others who were going to visit and stop by during our stay. There was so much room in the house, with huge walk in closets, seven bathrooms, an ironing room, spa shower; it made for the perfect place to get ready! The kitchen was huge and had so many amenities to choose from, it couldn't have been more perfect. I can't let it go without talking about the wonderful family time spent on the balconies overlooking the Gulf... it was a wonderful time had by everyone, with a beautiful setting, that we'd love to hopefully, do it again sometime. (One last thing... The elevator wound up being amazing! I'd highly recommend this for anyone considering staying here, it was really a fabulous experience overall!) Thank you for sharing your wonderful home with us -- it was absolutely gorgeous!

Lovely Beach House, Perfect for an Event

Situated in a quiet area of Pensacola Beach, this vast home has everything you need, including an elevator. Brigette is very responsive and helpful. We had our wedding here just in front, on the beach. The home can sleep ~16 comfortably, accommodating children and more single guests (because of the breakdown of the beds). The home is perfect for entertaining complete with a catering kitchen, fire pits, and decks. The home has plenty of flatware and place settings for 25-30 guests. You will find more than you need here with Brigette versus staying at a property managed home. Enjoy your stay. It will be memorable!

Highly Recommended!

The Turtle Spa house is perfect in every way. It is unique from other rentals in that the owner has thought of everything and fully stocked the house as if it were your own home. I usually go to a beach house armed with dishwasher soap, detergent, trash bags, sink soap, foil, spices, etc. but it is all here at the Turtle Spa house. There are all the toys you could want, including beach chairs, towels, umbrellas, bicycles and a kayak. The hot tub on the deck was very relaxing, as were the two full sized covered porches. The house is across the street from the beach but the walk isn't long and there is nothing obstructing the view. It is obvious that the owner adores her house and is even there to meet you and show you around upon checking in. It is very well maintained and clean. Beautiful home!!

Beautiful - comfortable -want to go back!

Our family of 21 visited Turtle Spa house in August 2016. This beach house has beautiful views from every window. The kitchen is wonderful. We had everything we needed to cook for 21 family members. Yes, as mentioned in previous reviews...lots of spices and condiments are provided. Had such a great time cooking and eating together. Appliances are top notch. We had children ranging from 6 to 19 years of age and 10 adults, we did not feel crowded at all. There is something to do for everyone; bicycling, kayaking, volleyball, games, boogie boards, movies and the greatest hit was ping pong. Such a hit that we had a ping pong tournaments. Every room is elegantly decorated, yet very comfortable and cozy. The decks are perfect for relaxing and taking in the views. The hot tub - just what we needed and the elevator came in very handy. Did I mention the beautiful views of the water and white sand? Most definitely will visit again. Thank you Brigitte for your hospitality and thinking of everything!

Young Life Milestone in the beautiful Turtle Spa House

My oldest niece was graduating from her Pharmacy Tech College and my family and I wanted to have a nice place for her graduation weekend and graduation party. Was it ever wonderful at the Turtle Spa House!!! This full moon weekend was enjoyed day and night from the water's edge as well as the large comfortable veranda. My family has been renting beach houses up and down the Gulf Coast for 40+ years. I have NEVER not had to go on the hunt.....for tin foil, towels, toilet paper, napkins, light switches, toothpicks, pots and pans, chairs, TV remotes, pillows and the list is endless and over!!!! Not a soul had to ask for a single things at the divinely comfortable and well equipped Turtle Spa House. There is no amenity or convenience that has been overlooked by this conscious homeowner. We are a "cook together" family and the Kitchen is well stocked and large enough for 5 of us AT ONE TIME to work at a counter space. At your fingertips are spices, oils and other odds and ends that make for a kitchen nightmare if not within your reach. Five full bathrooms and plenty of linens and bath towels round out a stress free stay. All rooms are cozy yet large enough for any size gathering that is needed during your stay. Each bedroom has high quality linens and beds which make for sleeping in a sweet treat. All but one of the room open onto the extra large veranda with a truly million dollar view. The second floor kitchen make for an easy time for the "sleepers" on that floor and extra kitchen storage overflow from the main kitchen. The open concept dining room and gathering room was large enough to host all 12 adults and 3 kids with ease. Now, All I need to do is figure out how to stay for MUCH longer than a week!!!!

The house was amazing, inside and out.

The Turtle Spa House was exactly what we needed for our beach vacation. Our three families visit Pensacola Beach every year, and this was by far our most enjoyable trip yet! The home had ample room for 6 adults, 7 teenagers and a toddler. We all had privacy when needed, but lots of entertaining space for hanging out together (btw, the game room was a huge hit...with the ping pong table in constant use!). Brigitte was wonderful to deal with, making every aspect of our vacation easy and pain free. I'd highly recommend if you're looking for a great beach house, give this one a try. We're all fans of the Turtle Spa House and will definitely be back!

Beautiful

We loved the Turtle Spa House. It was so well appointed and comfortable. We had everything we needed in the kitchen. We loved the balcony and outdoor fire pits. There were plenty of beds and bathrooms. We will be back!

A wedding week on Pensacola Beach

My husband and I searched for many houses to house family and friends for our wedding week on the beach. We are so very pleased with our choice! This house was exactly what we were looking for. The walk to the beach isn't long at all. The beach wasn't crowded at all, which was perfect for our large group. The house was absolutely beautiful with just about everything you can think of. We bought several items before arriving such as laundry detergent, condiments, coffee, etc., but ended up not needing them because this house is seriously stocked! We had many babies/children in the house and there were already beach toys, games, and even a pack-n-play provided. I could go on forever; they have bikes, beach chairs, a kayak, and several other things your average beach rental doesn't supply. Oh, and our wedding was perfect! The beach was perfect and the house needed no decorations because of how nicely decorated it already is! I'd recommend to anyone needing a big house for a relaxed getaway.

Fantastic gorgeous home in a terrific location with a caring owner

Our family traveled from across the country to be together for a wedding in the region. We were fortunate to spend the days leading up to the wedding in this gorgeous beach front home. We cannot say enough wonderful things about this house! Turtle Spa House accommodated 16 persons from ages 11 to 79 very comfortably for sleeping, bathing, storage, and all activities. The rooms and decorations are impeccable with views of the ocean from everywhere. The amenities turned out to be lifesavers for us, because it rained and was cold and windy for our entire stay: no beach time for us or our land-locked visiting family. Fortunately, we could enjoy the beautiful glass-rock fire pit on the deck toward the ocean, the lovely clean hot tub on a side deck, a sand volleyball court, a game room perfectly set up for our teens, and a common area for visiting, movie viewing, and games. The upstairs kitchen is completely stocked with every utensil or cooking tool you could need - a must have with our large family. There's a large refrigerator with extra storage in the downstairs kitchen plus drink refrigerator in the game room. Similarly, the bedrooms and bathrooms met our every need - the owner has attended to many details such as having laundry hampers, waste baskets, makeup mirrors, hangers, and many small details that make this house truly comfortable. The elevator was a necessity for older family members and to load/unload luggage, etc. The owner is a local person who is accessible as needed, but doesn't disturb you during the stay. She and her family went out of their way to make sure we were set for our stay and even assisted at the end with items we left behind. Their hospitality was heartfelt.
