Wonderful 150m2 two floor house, with a private chlorine 8m x 4m and a depth of 2m swimming pool. There are a few fruits trees, (lemons, khakis, cherries and apricots) and it disposes of two furnished terraces, where you can enjoy delicious meals with your loved ones.

At the ground floor, there is a kitchen where you will find all the necessary amenities to prepare a nice meal. The living room is independent, and equipped with a table, TV and a firewood heater. The house offers a washing machine, an iron and an iron board as well. There is a living room, with air conditioning, satellite-TV, DVD, and a CD player, We can also find a bedroom which is connected with this living room. If you travel with your baby we will provide you a cot and a high chair. There is also a bathroom with a shower and a toilet outside.

Maria de la Salut is countryside area, located at the centre of the island, so is very easy to get to anywhere else in a reasonable time. There is mainly people from the island living there, so is not full of tourism and you can discover the real Majorca. You can find anything you need at the village, a supermarket, a pharmacy, a bank, an sports area, bars and some restaurants.

Only 15 minutes drive and you will get to Ses Casetes des Capellans and Can Picafort. Spend a good day at the fine sand beach or enjoy the sunshine while having a cocktail. At this area, there are top quality restaurants where you can eat a tasty paella, with idyllic seafront views. The Can Picafort seaside is a very lively place that contrasts with Playa de Muro, very quiet. Close by you will also find Puerto de Alcúdia and Pollença.
