Apartment is really nice

The Apartment has recently been re-furbished and is very nice . It is just enough of room for two people . You have the big open air market directly across the road on wednesday & sunday. Alistair was very helpful, The only one negative we found was the apartment was a little bit to far away from the Beach and most of the major bars and if you have any walking issues then you may find the walk to much i know my wife did so we used a taxi every time we went out which is fine but it adds extra cost to your holiday

Lovely apartment, great location

This apartment on the 17th floor was perfect for us. Clean, well equipped, great shower and a large balcony with excellent views. The communication was fantastic and the exchange of keys made very easy. We would fully recommend the apartment and the experience as a whole and are already planning next years trip. Perfect apartment

We stayed in this apartment for 1 week over New Year and couldn’t have asked for anything better. This one bedroom apartment has everything you need for your stay and is very clean and modern. The owner Alistair was very helpful to us and was just a phone call away if we needed any help. The view from the 17th floor was amazing and the sun shines on the well equipped balcony the whole day. Location is good only a 10 minute walk to the main drag and across the road from the apartment there is a twice weekly outdoor market, Sunday & Wednesday. Overall we had a lovely stay and would highly recommend this apartment, you would not be disappointed, thanks Ali.

Excellent apartment for my wife and me

Everything you need in an apartment, far better than a crammed hotel room and loads of choices of restaurants only 5 minutes away to eat out every night which we did..Beach max 10 minute walk, 5 in a wee jog.. Rented other apartments from Ali in the past so knew for certain that there wouldn't be a problem with communication or anything wrong with apartment. Would not hesitate to book same apartment again when next in Benidorm. Thanks Ali

Un séjour magnifique !

Residence très bien située (800 m de la plage)et sécurisée. Appartement fonctionnel, très propre, bien agencé avec tout le nécessaire pour court ou long sejour. Alistair le propriétaire est très chaleureux et sympatique. Nous reviendrons avec joie et garderons un très bon souvenir de ce séjour. Encore Merci Alistair!

This is a clean, comfortable, modern, well appointed apartment. Very spacious balcony giving a full Benidorm vista and views of the Med. Alistair provides a personal welcome and briefing on the apartment - this is a very nice touch. Highly recommend and when next in Benidorm I would not hesitate to stay here again

Very enjoyable stay in a lovely apartment

I stayed in the apartment for 11 days from the first of April with my elderly parents. Ali very kindly picked us up from our shuttle stop and drove us to the apartment where he gave us the lowdown on the apartment and surrounding area. The apartment was extremely well equipped with everything you could need and more including British TV channels and excellent wi fi. The kitchen and bathroom were very nice indeed especially the powerful shower ! I slept in the sofa bed which was so easy to set up and put away and found perfectly comfortable. My parents slept very well and comfortably in the two single beds. There are great views from the balcony which is very spacious with comfortable furniture. The location for us was excellent with two supermarkets very close by and a couple of great bars for breakfast etc..there is a walk to the seafront but not overly long and which we found enjoyable. The pool area was under restoration and will be very nice once completed. Ali very kindly arranged a taxi for my parents back to our shuttle pick up point and generally couldn't have been nicer or more helpful throughout. Overall a very enjoyable stay and would highly recommend.

Fantastic apartment

We have just spent a month at the apartment and had a fantastic time Ali and his wife met us at the property and gave a detailed explanation to the layout of the property and the facilities, they also went through the local amenities The accommodation is modern well equipped and felt like home from home, the photos don't do it justice it is better. There is everything you need in the apartment, everything has been thought of, the kitchen is well equipped and a comfortable lounge with TV with uk channels (if needed), added bonus of safe and wifi Bed room comfortable plenty of room A huge balcony with modernout door furnishings, a great space for chilling out, spent a lot of time here It is well situated in a quiet area with local shop on your door step, and supermarket a 5 min walk away The beach a 10 - 15 min walk and 20 mins to the old town Can't wait to return later in the year and would recommend this property if you want to chill out and relax The whole process for booking was easy and secure

Modern central apartment in Benidorm

We booked the apartment through home and away without any problems. We were met outside the apartment when we arrived by the owner Ali and his wife, they were very friendly and welcoming and gave us a detailed run down of the whole apartment and surrounding area. We felt it was very proffesional that Ali gave us a receipt for our damages deposit and final cleaning fee as we have never had this done before at other apartments. The apartment itself was spotlessly clean, very comfortable living room furniture. The kitchen was extremely well equipped with everything you could possibly need. The bathroom had a large Walk-in shower with a power shower. The bedroom had twin beds which were of high quality and comfortable pillows which gave us a great nights sleep, their was also a safe in the bedroom which was a bonus. The large balcony leading from the living room got the sun all day and was equipped with table and chairs & a separate seating area. We would have no hesitation to recommend this apartments and the hosts.

" PERFECT APARTMENT"

Family of Four. Stayed here for the first time in Aug 2018, Apartment is as described, very clean,secure and finshed to a very high standard it has everything you need a home from home and in a perfect location shops,bars,nightlife and beach are all within a short walk it is also opposite the large outdoor market held on wednesdays and Sundays.We were met on arrival by the very friendly Alister who showed us around and where everything was.Apartment block and pool area was very clean and secure with plenty of room and was never too busy.i would recomend and definately use again.

Just returned from 11 nights in this very well presented apartment. First time in Benidorm and Ali and Sharon were great. Apartment was ideally located just 10 mins from everything, beach, bars etc. Loved the pool as a lot of the time it wasn’t very busy and had it to ourselves a few times. Had great internet as we had a 16 year old with us. Would definitely go back to this apartment and probably will next year xx

EXcellent 100% APARTMENT

Over all my years of travelling I would rate Leigh-Ann's apartment well up in the top 3. Close to all amenities, comfortable beds. sky tv, wi-fi, walk in power shower, every thing that one would need for a very enjoyable holiday. Alistair and Sharon were wonderful hosts. any problems that you would have they could be there in a flash. If you want a comfortable apartment, no noise, entertainment just 5 minutes away, good nights sleep, great host's this is the place to be. Apartment can comfortably sleep 4 people and has a large balcony. The only downside is that we had only booked a week. well done Leigh-ann, Sharon and Alistair great and memorial holiday, see you soon.

Really enjoyed our latest stay in Benidorm particularly at this apartment. Had everything we needed and Alistair couldn’t do enough to help you. Close to all the nightlife and a 5 minute walk to Levante Beach. There was even beach chairs provided which we used every day, really handy. Apartment is spotless and well maintained with all amenities in working order. Will definitely consider staying there again in the near future

me and my wife stopped at this lovely modern apartment for 5 days in December. The apartment has lovely décor throughout and a brilliant large balcony. the apartment is in a great location 10 minute walk in to the centre of Benidorm. Perfect place to stay for a holiday in Benidorm.

Alistar was a great host, gave us transfer details to get from the airport, met us at the apartment went though what was what. All the facilities as explained in the room review were as expected, very clean & tidy, all you needed if you didn't want to go out, we did so didn't use cooking facilities, great view from the balcony, great shower always a bonus when you spend the day on the beach, great location lots of places to eat/ drink within a 2 minute walk, quiet enough to sleep at night, but close enough to go out in walking distance to nearby bars, only 30 min walk to the old town, we were a couple it was a last minute thing to go to Benidorm but will 100% return to the same apartment, pool area was lovely good sunshine spot,pool cold but clean, honestly nothing negative to say 😊👍

Immaculate apartment

Stayed here for 2 weeks in August. Apartment was immaculate. Everything you needed even down to shopping bags. The owner was fab and was only a phone call away if needed. I would definitely recommend this apartment you wont be disappointed.

EXCELLENT PLACE TO STAY - FIRST CLASS ACCOMODATION

Just returned from an 8 day stay. Flat had everything you could possibly need. Hosts Ali & Sharron were fantastic, nothing too much trouble, so helpful. Flat was modern, clean, fresh and very comfortable. The only negative would be there are no sunbeds round the pool area. Excellent location just across from Local market, next to shops, restaurants and a few bars and just.around the corner from all the nightlife, but quiet enough as not to disturb your sleep. We also had use of the car park for parking disability scooters keeping them safe. Excellent place to stay. Would recommend no problem.

Lovely Central Appartment

My friend & myself have just returned after a week in Allistairs 17 th floor apartment. From my initial enquiry to arrival, we found him to be most reliable & helpful. We were met at the bus terminal & given a lift to the "Evemar". The apartments are gated & very secure. There is an excellent outdoor pool, which is spotless clean & well maintained. Open from 10 am to 8 pm. Three lifts are available to the occupant's. The apparment is well laid out with two single beds & a really comfortable bed settee in the lounge area. A new recently fitted kitchen area, has everything you require. There is a newly installed power shower, wash hand basin, bidet & wc. The large balcony has a two-seater sofa & a couple of armchairs. There is also a glass table & four dining chairs. My initial attraction to this apparment was, by the pictures, it looked very clean & I can assure you it won't disappoint. The owners are awaiting the installation of Wi fi. Once fitted, the internal & external doors are going to be replaced. All the communal areas are well kept too. In​ have read some bad reports on this block, but I have no hesitation in recommending Allistairs spotless apartment.
