ビーチからわずか数分の、新しく改装されたモダンなビーチハウスに滞在してください。 ご家族でのご旅行でも、少人数のグループでの夏のリトリートでも、私たちの家は新しい思い出を作るのに最適な場所です。

設備には、設備の整った新しいキッチン、美しいプライベートバックヤード、3つのベッドルーム、2.5バスルーム、屋外グリル、屋内と屋外のダイニングエリア、テレビ付きの広々としたリビングルーム、セントラルエアコン、洗濯機と乾燥機、wifiが含まれます。

フロントポーチは、朝のコーヒーやイブニングカクテルを楽しんだり、本や会話を楽しみながらリラックスするのに最適な場所です。 裏庭には、静かな環境にある大きな屋外席があり、友人との夜の外出に最適です。

マスターベッドルームには、キングベッドとテレビ、大きなバスタブ付きの大きな専用バスルームがあります。 他の2つのベッドルームには、クイーンベッドが備わっています。

2017年の春に、私たちは裏庭を完全に改装し、ホットタブエリアを排除し、裏プールハウスのある美しいプールに入れました。

The house was lovely and in a perfect location. While the pool may look small, it was a perfect size for relaxing. Very comfortable.

Great house!!

My friends and I planned a last minute trip and we really got lucky! Kurts house was amazing and had all the comforts of home! The photos don't do it justice! The back yard is beautiful and we loved the jacuzzi and BIG BBQ! The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you could possibly want. It is a few blocks walk to beach and even town for those who enjoy a nice walk. Bycycles were a plus also. Bedrooms are big and beds were compfy. Super clean too! Thank you Kurt and Seth!! We had a great weekend!

Family beach vacation

Great house for a family beach vacation. It is an easy walk to the beach/boardwalk (10 minutes) and popular restaurants (10-15 minutes). The back patio / pool are excellent for just relaxing at the house as well. Kurt and Seth are very communicative and accommodating hosts.

Beautiful and convenient home

We enjoyed our stay in this beautiful home. The pool is a wonderful feature. Great location, easy walk to AP beach. Great restaurants near by. We did a day trip to cape May also to check it out. The AP boardwalk at night is very fun. Seth and Kurt were very responsive to all our questions and very helpful with recommendations for places to eat. We would definitely come back.

Awesome beach week!

This house was perfect for us. My family enjoys having a pool to dip in and relax by after the beach and this backyard is tranquil and comfortable. The house is perfectly equipped, clean, beds are extremely comfy...home away from home :)

Superior house in an amazing location.

Perfect spot for our family to gather for local wedding with so much to do within a mile radius. Everything about this house is to the highest quality. Beautiful artistic decorations, modern furnishings, and the most comfortable beds. We highly recommend and will definitely be back. Thank you so much for a superior accommodation with great hosts.

Great place to stay in Asbury Park!

We had a wonderful stay at this modern beach home in Asbury Park - perfect for our 3 generations. The location was great with plenty of on street parking. Although Grandpa preferred to drive to the beach, it was an easy walk for the parents and their 2 children, ages 8 and 10. The house has an open layout on the main floor and is beautifully appointed, clean and well maintained. The kitchen was well equipped with utensils, supplies and staples and the amenities were as advertised . We especially enjoyed the large grill and patio in the evenings with enough seating for 6. Kurt and Seth were terrific, very accommodating and certainly made themselves readily available to answer any questions or concerns (although we had none!). Having never been to the Jersey Shore we were not sure what to expect. Asbury Park seems to be undergoing a regeneration and the eclectic town and neighborhoods made it interesting. Beach passes were required for all adults (kids under 12 are free) and are available all along the boardwalk. Wegmans, a terrific grocery store about 10-15 minutes away, has everything you could possibly imagine. About 35 minutes north along the shore is Highlands, where we took a pedestrian ferry to E 35th Street to spend a fun day in Manhattan! What a treat to see the NYC skyline from the boat. It was a very convenient, comfortable and much faster way to get to the city. Another day was spent in Pt Pleasant, about 30 minutes south along the shore. The boardwalk there is filled with carnival type games and restaurants as well as a small aquarium. We did not get into the music scene in AP but know that there is a lot of music happening during the week. We had a wonderful time in AP and would certainly recommend this home to friends or relatives looking for a place to stay and enjoy the beach and all that the Jersey Shore has to offer.

Perfect beach house!

Kurt's house was perfect for a beach getaway. Close to beach and town, especially with the bikes provided! Backyard was really nicely landscaped and had everything you need for a nice dinner outside and dip in the hot tub. Kitchen is totally stocked with whatever you could possibly need. Would definitely stay there again!
