Clean and quiet. Elevator building. Many food stores within a few blocks, including a large indoor market with food stalls. About a 10 minute walk to nearest metro station.

The apartment was superior. It definitely had special touches not found in other apartments. The property was very secure. The area, in Le Marais, was terrific, lots of restaurants, cafes and shops nearby. The owner, Véronique, immediately responded to my questions. I also enjoyed meeting and talking to the housekeeper, who met me when I checked in. I would be happy to stay there again when in Paris.

The appartment was lovely in a fabulous location. My husband and I enjoyed exploring the Marais, walking everywhere and feeling safe and comfortable. We found all that we needed at convenient shops and markets including the Marche des Enfants Rouge. A new museum for us was the Musee des Arts et Metiers.

Great apartment

The apartment was exactly as described; clean and comfortable. We were met at the apartment by the housekeeper. I recommend having her show you how to use the keys as the room key was a little tricky at first.

In a vast sea of Parisian apartment rentals, this one is a standout. The apartment is large and sunny, beautifully furnished, and perfectly equipped for cooking, The apartment's location on a quiet inner courtyard of a stunning historic building could make one forget it is located in one of the city's busiest and most sought after neighborhoods, full of restaurants, markets, and boutiques. I can't wait to return!

Amazing stay

The flat is bright and quiet because it faces the inner courtyard on a quiet street. Excellent kitchen appliances and elegant decor.

This apartment is the loveliest apartment we've stayed in since 2012, when we began renting in Paris. It is beautifully furnished and there is a lot of space, unlike many Paris apartments.The upper Marais neighborhood is bustling with activity and restaurants, most with outdoor seating. There were at least two bus-lines and three subway lines within a short walk. Our contact was always available to answer questions. She is very friendly and helpful.One issue which was an issue in 2019, is that although there is a washing machine, the "dryer" is a small rack which can only accommodate a limited amount of items. There is, however, a self-service laundry around the corner on rue Charlot.Other than that, we had a ver nice "séjour" on rue Pastourelle.

Great apartment in a great location!

This is a superb apartment in the heart of Le Marais. Very convenient to restaurants and cafes, and museums too. The host was very accommodating and made sure everything was fine. Highly recommended! We hope to stay there again during our next visit to Paris.

Suited us nicely

Great location within walking distance of the best Paris attractions. Apartment is spacious, sunny, and has windows on two sides that allowed for good air circulation. It’s also within the complex, away from the hustle and bustle on the streets. We were quite comfortable in this well-furnished apartment.

Large Apartment in the heart of Marais

Apartment located on quiet residential street close to great Bistro's and Restaurants. Large apartment with great kitchen, great light from many windows, modern elevator and spacious rooms. We walked to all of our popular sites and restaurants and the Christmas and Bastille markets are close by. Véronique was a perfect host, met us on our arrival and stayed in touch during our visit.

Perfect Paris Location

The apartment is larger than most that I've rented in Paris. Well furnished, clean and everything works including WIFI. The owner communicates in a timely manner, a big plus. The Marais is a lively, friendly and diverse area. We loved it. FIVE stars.

Nice - oldfashioned - not cheap

It is a well functioning appartment in a wonderful area. The inside is quite oldfashioned. I liked it but I think it is a little overpriced.

Gem in Marais

We just returned from a 10 day stay at this lovely Marais flat. It was very well equipped for a short or extended stay. The flat was ideally located to explore the heart of Paris and within a 5-10 minute walk to several Metro stations. I felt the flat was large by Paris standards and appreciated how quiet it was to return to each evening. Cafes, food stores and boutiques are a short walk down the quaint streets of Marais. The owner and on site manager were both lovely to work with. We will definitely return and recommend this lovely, quiet flat without hesitation.

Perfect place for a Paris visit

A truly charming flat, perfect for two, decorated tastefully and with all the accoutrements we needed. Neighborhood location, with shopping, restaurants, bars, and Metro very nearby was excellent. We always felt safe. It was a wonderful base for exploring Paris. As others have noted, the bed squeaks with every movement. But it is large and comfortable and did not bother us at all. Veronique was gracious and answered our questions before and during our visit Very important was that the flat was VERY clean. We recommend it unconditionally. Merci!!

Beautiful, quiet, and centrally located apartment in the heart of Paris

The apartment exceeded our expectations. It is as described and more. The apartment is beautifully decorated and stylish. We enjoyed the decor and attention to detail. The check-in was simple. Veronique gave us the essential information about the apartment and answered our other questions. The apartment is secure, facing a courtyard. Despite all the neighborhood activities (restaurants, bars, cafes), it is quiet. Also, since our trip was for business, we appreciated working spaces (a desk and two tables). The location is excellent, walking distance to various tourist attractions. We highly enjoyed our stay.

Quiet and very well maintained building with elevator 😊 in a fabulous location with four metro stops within a quick walk. You can access any part of the city with little problem. Apartment is bright and spacious by Paris standards. Only real recommendation to owner is to see what they can do about a hugely creaky antique bed. A minor drawback. Otherwise, very comfortable and convenient!!
