Love the neighborhood

The house was as expected, but the bikes were not. I was able to call the property manager and get it resolved within 24 hours. The property folks were very helpful, but did not call back to confirm plans as they said they would. But the new rental bikes showed up promptly. We loved the neighborhood and short bike ride to the beach! The pool and community pool (gathering place) was nice. We used the state park trails for hiking and biking.

Quiet and Relaxing

Home is located in the beautiful NatureWalk neighborhood. We enjoyed riding our bikes on the trails and frequently rode to the beach and Seaside. House was perfect for 3 adult couples. Everyone had plenty of space, privacy and their own bathroom. We enjoyed our stay, thank you🥰

We had a great stay overall in early August. The house showed some wear since we stayed season end. We had to request maintenance fix a few issue and address some cleaning concerns. The house is a good size for 8 people.

Beautiful Home in Family Friendly Neighborhood

Our family was able to enjoy this property for 3 weeks! The home was clean and large…plenty of space for our family of 7. We have 3 kids doing online school and the internet speed was plenty for all our streaming needs. We’ve stayed on 30A over the years and this was a new location…more west than usual…but it met our families needs and our last minute booking. My husband and I could easily take a quick bike ride down to the beach as well as our teenagers. To get the entire family to the beach with our toddlers in tow…we needed to drive which was under 10 minutes. The Publix is super close and Pizza by the Sea which is located right next door was great easy dinner many nights! We ran into a few maintenance issues which the management team was quick to address the only thing outstanding was the dishwasher was leaking and unable to be replaced during our stay. But they did their best to compensate for the inconvenience. The Master Shower is amazing! We really enjoyed the gathering place and the 3 pools for all ages of our family. Very clean and all guests during our 3 week stay were very friendly and courteous. My only suggestion that could make the stay better would be replacement or the swapping of the main level sofa with the newer upstairs sofa. The sofa on the main level though functional if you need sleeping space is the most uncomfortable couch at the end of the night. The many bikes were also amazing and kept in good condition. Plenty of beach toys and umbrellas! Overall amazing!

Beautiful beach house!

We enjoyed our stay at this house. There were 5 adults and we had plenty of room. The screened- in front porch was great for reading books. The kitchen had plenty of room to cook a big Thanksgiving dinner. NatureWalk has pickle ball courts, which we took advantage of. Also, the house comes with 4 bikes which was great as we rode on many of the bike trails, as well as the trails through Point Washington Natural Area. The beach was about a 1 mile bike ride from the house. We were surprised to see how busy the beach was when we were there. Overall, we had a very relaxing vacation and would highly recommend this house!

Excellent home in great off-beach neighborhood

Nice, newly built home with all amenities expected for a family stay. We enjoyed walks in the nature trails, pool and Gathering Place, and a short bike ride to the beach. No issues with parking in the designated locations off 30A. Home has everything you need and is well maintained.

Thanksgiving Recharge

One of my favorite things to do while in 30A area is to bike. Perfectly connected to by on property 'Nature Walk' trails, paths, and back roads to many others located in State Park, Water Color, Seaside, and more. My first concern was that it was located too far out but not at all. Found the home to be a wonderful place to bring the family together for Thanksgiving week. Cleaning

Cleaning was very deficient especially under current C19 situation. This was more important after we paid the cleaning fee as part of the rental. We have used other houses in the same neighborhood that were much much cleaner than this thanks for listening

Great Family Vacation

Naturewalk at Seagrove and the property itself were idealic. The community is conveniently located with close proximity to Seaside shops and the beach. The home was nicely decorated and well stocked. We enjoyed the two bicycles but would have preferred at least four. Unfortunately, one bike chain was falling off and needed constant adjustments. Also, a golf cart would have been wonderful. A lot of families travel around town via golf cart. It would have made everything really convenient. Overall, it was a lovely vacation home and we enjoyed our stay.

Great stay in Naturewalk

We enjoyed this lovely beach house in Naturewalk at Rosemary Beach! This is our second time staying in Naturewalk. It is a great location for biking to the beach, Seaside and the Publix shopping area. There is a back entrance to Watercolor and that was a nice bike riding area also. It had a great pool area with playground and hammocks...cool and relaxing. The house is beautiful and seems very new and cared for. Comfy screened in front porch was nice in the afternoon and back bedroom porch for early morning. The house had plenty of dishes, but would be nice if it had some basic items like salt/pepper, oil, etc. if you want to cook, you have to provide everything. House was generally clean but could use a good cleaning under beds, dusting of lights, etc...but is a beautiful house in a beautiful neighborhood. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay!

My husband and I rented this house for 2 months this winter (the off-season). NatureWalk is an excellent community for families. The location, 2 miles to 30A, Seaside & Watercolor, exceeded our expectations (walkable). The house was exactly as pictured with a well appointed kitchen. Wi-fi & high-def tv need updating. The Property Management company was very responsive! Recommend the Farmer’s Market on Saturday mornings @ Seaside & the sunsets on Grayton Beach!

Felt like Home

What a wonderful house. Everything we needed was here. The main area is very spacious. We loved the screened in porch. The bedrooms and bathrooms were all great. The kitchen was equipped with everything we needed to cook full meals. The Gathering Place which is where the pool is has grills and many tables, we were able to swim and BBQ with the family. There is a free shuttle to take you to the beach which was great to not worry about parking.

Stayed here for a family wedding with 2 families - total of 10 people. WONDERFUL! Clean, beautful decor. No complaints. Very roomy for so many people. Can't walk to the beach (atleast I think it's far)- but we took a car down there. And this place had a garage with bikes which makes a beach trip easier. Enough parking in front of the house since we had a few cars. Family friendly. Great, quiet area. Saw kids walking around at night being respectful. Loved it and hope to stay here again
