It was an absolute pleasure having you stay, and I'm so glad you enjoyed the apartment and the recommendations. Knowing you had a great experience in Rome means a lot. You're welcome back anytime—safe travels and hope to see you again in the Eternal City

Thanks to you for staying in my house and for this review. Was a pleasure to know you and I’m happy that you enjoyed your stay. I really hope to meet you again here in Rome. Arrivederci.

Thank you so much for your kind words! I'm glad you found the place clean and comfortable, and that the location worked well for you. In typical Roman apartment buildings with many apartments, it can happen that some neighbors are less respectful than others... It was a pleasure to help, and I'm happy we could resolve the neighbor issue quickly. I hope to welcome you again on your next visit to Rome! Was a pleasure to know you.

Thanks for the review, i 'm happy that you stayed well in my house. I always try to do my best for my guest. Hope to see you soon in Rome.

Thanks for the review. It was a pleasure to have you as my guest and i hope to see you again. i'll try to do my best for my guest.

Thanks, hope to see you again.

Thank you so much for your kind review! We’re really glad to hear that you enjoyed your stay and found the apartment clean, well-located, and a good fit for your family. We appreciate your feedback about the shower height — it’s helpful to know, and we’ll definitely take it into consideration for future improvements. We have currently placed it at this height to allow children to shower independently and adults can use the shower hose with the tube. Thanks again for choosing to stay with us, and we hope to welcome you back in the future.

Thank you so much for your wonderful review! Was a real pleasure to know you and I’m thrilled to hear you enjoyed the check-in process and that the apartment had everything you needed. It’s great to know the beds were comfortable and that the quiet neighborhood helped you rest well. I appreciate your kind words about the kitchen and even the unique shower! I’m glad you found the location convenient for exploring Rome. I’ll be happy to welcome you back anytime—thank you again for choosing to stay with us! Wish you all the best .

Thank you very much for your kind review and for taking the time to share your experience. I’m really glad to hear you enjoyed the apartment, found the bed comfortable, and that everything worked well for your needs—especially after such long flight delays! Thank you as well for your helpful feedback. I appreciate the suggestion about the kitchen, and I will be adding more pots so cooking is more convenient for future guests. Regarding the shower head, unfortunately its height is a fixed feature of the bathroom, but I completely understand your comment and appreciate you mentioning it. It was a pleasure hosting you, and you’re known to welcome back anytime!

Thank you so much for your kind review! I'm really glad to hear that you appreciated the kitchen equipment and cleanliness of the apartment — I always try to make sure everything is well prepared for my guests. It’s great to know that the location worked well for you, both in terms of public transport and walking distance to the Colosseum. The courtyard can sometimes carry a bit of sound ( we are in a tipical Italian condominium) , but I’m happy to hear that it didn’t affect your rest after a day of sightseeing! You're welcome back anytime . Wish you all the best .

A presto

Thanks again for being in my house and thanks for this review. I'm happy that you appreciated the house. The work in the stairway are completed and everything went well. I'll wait for you again here in Rome when you want so you can see the finished work ... :-) All the best.

Merci à vous d'être dans ma maison, je suis content que votre séjour soit agréable. J'espère te revoir. Meilleurs voeux

Thanks to you for being in my house and for this amazing review. I’m happy that you enjoyed your stay and was a pleasure to know you. I’ll wait you again when you want. My house will be always open for you. All the best.

Merci à vous d'être dans ma maison, je suis content que vous alliez bien et vous avez apprécié la maison et le quartier. J'espère te revoir. c'était un réel plaisir de vous rencontrer.

Thanks for being in my house but I want to say some clarification about what you said: first of all you arrived at the house with a big delay without even telling me that I was waiting for you; as you wrote in the things of the house you noticed maybe this is the point, this is a house, not a hotel! sheets are normal and luckily no other guest before you has complained about the quality and comfort. the water pressure is absolutely good for the Roman standards of condominiums with many apartments. I have always been at your disposal and, if you needed more pillows, you could ask me, there are many others inside the house. the "weird smell" that you heard when you entered the house is due, as you said, to the renovation of the building they are doing in this period. I am surprised that you have not even written that when you arrived you found, slippers, bath products, a small aperitif, a list with some suggestions of restaurants in the area etc etc, it would be more correct to write these things instead of writing only the "negative" things that you have noticed. I'm always ready to consider feedback from my guests to improve but I would like these feedbacks to be objective and not just for pointing out negative things. I wish you all the best.
