So you are planning a trip to Rome but not sure where to stay. Well we lucked out on this one. Well located in a popular upbeat part of the Rome. The moment you step out the door you are surounded by places to eat and within walking distance of many key venues. Modern accommodation situated in a rustic building. Clean facility supported by a responsive host.

A Mixed Bag

It’s a great location! The apartment is adequately furnished, but it has no natural light so it is quite dark unless you turn all the lights on. The biggest problem was the water situation in the bathroom. Showers are either scalding hot or ice cold. At the host’s suggestion I had crawl out onto a small balcony off the bathroom to reboot the hot water heater — not an ideal situation for a 72 year old with sight problems. Initially the host was responsive, but then did not respond at all. Think twice before you book this.

Good Location

Overall the apartment was good. The location was near lots of good restaurants and bars. Since it was so close to many things we were woken up early everyday with outside noise but had no issue going back to sleep. It is run by a rental group so if you have any issues outside of business hours you’re on your own.

Great Location

The comforter was certainly not clean so we only had a sheet on the bed. Shower is a little tricky to get a bearable temperature. Great location and good air conditioning!

We stayed at this unit for two nights. The location was great where everything was near by and safe. It was near to all popular sights, known TikTok spots, and great restaurants. The unit was well stock with everything we needed. Like the small touches of wafer with the espresso but had a few as a treat. My only complaint is that I was not able to work the television - was not sure how to find the local channels. Over all, our stay was great and I highly recommend on staying at this cute, eccentric, retro fun house in the middle of Rome. Highly recommend for anyone to stay here.

Great location!

Loved the decor and location. Could use a few more towels, the pillows were completely flat and light right outside window super bright at night, but we were so tired from exploring. Coffee maker was a great bonus!

Everything was as expected from the listing; the contact was easy to reach and communicate with and the location was so accessible to many attractions with great restaurants just outside.

Friendly staff. Amazing location! Apartment is quirky, clean, and perfect for two. Best porchetta is just a couple of doors away. Piazza Navona is just a few seconds walk.

Such a great place to stay!

We loved everything about this place. The location, the cleanliness, the communication with the host, were all amazing. The host was so helpful arranging transportation from the airport and answering every question we had. This is THE PLACE to stay when visiting Rome!

Perfect spot to see Rome!

Location was amazing and the apartment was quiet, accessible, and quaint! Only 20 steps up to a beautiful first floor apartment. The street was full of life, yet we heard no sounds at night. I would recommend this place highly.

This was a wonderful place to stay. My first time in Rome and the location of this apartment was absolutely perfect. Just a short walk from The Pantheon and Piazza Navona. Great shops, restaurants, a pharmacy all right outside your door. Check in process was easy, apartment was clean and well maintained. Had a small issue with the hot water heater going out. I messaged the owner and they replied promptly and told me what to do to get it back on. Owner was great on communication and ease of the whole process. They booked transportation for us from the airport, which was nice and convenient after a long plane ride. I'd love to go back to Rome and would definitely stay here again.

Fantastic location

A compact apartment but does exactly what you need in a great location. About 3 mins walk to taxi rank, bus stop and Piazza Navona. Lots of great restaurants locally.

Excellent location, Clean apartment, Great communication

If you’re looking for a GREAT location this is it. You literally step outside to a busy area with plenty of cafes, restaurants, and bars (very nice for the morning cappuccino). Walk to major monuments in a few minutes. Great communication and check in process was easy. Clean as well.

Such a wonderful place!

We loved everything about this place. The location was perfect and so many sights were in walking distance. Gelato and dinner literally right next to the front entrance. The host was so great to communicate with and she was so very helpful with everything. We highly recommend this place! Thank you for such a great stay!!!!!

Perfect location but...

We loved the location and apartment! We were told we could check in between 2:00 and 2:30 but once we got to the apartment we were told to come back after it was cleaned. We had just flown in and sat in the hallway sleeping on the stairs until nearly 4:00 while the apartment was being cleaned. While this seems trivial to some, we had just flown in from the United states that morning at 8:00 am and were so exhausted.

Francesca was a good host. However, for security reasons, it was hard to get proper information about the check in. But, eventually everything worked out very well including our arrival at 1 o clock in the morning. I was born in Rome and I would strongly recommend this place. Giorgio
