この美しい街の真ん中にあるこのビルディングは、もともとは最も有名な恩人の町の家であり、1896〜1908年のLéoncePascalの間にUzes市長がいました。
サン・ヴィクトール・デ・オールルに生まれた彼はパリに行って、彼の財産を捜し求めました。彼は1875年パリジャン建築の趣があり、 "Le BonMarché"でAristide Boucicautで働いていました。
パリのデザインとスタイルを兼ね備えたホテルは、すぐに見分けがつかれ、ドゥカーレ宮殿自体の見事な見通しが見えます。
2016年にルートとブランチの改修を行い、コンプレッサーレスエアコン、天井ファン、設備の整ったキッチン、高速インターネットを設置するだけでなく、私たちが魅了するこのホテルを心から歓迎します。

Fantastic location, very clean, and hosts were amazing. Perfect for two people - everything you need is provided. Uzès is an great village, with wonderful Wednesday and Saturday markets. This apartment is directly across from Château d'Uzès (Duke's palace) - you can enjoy a morning coffee on the balcony and watch the village come alive!

Wonderful location in Uzes

This is the fifth time we have rented in Uzes in the past 7 years, we choose this property as the others have been sold or no longer available for renting purposes. As I have rated above the property was clean, great location owners were friendly and helpful. I do have a few suggestions for upgrading the apt for further comfort. 2 sets of keys should be offered,additional towels should be available,couch is quite small, additional chair small table in living room are needed,chairs in kitchen are large not fitting properly under table making it difficult to eat, additional hooks , shelf ,in bathroom would make it easier to place travel items. Some instruction books were not in English, the washer/ dryer instructions were not helpful, I realize many renters may not use the appliances as we did. The balcony was delightful although the table was warped preventing one person to place glass or dish on table. I offer this advice as we have rented not only in Uzes but many other properties in Europe. Please take this as constructive advice. Your apt is lovely and with a few additions it would enable additional comfort. Thank You.

Fully appointed apartment gem, in the heart of Uzès old city

Perfectly renovated, and fully appointed apartment, situated across from the Duchy. The first we noted (and appreciated in the heat), was the extremely effective air conditioning in the lounge and bedroom, and allowed us to sleep in the mid-July heat wave. Well furnished kitchen for preparing small meals; as well as dishwasher and washing machine. The location is right in the heart of the old town, and within walking distance of the main sights of city. Also located within walking distance of underground carpark. Amanda was very friendly and extremely knowledgeable of the local area, with recommendations for the area including dining. Thank you for a lovely stay!

A Perfect Apartment!

My wife and I loved this apartment! Everything about it was perfect...the decor, the location, the view of the palace, and it was well equipped with everything you might need. Amanda was wonderful and was always available if we needed her. We would highly recommend this apartment to anyone who's planning a trip to Uzes!

Brief stay in Uzès

The three nights in Uzès was enjoyable. This apartment is ideal in location for this small town which has much to see, offer in dining options and history. We frequented the Uzès outdoor market as well as others in the area. Our food items purchased aided us in preparing a few dinners, the kitchen was adequately stocked, the balcony a great place to have some wine, dine and people watch. I would return to Uzès for a stay again and I would stay here. Gary and Amanda were very helpful. Thank you for the hospitality and a good time.

great location but teeny

Apartment was in a great location close to almost everything. The apartment was very clean and nice but really, really teeny tiny so not much of a place to hang around and relax. The furniture you see in the picture is all the furniture there is except for a small table and two chairs in the kitchen. We kept the apartment as a place to park ourselves while we roamed Uzes but actually moved out to a hotel with a big room, lots of relaxing furniture and a large terrace. If you don't intend to stay inside the apartment much, this is a great place.

We are Amanda and Garry Andrews. We owned La Bastide Sainte Anne a boutique chambre d'hôte in Castillon du Gard, near to Uzes for 10 years. We sold the business to raise our children and to start a new project. No 9 Place du Duche was completely renovated by Garry in 2016.

I was serving breakfast on the terrace at La Bastide Sainte Anne in 2016 and Garry was out looking for property. He saw No9 Place du Duche at 9am on a beautiful summer morning in Uzes and by 9.10am his offer was accepted! He feel in love with its quiet location yet also that it was in in the heart of the historical centre of Uzes with incredible views of the Duche.
