Excellent house, location, and beach.

This place had everything we wanted. Beach front, great pool, close to shops and restaurants. Large rooms, great views, big parking area underneath, elevator, and double kitchen. Would definitely book again.

Annual Spring Break Trip

We are a group of family and friends sharing spring break together. The Gulf is our favorite destination with this our first time in Pensacola Beach. The house is as promised with the layout of the six bedrooms perfect for large groups. Kitchen well stocked - we love cooking together and found everything we needed. The location is amazing - beach was quiet with sunsets and sunrises available. Access to shopping all close with everything you could want. Pensacola Beach and this house exceeded our expectations.

Time for a fixing and cleaning.

Size of the pool and plenty of seating around pool and on the deck. The off hour answering service is terrible. I called about our pool pump not working and after telling her the address of the property she asked for the name of the property and zip code. My only problem other than that is if you advertise a home with 2 dish washers they should both work. Other than those 2 things we enjoyed the property.

The Schoemaker Family Vacation

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The location and the house lay out is exceptional. We did notice the hose is in a lot need of repairs since our stay last year. A lot of water leak issues needed to be repaired. Two of the upstairs window seals have failed. The dishwasher broke while we where there. No one came by to repair it and we did ley the office know. The exhaust fan in the upstairs bathroom does not work. The house just need a new coat of paint inside and out.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The house fit everyone comfortably. It was beautiful with outstanding views. We would happily be the first to rebook for next year, especially after hearing the patio will be a pool next year. But, the owners want that week. Too bad. New owners need to go through in detail and fix the kitchen contents. It lacked a large non-stick pan as the one there was losing Teflon and unsafe. The washer was broken when we got there and due to a home warranty could not be fixed in the time we were there. Minor other things were either noted or taken care of while we were there. For as much as it was, all of that should have been working. But overall great experience.

Beautiful but showing its age

The fridge had a broken drawer, one of the two dishwashers was missing a wheel on the bottom rack and the trim was bent with the water seal coming loose, the slider door from the main living room handle was coming off and would seal so tight it was near impossible to get open. a couple bathrooms were missing light bulbs (vent fan one and vanity) And there was a dent in the wall on the stairs and evidence on the living room wall and ceiling of water damage. For the price (which went up $1500 last year) we expected better. But the management company tried to fix what they could (door handle and vanity lightbulbs) The pool was great, the rooms were comfortable. Kitchen well stocked.

Wonderful For Families!

Reviewer Comments: We are a family of 14, 7 adults & 7 children from 2 yrs to 71 yrs and we were very happy with our choice of houses and vacation spots this year. The house was very clean, kitchen had about all one needs, plenty of room and the layout of the home was perfect. The home was advertised as having a heated pool, but...that's debatable. It's geothermally heated, which is useless. Don't base your decision on the heated pool! We were able to use it 1 day out of 6 because it was freezing! If it rains and cools the water the least bit, you can't get in it. BUT, we managed without it and had a wonderful time. There were a few minor items that needed attention inside the house and when we checked out I left those with the rental company to be fixed. Also, the garage area underneath the home is great to have to lay all your beach things after a wonderful day by the water. By the way, you practically have your own private beach!

Wonderful week with family!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This house had everything needed for a great vacation. There were 10 adults 3 of those were 13,15,17 . The teens were happy too. We had 3 toddlers 2 yr old and two 4 yr olds . First time at beach for them and they loved it. The elevator helped so much. Two 75+ adults. Pool was large not used much but if it matters very nice pool. Two large gulf front balconies. Had to be on top floor balcony for view of surf hitting the sand and watching kiddos. No cover over that balcony but not an issue for us. The covered area downstairs for beach gear was so convenient. Mindful of multiple entry ways to house that we felt needed to be locked at night but just our over cautious nature. The area was lovely and very quiet . Not far from restaurants and attractions for all ages. This was a discovery trip for the area for us. In the past we have vacationed in Seaside areas. No need to drive the extra couple of hours . The water here was beautiful. Saw dolphins daily and maybe a shark or two. Fishing for fun was tried caught a few and released of course. Only thing I would have like to have had was a boardwalk over the dune for ease in getting to beach. But not a complaint. House was clean. So many conveniences . Will hopefully return and will recommend to anyone needing a house this large. Beds were comfortable , no complaints heard. One chair while comfy was partly held together with tape. Not a concern but maybe could be updated. The fact that we would return with joy says it all!
