4階の建物の同じ屋根にあるLA NUBEは、部屋にたくさんの光と空気があり、アンダルシアで最も興味深い都市の1つを発見するのに最適な望楼です。
共同の屋上からは、市街の300度の景色を眺めることができます。

Really good stay

Very good, located in the oldtown of Cádiz the appartement is central for all activities and tapeterias. Even for workout because there is no elevator to the 4th floor.

Great location and facilities

The apartment is very well equipped, even including a little dishwasher. It is also tastefully decorated. The location is fantastic. Everything was explained very well to us and we were given some good suggestions of places to visit. There is a good supply of brochures and leaflets in the apartment. Thank you for the welcome pack.

Perfect place to stay

Just returned from our stay in Cadiz. We were met by Irina who was charming and helpful,advising us of all the interesting places to visit and excellent restaurants. A nice touch was the bottle of Cava,2 glasses with a chocolate placed in each waiting for us in the fridge. The apartment was superb, comfortable, and fully equipped in a quiet location. The location of the apartment was ideally situated for sightseeing,La Caleta beach and,all amenities. Would highly recommend this accommodation.

Rundum zufrieden!

Die Wohnung ist genau so schön, wie auf den Bildern. Man fühlt sich sehr wohl und es ist sehr sauber. Im Schlafzimmer gibt es ein Ventilator was bei den heißen Temperaturen und direkt unterm Dach sehr wichtig und praktisch ist. Die Lage ist perfekt! Nur 10 min zu Fuß zu einem wunderschönen Strand und großartige Cafés und Restaurants in wenigen Gehminuten erreichbar. Das einzige Manko sind die Handtücher. Sie sind dunkelblau und fusseln leider sehr stark wodurch man nach dem duschen ständig kleine dunkle Fussel auf der Haut hat. Außerdem ging unser Bettlaken nicht über die komplette Matratze wodurch es die ganze Zeit runterrutscht und kleine weiße Fussel/ Stücke der Matratze an und klebten und auf den Boden gefallen sind. Ansonsten waren wir rundum zufrieden und können diese tolle Wohnung nur weiter empfehlen.

Great Apartment

This apartment is so centrally located and such a nice flat! I loved staying here even though it was a top floor walk up. Would love to stay again if I need another place in Cadiz!

Great stay. We will be back

Fantastic location very near the market and with a well equipped kitchen. We shopped at the market most days and cooked most meals in the apartment. There are many little extras in the apartment that we really appreciated. The queen size bed was comfortable. The apartment is well located and we walked everywhere in the historical centre. Good communication with the owner and with the person who met us at the apartment.

Es war ein sehr schöner Aufenthalt.

Die Wohnung ist sehr schön, genau wie beschrieben. Gleich ums Eck ist der Mercado, einfach Klasse. Zentraler und ruhiger kann man nicht wohnen. Sind wirklich gute Fenster. Der vierte Stock ist bestimmt nicht für jeden geeignet, kommt man ganz schön ausser Atem. Aber es ist es wert.

Optimal für städtetripp

Die Lage und Ausstattung der Wohnung ist genau wie im inserat beschrieben. Sie ist sehr modern mit allem was man braucht ausgestattet und durch die nette Dekorationen und den Blumen fühlt man sich sofort super wohl. Die Lage im 4.stock ist kein Nachteil denn wen man die Treppen geschafft hat weiß man nachts die kühle Luft die durch die Zimmer weht sehr zu schätzen. Da sie mitten in der Altstadt liegt ist sie der optimale Ausgangspunkt für spaziergänge durch die Stadt cadiz. Wir haben besonders den Markt in der Nähe genossen und das ein oder andere Restaurant bzw tapas Bar schätzen gelernt. Besonders bedanken möchten wir uns für die super nette Betreuung durch Irina, die uns auch einige Tipps für Frühstück und Restaurants gegeben hat und jederzeit bei Fragen sofort geholfen hat.

Great Apartment in Ideal Location

This is one of the best places we have stayed. It's spacious with a large living room, good size kitchen, bathroom and bedroom. The kitchen is modern, very well equipped with a dishwasher and good cooking facilities - hob, oven and microwave. It is situated in the old town within easy walking distance of all places of interest. The apartment is on the 4th floor, no lift and steep stairs, so not suitable for anyone with mobility difficulties. It was very quiet at night. It's close to the market and there's a good supermarket 5 minutes walk away. You can walk to the train station 20 mins or the catamaran dock 15 mins. Irina met us on arrival and was very helpful, as was Jack - gracias ! Cadiz is a great city with lots of interest, bars, restaurants, shops etc. We spent a week there and really enjoyed our stay. I would definitely recommend this apartment .

Gutes Apt. in der Altstadt

Wir hatten eine wunderbare Zeit in dem Apt. und in Cadiz, wenn man die vielen Stufen nachoben gemacht hat wird man mit einem rundum Blick belohnt. Das Apt. ist genau wie beschrieben und man kann wunderbar durchlüften. Der Markt ist ganz in der Nähe und ein Supermarkt gleich daneben. Ein schönes Erlebnis, direkt am Meer in der schönen Altstadt von Cadiz.

Lovely bright , clean and spacious apartment in the heart of Cadiz.

We were delighted with this apartment. Has everything you need and lots of little extras. We had a great view of Cadiz from the rooftop and outdoor seats and a washing line too. Very comfortable bed and very large living area with more than adequate seating. So relaxing. Irina gave us a lovely welcome and gave us lots of tips on what to do and where to eat. The Phoenician Archaelogical Site is right beside the apartment. We found it fascinating and the guide was very well informed. All the attractions of Cadiz are only a short walk away. We certainly plan to return to this apartment.
