プロパティは2階建てです。 1階には、スーパーキングベッド（必要に応じてツインベッドに適応可能）とシャワー、トイレ、洗面台付きのバスルームを備えた広々としたベッドルームが1つあります。
1階に移動すると、大型の深いローフソファを備えた大きなラウンジ、スカイパッケージを備えた大きなflatsctreenスマートテレビ、Bluetoothワイヤレススピーカーシステムがあります。
また、1階には、誘導ホブと全体に統合されたボッシュ機器を備えた大きな半島を備えた最新式の設備の整った現代的なキッチンがあります。
3メートルの2つ折りドアは、ラウンジから、屋外ダイニング家具付きの芝生と高床式デッキ、そして非常に重要なホットタブのある大きな成熟した庭に向かって開きます。
さらに、屋外のホットシャワーボードとウェットスーツの乾燥設備を備えた独立した大きなサーフルームがあります。
外には、1台分の駐車場があり、追加の駐車場が真向かいにあります。
ネットロフトは最大2名のゲストを非常に快適に眠ります。

Lovely property

We would definitely stay here again - The Net Loft is a perfect stay for a couple. Good location, nicely decorated, and everything you need for a comfortable stay.

Very clean, comfy bed, nice hot tub, nice area with plenty of places to eat, and near to other locations. Ann Marie was very nice to meet and said if we needed anything just let her know. Would return sometime.

This was our second stay, and we loved it as much as the first time. Great location and very nicely decorated and furnished.The only way to improve would be to provide a fan for the bedroom, and putting a thinner summer duvet on the bed. We didn’t get the best of sleep due to feeling too hot in bed.

Devon delight

An absolutely beautiful little cottage, very clean and nicely presented. The hosts were very warm and welcoming whilst not being intrusive. My wife and I love the place and will be back and both thoroughly recommend it to anyone looking for a place to get away from it all with beautiful countryside and a pleasant village on the doorstep,

A fabulous place for two by the sea

We thoroughly enjoyed our few days at The Net Loft in Croyde which is a beautiful village close to some amazing beaches and many choices of restaurant and pubs. Also close to Saunton Sands Golf Club where we were playing in a tournament so could not have been more convenient all round. Everything we needed to cook and barbecue and we particularly enjoyed relaxing in the hot tub to relieve aches and pains. Secure parking next to the house was another important factor for us. Thanks Ann-Marie for making our stay magnificent.

Beautiful location

Great break, in a lovely location. The property was very well decorated and was a cosy base for our trip. We found the sofa very low and hard to use comfortably, but otherwise a perfect stay with lovely hosts.

Long weekend break

Excellent property for 2 close to town and all amenities. Property is kept to a high standard and has everything you need for a very pleasant stay in Croyde! Great little find, would highly recommend.

Fantastic stay at the Net Loft

A wonderful weekend spent in sunny Devon. The accommodation was of the highest quality, check in seamless and the only issue we had (when my husband tripped the electrics) was dealt with immediately. Could not recommend this place highly enough!

Paradise

This is the second time we have stayed at this property and it is just a dream. The property it’s self is so lovely and cozy and it’s in a great location. Croyde is the perfect place to get away from the hustle and bustle of the city. I’m sure we will be back to stay again.

August stay in Croyde

Edge of village but easy walking distance to shops, bars etc and just 15mins to walk down to the beach. Lovely quiet walks up green lanes onto surrounding hills from path next to apartment. Stylish and 'chintz free' apartment- good quality furnishings & kitchen equipment, Skandi/White Company vibe and all very clean. Lovely private garden area too, and off street parking right by the door(though you may need someone to watch for traffic as you reverse in). Lovely touches like the coffee machine. And of course the hot tub. Wished we could have stayed longer.

What more could you want!

Fantastic stay at the net loft, it had everything we needed and more for our 5 night stay in Croyde. The apartment was well presented, super clean and well equipped. Would highly recommend and definitely book again!

Great place to stay

A fantastic place to stay in Croyde, apartment itself was perfect, ideal for the 2 of us and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The hot tub was an added bonus! Location is perfect, 5 min walk to town and 10 mins to beach. Would highly recommend staying here.

Lovely stay in croyde

Overall experience was fantastic originally booked for January but moved easily to may when second lockdown happened. Great location to pubs and the beach, easy to find with directions given from owner. Excellent communication from owner all the way through the process. Only small negative was the location of the hot tub, we found that as the road is on a main bus route the passengers on the double decker bus can see right in to the garden so we had to wait until the buses stopped running to use it. I would just suggest putting some further fencing on top of the wall that is currently there, this would prevent this and when using the hot tub you are able to relax.

Super location, style

Great location so central in the village. Beautiful bed linen and comfy big bed. Very quiet. Tight but manageable staircase up to living area which was bright & just the right size for 2. French doors onto a lawn and the jacuzzi providing a private space which we didn't use because the weather wasn't kind enough in October. We found the sofa a bit low. Loved the decor and kitchen super but missed having a microwave. Thank you again for having us. Best wishes
