Spectacular Biew!

We absolutely loved staying here. The condo was amazingly clean and very tastefully decorated. On top of that the view was perfect and only steps to the beach. We will definitely go back!

Vacation accomplished Maravilla 2406

Maravilla resort provided lovely location and good local recommendations. Pictures are accurate. Spring break with two adults and two teen girls. Our condo was beachfront with great outdoor furniture. Views were fantastic. Loved that there were only 4 floors, no long waits for elevators. Living room nice decor and comfy furniture. Laundry room a plus and was needed. Master bedroom was sizable and functional. Master bath was simple tub/shower combo. 2nd bedroom small, maybe 10x10. Bed pushed against one wall to allow space for a dresser and nightstand on other side. No closet, but a hanging rack on wall along with TV. I feel this room best suited for younger kids. 2nd bath was updated with large tiled shower enclosure very nice luxury. Management company was responsive to questions, helpful and follow up to us when DirectTV person had to come out to fix. In the end, I would recommend this place and would return. Vacation accomplished.

Family Vacay

Loved the location the condo was nice but needed some TLC. First thing the chairs around the dining table 2 of them were in need of repairs 1 the leg was almost broken off if someone sits down and is unaware they could be hurt. Second thing the second bedroom the bed needs slats or something under the mattress because only one person could sleep in the bed and you had to sleep diagonal or the bed would dip. The third thing the master bedroom Bed is on risers and you need to be over 6ft tall to get into the bed soooo very high. I am 5"2in I needed a step stool to get in that bed. I would come back but not in that room unless those things were taken care of. But on another note if you want to sell it I am interested and I would do all of the TLC repairs.

Beautiful location with beach views

This is the best location if you are looking for a place with a view, great amenities and the fact you can share it with your pets. The condo is very clean with great amenities in an area very close to multiple shops, restaurants and grocery stores.

Relaxing getaway

I found this listing on the vrbo app. The process for renting was simple and the rental was exactly as advertised. The whole area was beautiful and clean. The views were breathtaking. We were close to anything we could possibly need. Loved everything about our stay and will definitely be back.

Wow beach view!

We had a great time people watching from the deck just steps from the beach and a beautiful view. We enjoyed coffee and meals there too. The kitchen is well equipped for eating in some too. The location is convenient to shops and restaurants. Perfect stay for us.

Review of Maravilla #2406

Excellent location and great view of beach/ocean. Need to have a spring update with new patio furniture. Current patio furniture was in poor and broken condition. Bathrooms were not super clean. Master bath had toilet brush and plunger in plain site next to toilet. Floors and tables needed dusted and cleaned. Some residual sand from previous stays was present. T.v. Remote has to be shared with 2 TVs. Couch was super uncomfortable and sunk into hide a bed. Scratches on walls everywhere and needs to be touched up. Overall good property but in need of a fleshen up. Thanks for letting us stay.

Amazing vacation

Excellent experience from reservation to checkout. Maravilla is a clean, safe, and well appointed community in an ideal location. #2406 was just perfect and we hope to return here in the future.

Best location and Pet Friendly!!

Great Location!! We were right on the beach and by the pool so the convenience was part of why this was such a great place to stay. We brought our small dog and loved how pet friendly this community was. Check in was very easy and all the details were sent to us via email prior to arrival. The kitchen was fully stocked with everything we needed to cook, make coffee and smoothies and grill out was in clued. We did have to run out for extra paper towels and trash bags though. The only issue we had was with the toilet in the master bathroom. The tank wouldn’t fill up all the way sometimes or it was really slow and ran longer than normal after flushing. That was just very minor and overall we were very impressed with this condo. I would absolutely stay here again when we go back to Miramar Beach.

Another great Maravilla trip

Good condo with great views of the ocean. Spacious for two people and our fur baby. Great location to beach, restaurants, and all the Destin area has to offer. Thanks for the experience and memories.

Great vacation spot!

We stayed at Maravilla and thoroughly enjoyed our visit. The condo is ocean facing with a nice view from the 4th floor. The owners provide nice furnishings and the unit was clean. It was perfect for our family of 5 (2 adults, 2 teens, and a pup). The complex is lively! In addition to the gulf at your doorstep, they have 2 pools, a whirlpool, tennis courts, a basketball goal, and small gym. The gulf side pool has a bbq area. No problem finding parking as the complex is spread out. There were carts available when needed and grounds maintenance was ever present. Highly recommended to anyone who wants to stay at a condo with a great view, beach service, and near to all things Destin.

Great Getaway

We stayed in this property last year. Being back a second year speaks for itself. Very nice property-clean, amenities, just like home. Owner is very responsive to any needs and we can't wait until next year to go back.
