We were having a special family holiday get togetherether to celebrate a special birthday.

Our host was very warm and helpful in making suggestions for visits in the area. The area is stunning...just a great place to visit and experience. The property was in a lovely location and very comfortable and the garden had great views. It was a place of calm, with outside canopy to enjoy breakfasts and meals outside. We would definitely return .....the whole experience was a very very special holiday to remember.

Bellissimo!

Lucia is an amazing host; warm, welcoming, helpful, and eager to make our time in her wonderful villa an exceptional visit. The great view , the comfortable accommodations, a nice kitchen to do some of our own meals, a glorious outdoor living space, the convenient location-all made for a most memorable stay. Loved the small town of Sant’Agata. Enjoyed being able to walk just down the road to a fabulous restaurant. We’re dreaming of our return!

Perfect vacation retreat

Lucia is the most gracious host, her local knowledge was very helpful to us.The house is well equipped and very comfortable. All rooms have breathtaking views of the Sea, including the garden. The location can't be better to explore all the famous places of the Amalfi Coast. Most of them are within 30 minutes drive. Beaches boat rental, boat tours to Capri and much more. Pompeii is only an hour away. You can board tour buses in town, but we were driving our rental car. The local restaurants are very affordable and many has the view of the Mediterranean. We took day trips and the end of the day it was always nice to come back and relax in this quiet and peaceful environment.

Lovely property with stunning views

We had a lovely stay here. Lucia is lovely and couldn’t do enough for us. We missed our flight due to long hold up on M25 and she had been waiting for us at the house and then again the next day when we arrived she was there to greet us. The house is set in the hills just outside Sant Agata which is a lovely little town but also it’s only a 20 minute journey into Sorrento. The views are stunning. The house is clean and spacious and authentic and fully equipped. It’s an ideal location for the Amalfi coast, beaches, Capri and more. Lucia is also extremely helpful in offering advice on where to go. Highly recommend. Thank you Lucia 😀

I thank our superb guests for being so appreciating, respectful, communicative! Their journey had been really bad, missing their flight was probably a very negative experience and then being stuck in heavy traffic while they were trying to get to their destination must have been definitely annoying. They were so tired but they are so special if they can appreciate so much other people's help despite their inconvenience. I was happy to greet and meet them and I feel honored by their opinion about me and our property. Hope to see them again some time in the future. I highly recommend them to any hosts!

This was a highlight of our trip to Italy! Villa Lauri was exactly what we were looking for!

Villa Lauri was heavenly! It is a lovely mountainside home with breathtaking views of the Bay of Salerno. Sant’ Agata is a wonderful village where you will find friendly people, great food, sweets and wine. Lucia was so gracious and kind. She not only opened her lovely home to us but she gave great advice and helped book such memorable tours for our family. She was the best hostess! We were also lucky to have dined at an amazing restaurant a short walk away - Fattoria Terranova. Please look it up...you won’t regret it. Lucia and the staff at Fattoria Terranova were so special and treated us like royalty. We cannot think of a better getaway for a real Italian experience than Villa Lauri - a gem!!

Feel at Home Stay ...

Within a short time i had to find a villa in santagata due to bad experience with one villa owner. i found Lauri villa and that was the rescue of my family vacation. Mrs. Lucia has responded to my inquiries immediately and provided me with the all the information about the villa which 100% right. The villa had everything we needed, clean and very cozy. The view of the garden was fabulous to a way that we were staying all mornings in the house and go our only in the evening. Indeed, thanks to Mrs. Lucia for her great hospitality and for making my family vacation in Santagata a wonderful memory.
