It was great!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: the only issue was that the mattress pad on the bed in the master bedroom did not fit. It kept slipping off the edges when they were sleeping and getting all bunched up and very uncomfortable. So they removed the mattress pad.

Lovin' The Beach Life !

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Kitchen is very well equipped with plenty of glassware, utensils and dishes.Happy to find a regular coffee maker as well as a Kurig. The new slider doors were a big plus.We have stayed in several Dune Townhomes over the years and this one ranks high on the list. We did have issues with the sheets on the master bed not staying put, and the closet in the master bedroom is TINY with an ill-fitting door that is inoperable. Bathrooms are beautifully remodeled and very spa like.We love the location and always enjoy our time on 30A !

Thank you so much for your thoughtful 5‑star review. We’re delighted to hear that Dune 1 Townhome #10 ranked so highly for you, especially with the well‑equipped kitchen, new slider doors, and beautifully remodeled spa‑like bathrooms. It’s wonderful knowing the home helped make your time on 30A so enjoyable. Your feedback is invaluable, and we’ll be reviewing both items with our team to ensure they’re addressed for future stays. It means a lot that you’ve stayed in several Dune Townhomes over the years and continue to return to this special stretch of beach. We hope to welcome you back again soon for another relaxing stay on 30A.

What a great location

First time to 30A and what a great spot. The townhouse is just as advertised! Clean and updated! The location is perfect! Only feet to to sand and the view is great! Only thing to add would be a larger table on the screened in porch. Minor issue for our group of 6, since the table only sat 4. Loved the place and already trying to figure out when we can go back!

Nice stay but unit needs a deep clean

This unit has been partially renovated, mainly the downstairs. The kitchen and dining area were great but the couches / chair in the living room were dirty and we did not want to sit on them. The screen porch needs a deep clean and some sprucing up (as compared to the others we walked by). Upstairs is not great. The carpet has many stains. The bathrooms are original builder grade finishes which is fine, but the showers / tubs were dingy and the grout was moldy. Also - just a warning for those that are hot natured - the master bedroom has very tall ceilings and sky lights and is impossible to keep cool. Also - bring your own bedding! The bedding provided is really just sheets, I'm assuming because of COVID precautions. We enjoyed the location and loved that the beach in front of the unit was fairly private. I hope they continue their renovations and focus on the carpet and bathrooms.
