Dream family getaway!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The Holiday Surf and Racquet Club did not disappoint for a big multi-family spring break getaway. Our condo was clean and orderly, with a washer, dryer, and newish appliances. We were there during a rare cold spell and there were plenty of activities available even though we couldn’t spend as much time as we wanted on the beach. The staff was friendly and responsive when needed. Highly recommend!

Wonderful memories were made here!

We were very pleased with our room - exactly as pictured. Close to the beach, beautiful view, and the condo has everything you need to cook. We loved it and we hope to visit soon!

Beautiful place!

The only addition needed here would be some towel hooks on the backs of doors. We ran out of room to hang our wet towels and swimsuits.

Don’t Worry Beach Happy

We were so pleased with the location, the condo as a whole, the front desk staff were wonderful & accommodating, the unit was renovated, beautiful & cozy. This was perfect for our family of 4. The owners have done a wonderful job with the decorating. What you see is absolutely what you get, & even better! Thank you for a wonderful vacation! We hope to be back soon!

The location was convenient and close to many stores and restaurants. Everything was as pictured so no surprises. It was fun to borrow shuffle board equipment at no charge. The front desk staff was friendly and helpful, the beach staff was great. We had a wonderful stay.

We had everything we needed to be comfortable and enjoy the beach. The staff was amazing from the moment we arrived. They made sure we had everything we needed. Beautiful pool and tennis/pickle ball courts. Easy access to the beach with an attendant that set up our chairs and umbrella. We always felt safe as the property was gated. Close proximity to many restaurants and activities. I highly recommend this property.

Spring Break Fun

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: What a great location for a family getaway! The condo is lovely and comfortable. Being on the second floor was very convenient because we could use the stairs. The location is definitely family friendly and the pool is great. The staff is friendly and helpful.The only problem we had was that none of the tv remotes worked properly but we weren't there to watch television so not really a problem. The resort is conveniently located. It is far enough away from the main strip to be relaxing but close enough to everything like stores and restaurants.

DO NOT RENT

Rating Details: The property manager was very unhelpful. The vacation rental was very dirty. I was very unhappy with the location. I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: HORRENDOUS. The absolute worst VRBO I have stayed in so far. The smell of chlorine was so overwhelming everyones eyes were watering and everyone in the party was coughing. The staff was called immediately and I was told maintenance could possibly come out the next day and change the air filters. What?! I also asked if we could move to another unit and I would pay extra if needed. I was told they were at capacity and nothing could be done .WE did not even unpack our cars. The smell of chlorine was coming in through the air filters, and it was unsafe. I drove 8 hours from savannah, only to get a hotel room for another 400.00 so we could have somewhere safe to stay. The property manager called me two days later to say she she was sorry, but again no resolution was offered. The property in the picture is literally not at all what is reality. There was a wonderful photographer who made this unit look bright and brand new when in reality lights did work and it was very dark and unclean. Batteries were missing from the ceiling fan remotes, lightbulbs were completely out in the kitchen and there was sand on the floors and in one of the beds. I would never recommend this place to anyone.

Megan, We are so disappointed to hear that you did not enjoy your stay. The maintenance supervisor was in this unit prior to the check-in on this day and did not smell chlorine in this unit. Our management team did look further into this issue but was unable to smell chlorine. We didn't have any other complaints about a chlorine smell during this time. Our management team takes all of our guest concerns very seriously and addresses all maintenance issues promptly. We do apologize that we were unable to replicate the smell. Please know that we took this matter as we do for all of our guest's concerns very seriously. You are a valued guest and we do hope to have the chance to host you again. Amazing!

This property was exactly as described in the description! The check-in process took 5 minutes, everything was prepared upon our arrival. It was myself and my 3 kids. There were Bell Carts available to take our luggage upstairs, and they even had shopping carts available if you had to grocery shop which was an absolute plus, because I did! The unit was cleaned from top to bottom, and the unit was very spacious to be 2 bedrooms. We were literally a few feet away from the beach. I loved absolutely everything about this condo, and will be returning often. This was my first time in Destin, and this whole experience left a great impression.

Happy 50th birthday to our friend girls trip.

Nice well kept property. Stocked with all needed to cook meals except foil. 😁 Description was perfect to describing our stay. Beautiful white sand. Perfect weekend along with nice restaurants and entertainment in the area.

Great Family Place

The property was great and exactly as listed. Beds were comfortable and we had a great view! The absolute only thing I could suggest would be to leave instructions on how to use all the remotes to the TV’s. We could not get any of them to work. We called front desk and they were able to get the one in the living room to work but he had to go through many options to get it up and running. Beautiful location and close to most things. Loved the beach access too!

Another great stay at Holiday aisle!

Great location! This was our second time staying in Holiday Isle. We love it! We enjoyed Holiday Surf and Racquet Club, and our condo unit. We would probably choose another unit away from the pool, as we would rather look at the ocean. Otherwise, it was very nice! Just a couple of things… unit wasn’t that clean, as I noticed a lot of dust and hair in corners of bathrooms. Also, the sauna wasn’t open due to Covid. And Covid signage was all around the condo building. We stayed at Holiday Isle last October (another place) and we didn’t see any Covid signage then. Kind of strange as this pandemic is basically over.

Great beach condo

The condo was newly renovated and decorated very nicely. Plenty of space for a family of 4. My son liked the charm of being able to rent a DVD from the lobby. Beds were comfortable. Only real downside was the view was mostly of the pool from the second floor. At night really all you could see was the lit pool and not the ocean. Obviously the owners can't do anything about that.
