The owners quickly relocated us to a different house and wow what a house! We were in awe of how accommodating they were and the kids loved the upgrade with a pool on those windy beach days. Excellent house, location, and beach.

This place had everything we wanted. Beach front, great pool, close to shops and restaurants. Large rooms, great views, big parking area underneath, elevator, and double kitchen. Would definitely book again.

Annual Spring Break Trip

We are a group of family and friends sharing spring break together. The Gulf is our favorite destination with this our first time in Pensacola Beach. The house is as promised with the layout of the six bedrooms perfect for large groups. Kitchen well stocked - we love cooking together and found everything we needed. The location is amazing - beach was quiet with sunsets and sunrises available. Access to shopping all close with everything you could want. Pensacola Beach and this house exceeded our expectations.

Great vacation, great house

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This beach house has it all. On the water, great pool. Porches that stay partially covered all day. Inside is open and beautiful. Kitchen well stocked, beds very comfortable, bedrooms are beautiful, and the elevator was extremely handy. We asked to have the pool heater turned on and within a day it was! We all agreed this was the best house ever.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had our whole family down to celebrate a major-milestone birthday and had a blast! The property was perfect - clean and well maintained with an outstanding location. The description was accurate if a little understated as it's hard to describe how beautiful it was. Any issues (and there was only one) was quickly (within 15 minutes) resolved and the maintenance person was very courteous and proficient. We would highly recommend this property!

Time for a fixing and cleaning.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was more than happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Beachhouse needs repairs done and some TLC. The swimming pool can’t always save you. Good experience but could’ve been better.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We enjoyed the property. Very clean. Right on the beach was wonderful. Size of the pool and plenty of seating around pool and on the deck. The off hour answering service is terrible. I called about our pool pump not working and after telling her the address of the property she asked for the name of the property and zip code. My only problem other than that is if you advertise a home with 2 dish washers they should both work. Other than those 2 things we enjoyed the property.

We're sorry to hear about the after-hours answering service. We are looking into other services. We are glad that you called for assistance though. We are always available to our guests should you need anything. I hope you also called about the dishwasher not working. We would have had that fixed for you as well. We are very prompt and efficient and just want all of our guests to enjoy their stays. It sounds like you all did despite those two things and we hope you'll come back and stay with us again soon.
