Thank you John for taking the time to review Casa Maurice. I am delighted that you enjoyed the property and it's ideal location. I do hope that you arrived back home in Canada safely and you enjoyed your time in the Lagos area. I look forward to the prospect of looking after you and your family again should you venture back to the Algarve. Chris ( Owner)

Thank you for taking the time to review Casa Maurice, it was a pleasure to have met this guests family and to have set everything up for them and to also have received thanks from them privately via email during and following their stay. I am quite disappointed to read the guests comment regarding the beds and bedding as nothing had been mentioned when I called to ask if everything had been enjoyable on the day before their departing the Villa. We understand bedding is a personal view and we consequently make sure that we review bedding regularly. We will talk to current guests and to form an additional view, as guests comfort is our priority.

Dear Lois Thank you for taking the time to leave a review. We are delighted that you had a wonderful stay in Lagos. Your feedback is so important to us and we have now replaced the dishwasher as per your advice. We look forward to welcoming you back in the future!

Dear Rina thank you for your review. We really value our customers feedback. We aim to please and were more than happy to accommodate your additional requests for tablecloths and extra towels which were both delivered free of charge to you within hours of the request. I am sorry that you found the lower ground bedroom to be lacking in privacy. The door to the games room ( adjacent to the bedroom) is lockable and many of our guests enjoy this 'additional' bedroom space as it provides a wonderful setting especially for teenagers or couples wishing to occupy their own floor (with en -suite bathroom) adjacent to the games room. Regarding our appliances. Please be reassured that we test and replace electrical items at the start of each season to ensure high standards of safety and comfort for our guests. We hope to welcome you back to Casa Maurice again someday on your next European adventure! With our very best wishes.

Thank you Steven. We hope to welcome you back again soon!

We zijn verheugd dat Duco en zijn familie hebben genoten van Casa Maurice. Het was een genoegen om voor hen te zorgen en we kijken ernaar uit dat ze op een dag weer terugkeren.

I am delighted that Nicole and her family enjoyed their time at Casa Sarah. It was a pleasure to look them and to ensure they had everything that they needed for their stay at the property. We look forward very much to welcoming them back in the future. Chris (0wner) .
